INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing a product from Kellfri AB. By following the general safety information
and the instruction manual and by using common sense, you will have a great and safety use
of your Kellfri product for many years. Kellfri designs and delivers eective, aordable ma-
chinery and components for forest, agriculture, construction and gardening in Sweden, other
Nordic countries and Europe.
PRODUCTINFORMATION
Kellfri cement mixer CB 800 is robust which guarantees you a perfect product with a long lifes-
pan. The container’s opening is 150 cm and is not tiltable. The machine is connected to tractor
through the PTO shaft. The tractor engine’s rpm should be at 540 rpm.
INTENDED USE
The equippment is only intended for mixing cement.

Do not use this equipment if you are feeling sick, tired or in inuence of alcohol. Nor if you are
under the inuence of strong medications or drugs, suering from strong depression or se-
vere mental illness. Always follow the general trac rules and regulations and the rules of the
Animal Welfare Act. Persons under 15 years old and people with mental illness may not use
these product.

PRODUCT SAFETY INFORMATION
• Never put your hands or other body parts on the machine without stopping the machine
and the tractor engine.
• Never leave the equipment with the tractor engine running. Turn o the engine and ap-
ply the parking brake when you leave the equipment, even for a short moment.
• Never leave the tractor before the the implement is unloaded and the tractor braked.
Respect the danger zone.
• The PTO shaft shall be protected over its entire length. Make sure to anchor the safety
chain well.
• Always disconnect the machine before performing service or maintenance work.
• Only you who drive tractors may be in the vicinity of the machine during work.
• Never allow anyone to ride on the implement.
• Note! always take into account the maximum allowed weight (net weight).
• Never stand or walk under a raised implement without ensuring that it is properly sup-
ported and locked. When the machine is overloaded the load can drop uncontrollably.
No one is allowed to stand underneath hanging load. The equippmentis always operated
from the driver seat of the tractor.
• Ensure that all guards are tted and can not come loose.
• The product may only be used in the manner described in this manual.
• No one other than the operator may be present within the risk zone during work.

PERSONAL PROTECTION
Always wear suitable clothing and footwear. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry when using
the machine. Remember to put up long hair when operating rotating machines. Wear protec-
tive gloves, to prevent risking burns on contact with hot surfaces such as exhaust system, and
to avoid oil and gasoline on the skin. Hearing protection should be used when the engine is
running.
INCASE OF EMERGENCIES
In case of an emergency please dial 112.
Keep cell phone or emergency phone available specially when working alone. First aid kit and
re extinguishers must be kept easily accesable during all work, maintenance and service.
WARNING SIGNS AND LABELS
Ensure that warning labels are always visible and clean. Clean the warning labels as required.
Do not rinse using pressure washer directly on the warning labels. Any damage/ broken
stickers should be replace. Order new stickers from your supplier.

SURROUNDINGS
Make sure your working area is clear from people, children and objects before installing and
using the machine. Risk of serious injuries can occur during operation. Take an extra caution
when children are in the area where the equipment/ product is being
use or stored. Check the area for low hanging electrical wires. Be careful when working on
slopes and near ditches. Always work alone with single - purpose tools/products. Never have
junk lying in your area. Keep working areas clean. Always respect the risk zone.

SAFETY MEASURES BEFORE OPERATING
Read the safety information and instruction manual carefully. Be sure you understand the
safety measures, instruction manual and warning labels. Use common sense when operating
the machine and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Always check the perfor-
mance and the machine combination that are used. It’s highly important these matches in a
satisfactory manner. This is to ensure the product or the function and most important yours
and others safety.
Do visual inspection of equipment or product before use. Fix or replace damaged or worn
parts immediately to reduce the risk of injury. Lubricate moving parts and check that all screw-
nuts and bolts are tightened. Learn and remember the correct working methods. Beginners
should always keep a low speed, use extreme caution before routine and product knowledge
is achieved. The user/customer is responsible to handle the situation correctly. The product
should not be taken into use unless it can be done in a safe way for the user.
Mount the detachable tip in the lid,
it will automatically rip a hole in the cement sack
and make it easier to mix the concrete!

