Charging | Carga | Chargement
Fully charge the TW Cradle and Earphones before first use by connecting to power supply for up to 2.5 hours.
The Charging Cradle will supply over 2 full earphone charges.

1. Remove the TW from the Charging Cradle.
2. Begin searching for Bluetooth devices from your audio source.
3. Select “TWS KICKER” to pair.

Insert earbud, and gently turn while pushing. If fitment is
unsatisfactory, please try a different ear tip (TW2).

Troubleshooting
TW is unresponsive or will not power on:
1. Check that the battery is fully charged by connecting the TW Charging Cradle to a known-good power
source with the TW earbuds inside. Allow the TW to charge for at least 2.5 hours. The earphone battery is full
when the battery status LED turns off.
2. Reset the TW by pressing and holding the touch sensor for 5 seconds.
TW will not pair or connect:
1. If you have previously paired your device with the TW, then please ‘Unpair’ or ‘Forget this Device’ per the
instructions for your audio device.
2. Turn on the TW earphones with your audio device in Bluetooth Scanning mode. Make sure your audio device
is scanning or in ‘discovery mode’, then select TWS KICKER.
Device paired and connected, but volume is low or inaudible:
Check the volume output level of your audio device.

KICKER products are warranted against defects. Duration and terms of warranty depend on the laws in the

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to
be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Resolución de problemas
TW no responde o no enciende:
1. Verifique que la batería esté completamente cargada conectando la base de carga TW a una fuente de
alimentación en buen estado con los auriculares TW adentro. Deje que el TW se cargue durante al menos 2,5
horas. La batería de los auriculares está llena cuando el LED de estado de la batería se apaga.
2. Restablezca el TW manteniendo presionado el sensor táctil durante 5 segundos.
TW no emparejará ni conectará:

Dépannage
TW ne répond pas ou ne s’allume pas :
1. Vérifiez que la batterie est complètement chargée en connectant le berceau de charge TW à une source d’al-
imentation connue en bon état avec les écouteurs TW à l’intérieur. Laissez le TW se charger pendant au moins
2,5 heures. La batterie des écouteurs est pleine lorsque le voyant d’état de la batterie s’éteint.
2. Réinitialisez le TW en appuyant sur le capteur tactile et en le maintenant enfoncé pendant 5 secondes.
TW ne se couplera pas ou ne se connectera pas :
1. Si vous avez déjà jumelé votre appareil avec le TW, veuillez « dissocier » ou « oublier cet appareil » selon les
instructions de votre appareil audio.
2. Allumez les écouteurs TW avec votre appareil audio en mode de balayage Bluetooth. Assurez-vous que votre
appareil audio est en train de scanner ou en « mode découverte », puis sélectionnez TWS KICKER.
Appareil couplé et connecté, mais le volume est faible ou inaudible :
Vérifiez le niveau de sortie du volume de votre appareil audio.
