equipo no haya sido objeto de un usa improcedente a en
combinaci6n con otros dispositivos indebidos, incompatibles a
defectuosos.
4. Que el equipo no haya
sufrido danos mecanicos ni desarreglos
durante el transporte.
5. Que Ia etiqueta a etiquetas del
numero de serie no hayan si do
desfiguradas ni retiradas.
En caso de necesitar asistencia tecnica, notifiquelo al distribuid or
donde adquiri6 el equipo y concierte con elias Ia prestaci6n del
servicio. Si se estima necesario, conven ga con elias el posterior
envio del producto a KEF Audio ( UK) Limited a distribuidor
autorizado si se conf irma Ia necesidad de atenci6n en fabrica.
Si le solicitan que retorne los productos para su inspecci6n a
reparaci6n, proceda a su embalaje, preferiblemente en las cajas
originales, y remi
talo a porte pagado. En caso de no utilizar el
embalaje
origina l, KEF se reserva el derecho a cobrar el nuevo.
No consigne mercancias sin el acuerdo previa del
distribuidor ,
KEF a agentes autorizados. Se recomienda contratar un seguro de
transporte,
toda vez que los riesgos corren par cuenta del
propietario . Ni KEF ni sus distribuidores autor izados pueden asumir
responsabilidad alguna par las perdidas a da fi os que se produzcan
durante el transporte.
El embalaje, el seguro y los gastos de
transporte seran abonados par KEF si Ia atenci6n en fabrica resulta
necesaria.
La inexistencia del sella de registro no lim ita ni invalida Ia garantia
en modo alguno. No obstante, en caso de requerir asistencia
tecnica, es posible que se produzca algun retraso, ya que nuestro
Departamento de Servicio no puede
iniciar los trabajos de garantia
en
tanto no se verifique Ia venta original.
Los productos
KEF tienen cubiertas las reparaciones en garantia
dentro del pais de compra de acuerdo con las condiciones del
contrato. El propietario sera responsable de los gastos de
reparaci6n en cualquier pais
distinto del de compra. Esta garantia
complementa y
en modo alguno limita sus derechos estatutarios
como consumido r.
IMPORTANTE: La garantia puede ser distinta en otros
paises. Solicite mas detalles a su distribuidor local. En

verkoopdatum. Elektronica kent voor een periode van 1 (een) jaar
een garantie op MATERIAAL EN/OF ARBEID, vanaf de
oorspronkelijke verkoopdatum. Subwoofers bevatten passieve
en
actieve elektronica·componenten. De garantie is onderhevig aan de
volgende voorwaarden:
1. deze garantie geldt op basis van aankoopnota, is aileen geldig
in het land van aanschaf (de Benelux) en is nier overdraagbaar.
KEF produkten komen in de Benelux aileen in aanmerking voor