OPERATING THE MACHINE
Only people who understand the safety information and instructions in this manual may oper-
ate the equipment. Be alert and careful when working with the machine and only use the tool
or product in the manner described in this manual. Avoid using the machine at temperatures
lower than -20 ° C and higher than 30 ° C.When working with equipment that has moving
parts, there is always the risk of injury. Be careful when working with equipment equipped
with hydraulic hoses ,oil under pressure can penetrate the skin. Seek medicalattention imme-
diately if this occurs. Always work alone with the tools that are dened as single porpose tools.
Respect the equipment’s risk zone.
Warning!
Never use faulty safety equipments!
• Mix during the entire process from dry to wet.
• Make sure that no one has hands or arms in the container when the stirring begins.
• Make sure there is no foreign objects are in the cement and sand to be mixed.
• Fill the container with cement.
• Select the desired speed max 540 RPM.
• If there should be a stop in the feed: stop the equippment, ensure that all moving parts
have stopped, open the feeder cover completely, unglogged the feeder by sticking a stick
through the feeding hole.. WARNING! Risk of crushing!
• The removable cover is opened easily with two screws.
• The tractor’s horsepower is recommended from 75 hp.
• The mixer can be moved by using pallet forks or mounting it to tractor with three-point
hitch Type 2.
COUPLING AND UNCOUPLING OF IMPLEMENTS
Read the tractor’s manual before coupling. Place the cement mixer on a at and stable surface.
Make sure it can not slide or tip over.
• Connect the implement to the tractor’s rear three-point hitch
• Connect the PTO-shaft, anchor the chain well
• Ready to use
AFTER USE
Parking is not allowed with load when it is above ground . When parking with load the imple-
ment should be lowerd to the ground. Rinse the implement with water if necessary.

TRANSPORT AND STORING
Make sure there are no people, children and foreign objects around the area before transport-
ing the machine. Always take an extra caution during the transport. Ensure that the product
is well secured and that transport brackets are mounted. Always place the load as low as pos-
sible. Respect the danger zone even during transport. When lifting the equipment, never go
underneath suspended loads. Trailer used for transport should have working brakes.
Always store the machine in a dry place preferably underneath a cover when not in use.
Ensure that the product is stable and not likely to tip over. Never let children play where the
machine is being stored. Always keep in mind the risk of tipping!
If the implement is heavily loaded, it may aect the stability of the towing vehicle . Be careful-
during transport. Slow down on turns and watch out for bumps and speed bumps. You may
need to use front weights on the tractor as a counterweight. Maximum speed when driving is
30km / h. Store the equipment in a restricted area where there are no people allowed, never
let children play near the machine.
RECYCLING
Disposal of the product, disassemble and transport to the municipality’s recycling station.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
The tractor engine must be switched o and the implement should be lowered to the ground
state before working with the service begins. Make sure the tool is stable and not likely to
tip over during maintenance and service. Replace damaged and worn parts immediately to
reduce the risk of injury. Perform maintenance, servicing and inspections as recommended.
Only use parts with equivalent performance to reduce the risk of damage and failure. All re-
pairs and connections of electricity must be carried out by persons with the relevant knowl-
edge. Check all bolts and nuts are tightened after use, maintenance and / or service. Always
test the machine before work is started.
• Regularly check the condition of the equipment to prevent breakdown. If cracks, twist,
bends, gaps or fatigue is detected, stop using the operation and rectify the faults. Re-
place worn parts.
• Tighten all screws and nuts after a few hours of driving, and after a day’s operation.
• Avoid using the equipment at temperatures higher than + 30C.
• Disconnect the equippment from the towing vehicle when the fault remedied.
• Lubricate moving parts regularly.
• paint the tool where metal or rust is visible.
