I.SAFETYREGULATIONS
1) This machine must not be used by children or any persons not fully aware of the instructions
for use contained in this manual. Local laws and regulations may
establish a minimum age for use of the machine.
2) Always check the efficiency and integrity of the machine; if it is not in good operating
condition, the machine can pose a hazard to those operating it.
3) Before using the machine and after any knocks, check the machine for visible signs of
external wear and damage. If necessary, take it to an authorized assistance
centre in order to carry out any necessary repairs.
4) Do not switch on the machine when it is upside down or not in an operating position.
5) Switch the motor off and disconnect the machine from the power supply: when out of use,
when left unattended, during cleaning operations, when being
transported from one place to another or when the power cable or extension is damaged.
6) Do not pull the machine along by its power cable. Always use the grip.
7) Always make sure that the machine’ ventilation openings are not obstructed by residue.
8) When not in use, keep the machine in a dry place out of reach of children.
9) Only use this machine in the way described in these instructions.
10) Do not try to repair the machine or access its internal parts. Always contact an authorized
assistance centre.
11) The power supply voltage must correspond to that indicated on the technical data plate. Do
not use any other power supply.
12)It is advisable to fit a trip switch on the power supply line, by means of a differential
relay(RCD)with a tripping current of no more that 30 mAor in keeping with
the standards currently in force in the country in which the machine used. Contact your local
electrician.
13) Do not run over the extension cable with vehicles or crush it, as you could cut it. Make sure
that you know where the power supply cable is at all time.
14) Do not use the machine in the rain. Do not let it get wet or leave it exposed to damp. Do not
leave it outdoors overnight.
15) Before use, always make sure that the extension cable is not damaged.
16) If the power cable or extension cable is damaged during use, disconnect the extension cable
from the power supply immediately. Do not touch the cables
before disconnecting the machine from the power supply. Do not use the machine if the
cables are damaged.
17) Warning! Risk of fire and explosion. Do not vacuum up liquids or inflammable substances,
such as petrol, alcohol, solvents, oil, etc. Do not use the machine in
rooms subject to risk of explosion.
18) Warning! Risk of fire. Do not vacuum up hot power or ash, embers or any material at a
temperature above ambient temperature.
19) Warning! Health risk. Do not vacuum up powders or materials that pose a health risk, such as
materials containing asbestos.
20) Warning! For models with an auxiliary socket, only plug the machine in to an earthed socket.

Ⅴ. Operation Method
1. Please install the two castors andtwo wheels to the base of the machine.
Check that the electrical switch is switched off (in position 0).
Then insert the hose short connector into the swivel of the vacuum cleaner with
a twisting force.
2. Then connect the tube (metal tube or plastic tube)
with the hose connector, twist the tubes in order to
ensure that they are properly fitted.
3. Attach suitable nozzle to the tube.
Choose nozzle depending on what type of material
that is to be picked-up.
4.For KVH-15,Before picking up dry, please make sure the install dust bag
according to picture:
Inset the hole in the bag in the appropriate housing on
the machine as shown in the picture.
5. STARTINGAND STOPPING
Warning! The power supply voltage must correspond to that indicated on
the Technical data label. Machines indicating 230V also operate on
220V power Supply.
Starting: Flick the on/off switch to position I.
Stopping: Flick the on/off switch to position 0.
6. You can adjust the airflow by push the sliding
block up and down.

7. Only for KVH-28,KVH-38H Blower function: Insert
the hose connector into the hole of the machine, and
could blow dry material. See the picture.
SAFETY INDICATIONS
The vacuum cleaner should only be used to vacuum up dust and dirt. The machine can vacuum up
a mixture of air and water (models marked IPX4 only).
The machine cannot be used as a water pump.
The machine cannot be used to vacuum animals and people.
WARNING! Risk of fire and explosion! Do not vacuum up inflammable, explosive or
corrosive liquids, solvents, petrol, oil, etc. Do not vacuum up hot powders or hot or burning
embers and ash. Do not vacuum up toxic or hazardous powders such as asbestos and its
by-products, powder insecticides and fertilizer, etc.
DRYVACUUMING
Start the machine and vacuum using the selected accessory , being careful not to vacuum up
powders that could block the vacuum mouth or the hose. If the vacuum is inefficient, switch the
machine off and unplug it, then empty the collection box , clean the filter and make sure that the
vacuum hose is not blocked.
When pick up fine material, please install the dust bag ,if the vacuum is inefficient just empty the
Dust bag
WARNING! In case of violent jolts, the float could block the machine vacuum channel,
leading to a sudden increase in motor revolutions. Switch the motor off, wait to it to come to
a complete halt and then switch backon.
VACUUM MIXTURES OFAIR ANDWATER (models marked IPX4 only).
Warning!Always keep an eyeon the electrical connections, extension leads and sockets.
Noneof these components should come into contact with the water.
Always make sure that the extensions and cables are in good conditions. There should be no
cracking or damage.
Before starting cleaning, always clean the collection box and the filter
Do not use no-original spare parts.
Proceed calmly and without excess vacuum speed.
Once you have reached the maximum vacuumed water level, the vacuum channel will be blocked

by the float.
Switch off the vacuum cleaner immediately and disconnect the plug from the power supply.
Open the vacuum cleaner and empty it.
Before starting to vacuum again, dry the filter and the tank.
Before storing the machine, in order to prevent mould forming, it’s necessary to remove and dry
the filter.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
WARNING! Before any control and maintenance, always disconnect the machine from the
power supply by unplugging it.
Clean and maintain your machine regularly, to ensure that it remains perfectly efficient and has a
long working life.
Clean the machine with a soft brush or cloth.
Do not wet or spray water over the tool.
Do not use any detergents or solvents as these may damage the machine beyond repair.
Chemical agents easily damage the plastic parts.
Clean and empty the collection box regularly.
Clean and dry the filter.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the machine fails to start:
-make sure that the start switch is in position Ⅰ
-check the electrical connections
-check the extension lead or change the power supply socket
-check the mains switch in your home
If the machine does not vacuum:
-make sure that the container is not full and empty it if necessary
-clean the filter bag
-make sure that the vacuum hose is not blocked. Unblock it if necessary
-make sure that the float has not triggered
WARNING! If the machine still fails to work correctly after you have carried out the above
operations, or in the event of anomalies other than those described above, take it to an
authorized assistance centre.
Always provide the machine model and serial number shown on the technical data label and
the enclosed sheet.

STORAGE
-after each use, clean the entire machine and all its accessories carefully.
-keep the machine out of reach of children, in a stable safe position, in a dry place
not subject to extreme temperatures and free of dust.
-protect the machine from direct sunlight, keeping it in the dark where possible, or in the shade.
-do not close the machine in nylon bags as damp could form.
DEMOLITION
In order to safeguard the environment, proceed in compliance with local regulations. Do not
dispose of the packaging, but reuse it where possible.
When the machine is no longer usable or reparable, dismantle the various parts for differentiated
refuse collection.
All the plastic parts have an identifying code for the material of which they have been made, and
this will be useful for the recycling of these parts.
Amendments: All text, diagrams and data correspond to the updated standard at the time of
printing this manual. The manufacturer reserves
the right to update the manual should any changes be made to the machine.
