WARNING: Always apply the brakes
when the pushchair is stationary, and
when placing and removing children.
WARNING: Taking children up or
down stairs, escalators, steps, steep
slopes and muddy/rough terrain
could be dangerous and should not
be attempted. Remove your child
from the pushchair for easy carrying
to negotiate such hazards, or simply
avoid them.
WARNING: Never assume a driver can
see you or your child.
WARNING: If your pushchair is to be
used by someone who is unfamiliar
with it, e.g. grandparents, then show
them how it works before letting them
use it.
WARNING: This pushchair is not
suitable for running or skating.
WARNING: Hold onto your pushchair
when close to moving vehicles and
trains as the draught from the vehicles
may move the pushchair even with
the brakes on.
WARNING: This product is suitable for
children from birth to 15kg.
WARNING: This product is designed to
carry only one child at a time.

devices are engaged before use.
WARNING: Always use the restraint
system. Always use the crotch strap in
combination with the waist belt.
WARNING: Parcels, accessories and
other items (e.g. hand bags, shopping
bags, etc) that are placed on the
handles, back of the backrest or sides
of the pushchair will affect the stability
of the pushchair.
WARNING: Do not lift and carry the
pushchair with a child in it.
WARNING: Do not use pushchair
on steep slopes, stairs, escalators,
beaches, mud, etc.
WARNING: Check that the pushchair
body or seat unit attachment devices
are correctly engaged before use.
WARNING: Do not allow your child
to climb unassisted into or out of the
pushchair.
WARNING: Ensure that children are
clear of moving parts before making
adjustments.
WARNING: Never leave raincovers,
hoods and aprons on indoors or in hot
weather as your child might overheat.
WARNING: Do not use replacement
parts or accessories other than those
approved by the manufacturer
as others may render the product
unsafe.
WARNING: Do not load the basket
with a weight in excess of 2kg.

Thank you for purchasing the Willz
Travel System. Please read the
instructions and warnings carefully
before use to ensure safe and
satisfactory operation of this product.
Your child’s safety is your responsibility.

Lay out the parts on a soft level
surface and compare to the parts
checklist on page 3. Do not discard
any packaging until you are sure that
you have all the parts.
WARNING! Assembly by an adult.
Keep away from children until fully
assembled. Keep children clear
during assembly as pack contains
small parts which may present a
choking hazard.
Care and maintenance.
Regularly inspect the locking
devices, brakes (check for wear,
alignment and functionality), harness
assembly, catches, seat adjusters,
joints, ttings and folding areas to
ensure they are in full working order.
Brakes and wheels are subject to
wear and should be replaced when
necessary. All replacements and
repairs should only be carried out
by an authorised dealer. Only use
parts and accessories approved by
the manufacturer. Non-approved
parts and accessories may be unsafe
and must not be used. Wipe clean
with damp cloth and mild detergent
[never use bleach or abrasives].
Ride-on platform attachments
This product has not been tested
with a ride-on platform. Consult
your retailer for suitability if you
are considering getting a ride-on
platform. Any damage resulting from
the use of a non-approved ride-on
platform will not be covered by the
warranty.
Other attachments
The Willz chassis is designed to
be compatible with the Willz seat
unit, the Willz carrycot and Willz
car seat. Do not attempt to t any
other attachments. Any damage
resulting from use of a non-approved
attachment will not be covered by
the warranty.
Care of the seat cover
The seat cover is not removable.
Wipe clean with damp cloth and
mild detergent [never use bleach or
abrasives]. DO NOT machine wash.
Care of the raincover
A. The raincover can be cleaned by
sponging with warm water and mild
detergent.
B. If your child tends to kick the cover,
simply release the foot elastics to
avoid damage to the raincover.
Warning: This cover is for outdoor use
only. The raincover must be removed
if the child remains in the pushchair
indoors, otherwise the child may
overheat. Remove the raincover in
warm sunny weather.
Note: Do not put in your car on
hot days, as this will damage your
raincover.

Opening the pushchair
Front wheel assembly
Pull the storage latch (A) and at the
same time, holding the handle (B),
lift the chassis.
Push the front wheels into the holes at
the front of the chassis. Ensure the
wheels click into place and check
they are rmly attached by pulling
them.
To remove, push tab (A) and pull the
wheel off (B).
Keep lifting the chassis until the locks
on each side of the chassis click into
place.

Swivel/lock the front wheels
Rear wheel assembly
Push the rear wheel axles rmly into
the holes on the rear of the chassis.
Ensure both wheels click into place
and check they are rmly attached
by pulling each wheel.
To prevent the front wheels from
swivelling, slide the swivel locks (A)
down.
To allow the wheels to swivel slide the
locks (B) up.
It is recommended the wheels
are locked when using on uneven
ground.
To remove, pull tab (B) and pull the
wheel off.

