Die 3 Schrauben und Unterlegscheiben des Terminals (s. Kapitel 3, Nr. [3])
sind nicht im Lieferumfang des Stativs enthalten. Sie werden bei der
Waage mitgeliefert.

4 Montage
Die beschriebene Montage bezieht sich auf Waage und Stativ im Auslief-
rungszustand. Falls Sie die Waage z.B. schon mit dem Terminal montiert
haben, müssen Sie dieses wieder entfernen.
1. Wägeplatte von der Waage entfernen.
2. Die 3 Schrauben [3]auf der Rückseite des Terminals [1]lösen.
3. Die 6 Schrauben [7] der Stativabdeckung [6] lösen und das Waagenkabel
[5] durch das Stativ [2] führen.
4. Waagenkabel [5] durch die Kabelschelle [4] führen und Kabelschelle auf der
Rückseite des Stativs [2] mit der Schraube befestigen.
Darauf achten, dass das Waagenkabel zwischen Kabelschelle und Ter-
minal nicht gespannt ist, sondern locker genug, um den Anzeigewinkel
des Terminals später noch einstellen zu können.
5. Stativabdeckung [6] wieder mit den Schrauben [7] an das Stativ [2] an-
bringen.
6. Terminal [1] an das Stativ [2] anbringen und mit den 3 Schrauben [3] befes-
tigen
Tipp:
Drehen Sie die oberste Schraube mit Unterlegscheibe schon vor dem
Anbringen des Terminals an das Stativ leicht in das Terminal ein.
Legen Sie das Stativ mit der oberen Aussparung (A) auf die Schraube
des Terminals
Schieben Sie das Stativ so auf das Terminal, dass die Bohrungen des
Terminals deckungsgleich mit den Positionen C des Stativs sind
Drehen Sie die anderen Schrauben mit Unterlegscheibe ein und zie-
hen Sie alle 3 Schrauben fest
Darauf achten, dass die Unterlegscheiben nicht unter die Aussparun-
gen (A, B) des Stativs gelangen.

7. Stativ [2] in das Kabelfach einführen und sicherstellen, dass die Kontakt-
platte des Stativs die Innenseite des Kabelfachs berührt.
8. Waagenkabel [5] durch die untere Aussparung des Stativs [2] ziehen.
9. Drehknöpfe [9] und Befestigungsplatten von der Wandhalterung [8]
entfernen.

10.Befestigungsplatten am Kabelfach einhängen und mit den Drehknöpfen [9]
etwas mehr als handfest festschrauben.
Dabei auf die Ausrichtung der Aussparungen der Befestigungsplatten
achten.
11.Überstehendes Waagenkabel [5] locker falten und in das Kabelfach der
Waage legen.
Darauf achten, dass das Waagenkabel dabei nicht gespannt oder
geknickt wird, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.
12.Abdeckung für das Kabelfach von oben anbringen, dabei die Seiten leicht
nach außen biegen.
13.Die Abdeckung der Drehknöpfe von oben über die beiden Drehknöpfe der
Wandhalterung einsetzen. Die Arretierung erfolgt über die Aussparung an
der Wandhalterung.

14.Wägeplatte wieder auf die Waage setzen
15.Winkel der Anzeige durch Drehen des Displays nach oben oder unten
einstellen
Beispielbild für montiertes Stativ:
Halten Sie die Waage beim Transport niemals am Stativ, sondern nur an
der Plattform (fester Teil der Wägeeinheit) der Waage.

4 Assembly
The assembly described refers to the scale and stand as delivered. If you
have already mounted the scale with the terminal, for example, you must
remove it again.
1. Remove the weighing plate from the scale.
2. Loosen the 3 screws [3] on the back of the terminal [1].
3. Loosen the 6 screws [7] of the stand cover [6] and lead the scale cable [5]
through the stand [2].
4. Guide the scale cable [5] through the cable clamp [4] and fasten the cable
clamp on the back of the stand [2] with the screw.
Make sure that the scale cable is not taut between the cable clamp and
the terminal, but loose enough so that you can adjust the display angle
of the terminal later.
5. Reattach the stand cover [6] to the stand [2] with the screws [7].
6. Attach the terminal [1] to the stand [2] and fasten it with the 3 screws [3].
Hint:
Slightly screw the top screw with washer into the terminal before
attaching the terminal to the stand.
Place the stand with the upper recess (A) on the screw of the terminal.
Slide the stand onto the terminal so that the holes of the terminal are
congruent with the positions C of the stand.
Screw in the other screws with washers and tighten all 3 screws.