Using the brakes
Adjusting the handle height
Press down on the brake lever (A) to
apply the brakes.
Lift the brake lever up to release the
brakes.
Note: Never force the brake lever
down. If there seems to be too
much resistance then gently roll the
pushchair backwards and forwards
whilst pressing down on the brake
lever.
Squeeze the button (A) and adjust
the height to one of the three
positions.

Attaching/removing the
seat unit
To remove: Grip the seat unit on both
sides and push the release button (A)
down whilst at the same time lifting
the seat unit from the chassis.
Note: The seat unit can be attached
forward-facing or parent facing.
To attach: Line up the connectors
(A) on each side of the seat unit with
mounting points (B) on the chassis
and lower the seat onto the chassis,
ensuring it clicks into place.
Lift the seat unit to ensure it is rmly
attached.

Adjusting the seat unit recline
Adjusting the calf rest
Press in BOTH buttons (A) located on
each side of the seat unit and tilt the
seat unit to the required position.
Ensure the seat unit is locked in
position (A) and that both buttons
have popped back out before
letting go of the seat.
Press in BOTH buttons (A) located on
each side of the calf rest and tilt it up
or down to the required position.

Attaching the bumper bar
To remove: press both release buttons
(C) on the underside of the mounting
brackets and pull the bumper bar
from the brackets
Line up connectors (A) on each side
of the bumper bar and push into the
mounting brackets (B) until they click
into place.
Pull the bumper bar to check it is
inserted correctly.

Attaching/removing the hood
Adjusting the hood
The hood can be partially or fully
opened.
To open: Pull the front edge of the
hood forward.
To close: Push the hood back
To remove: Pull up on the release tabs
(A) and slide the hood up and off the
mounting points.
To attach: Place the back of the
hood over the seat unit, and slide
both connectors (A) over the
mounting points (B).

Attaching the raincover
Place the raincover over the seat unit
ensuring the window panel (A) is at
the front.
Warning: The raincover is for outdoor
use only. The cover must be removed
or folded back if the child remains
in the pushchair indoors, otherwise
the child may overheat. Fold back or
remove the cover in warm or sunny
weather.

Clip the shoulder strap clips (A) onto
the loop of the waist strap connectors
(B). Push the waist strap connectors
(B) into the buckle (C) until they click
into place. Adjust the sliders on the
waist and shoulder straps so that the
harness ts snugly.
‘D’ rings are tted at the end of each
waist strap should you wish to attach
an alternative harness complying to
BS EN 13210.

The safety harness
To release the harness: using your
thumb and forenger, squeeze the
top and bottom of the waist strap
connector (D). The shoulder straps
can be unclipped from the waist
straps if necessary (E).
The harness t can be adjusted using
sliders (F) on the waist and shoulder
straps.
WARNING: Use the harness as soon as
your child can sit unaided.

Positioning the harness
shoulder and waist straps
The shoulder straps and waist straps
can be repositioned to suit the size of
your child. Use the shoulder straps in
one of the three slots that are closest
to your child’s shoulder height and
position the waist strap in one of the
two slots that best suits your child’s
waist size. Adjust the crotch strap for
a snug t, ensuring your child is safely
strapped in and cannot slip out.
Feed the shoulder or waist strap
retainers from the rear of the seat
through to the front of the seat.
Note: In both shoulder strap positions
and the inner waist strap position, the
strap retainers are located inside the
backrest, and accessed by releasing
the Velcro behind the top of the
backrest.
Thread the retainers back through
to the rear of the seat at the desired
setting.

Positioning the crotch strap
The crotch strap has two slot positions
and should be used in the slot that
best suits your child’s size. Use the
inner slot for smaller babies.
To reposition the crotch strap feed
the buckle up through the seat base
and then back down through the
slot position of your choice. To ensure
the strap is tted back correctly and
secure, pull the strap up sharply.
Ensure all straps are tted correctly
and securely, by pulling the straps up
sharply.
WARNING: THE STRAPS CAN BE
COMPLETELY REMOVED FROM THE
PUSHCHAIR WHEN ADJUSTING THE
POSITION. PLEASE ENSURE THEY ARE
SECURE BEFORE USE.

Positioning the crotch strap
To t the footmuff, unzip the apron so
that the buttonholes are visible.
Fitting the footmuff
A
Unfasten the buckle (A) and unclip the shoulder straps (B) from the waist
connectors. From the back of the footmuff; pass the shoulder straps through slots
(C1, C2 or C3), pass the waist straps through slots (D1 or D2) and pass the crotch
strap through slots (E1 or E2). Once all straps are in place; secure the child as usual
using the harness.
NOTE: For the baby’s comfort, use the slots which correspond with the harness
position on the pushchair!

Note: The chassis can be folded with
the seat unit attached in the forward
facing mode and is shown here
without the seat unit for illustration
purposes only. The chassis CANNOT
be folded whilst the seat is in the
parent facing mode.
Ensure the brakes are on and remove
child from the pushchair. Press and
hold release lock (A) and pull up both
catches (B) at the same time.
Fold the handle all the way down
(C) until the storage latch (D)
automatically engages and clicks
into place.