Make sure that the washers do not get under the recesses (A, B) of the
stand.
7. Insert the stand [2] into the cable compartment and make sure that the
contact plate of the stand touches the inside of the cable compartment.
8. Pull the scale cable [5] through the lower recess of the stand [2].
9. Remove the knobs [9] and mounting plates from the wall fixture [8].

10.Hook the fastening plates onto the cable compartment and tighten them with
the knobs [9] a little more than hand-tight.
Make sure that the recesses of the fastening plates are aligned.
11.Loosely fold the protruding scale cable [5] and place it in the cable
compartment of the scale.
Make sure that the scale cable is not stretched or kinked so as to avoid
damage.
12.Apply the cable compartment cover from above, bending the sides slightly
outwards.
13.Insert the knob cover from above over the two knobs of the wall bracket. Lock
in place using the recess on the wall bracket.

14.Place the weighing plate back on the scale
15.Adjust the angle of the display by turning the display up or down.
Example picture for mounted stand:
Never hold the scale by the stand when transporting, only by the platform
(fixed part of the weighing unit) of the scale.

4 Montage
Le montage décrit se réfère à la balance et le statif en état de livraison. Si
vous avez déjà monté la balance p.ex. avec le terminal, il faut de nouveau
l’éloigner.
1. Eloigner le plateau de pesée de la balance.
2. Desserrer les trois vis [3] sur le côté arrière du terminal [1].
3. Desserrer les six vis [7] de la couverture du statif [6] et passer le câble de
balance [5] à travers le statif [2].
4. Passer le câble [5] à travers le collier de câble [4] et fixer le collier de câble
sur le côté arrière du statif [2] à l’aide de la vis.
Veiller à ce que le câble de balance entre le collier de câble et le terminal
ne soit pas tendu, mais suffisamment relâché afin d’y pouvoir régler
l’angle d’affichage du terminal plus tard.
5. Remonter la couverture du statif [6] au statif [2] à l’aide des vis [7] .
6. Monter le terminal [1] au statif [2] et le fixer à l’aide des trois vis [3]
Conseil:
Avant de fixer le terminal au statif, visser légèrement la vis supérieure
dans le terminal.
Poser l’évidement supérieur (A) du statif sur la vis du terminal
Poussez le statif sur le terminal, de sorte que les perçages du terminal
coïncident avec les positions C du statif
Visser les autres vis avec ses rondelles et serrer bien toutes les trois
vis
Veillez à ce que les rondelles ne soient pas au dessous des évidements
(A, B) du statif.

7. Introduire le statif [2] dans le compartiment de câble et s’assurer que la
plaque de contact du statif touche le côté intérieur du compartiment de câble.
8. Tirer le câble de balance [5] à travers l’évidement du statif [2].
9. Eloigner les boutons rotatifs [9] et les plaques de fixation du support de paroi
[8].

10.Accrocher les plaques de fixation au compartiment de câble et le visser un
peu plus qu’à la force de main avec les boutons rotatifs [9].
Veillez à l’alignement des évidements des plaques de fixation.
11.Plier doucement le câble de balance [5] en saillie et le mettre dans le
compartiment de câble de la balance.
Veiller à ce que le câble de balance ne soit pas tendu ni plié afin d’éviter
des dommages.
12.Appliquer la couverture du compartiment de câble d’en haut en tordent les
parties latérales un peu vers l’extérieur.
13.Insérer la couverture des boutons rotatifs d’en haut par dessus des deux
boutons rotatifs du support de paroi. L’évidement du support de paroi les
bloque.
