PRECAUTIONS REGARDING THE POWER SUPPLY
-Keep these instructions for future reference.
-Batteries are for try-me purpose only, please replace them before
play. Please replace all batteries at the same time.
-Please save sales receipt for proof of purchase
-3 “AAA”(LR03) alkaline batteries recommended (non alkaline
included).
-Please follow the illustrations on installing batteries correctly.
-If batteries are installed backwards, this product will not work.
-To avoid battery leakage which can damage the product:
1. Follow the toy and battery manufacturer’s installation instructions.
2. Do not mix standard (carbon-zinc), alkaline, or rechargeable
(nickel-cadmium or nickel-metal hydride) batteries. Do not mix old and
new batteries. Do not mix different brands of batteries. Only batteries
of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
3. Remove dead or exhausted batteries from product. Dispose the
dead batteries properly; do not burn or bury them.
4. Remove the batteries if you do not plan to use the product for an
extended period of time.
5. Make sure battery cover is properly installed on unit at all times.
-Rechargeable batteries are not recommended.
-Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries
-Charging of rechargeable batteries should be done under adult
supervision with batteries removed from product.
-Supply terminals are not to be short- circuited.
-Do not expose batteries to heat.
-Do not let batteries be shorted.
-Do not take batteries apart.
NOTE: if the unit stops working or doesn’t work as it should, remove batteries for a
few minutes and then re-insert them. If there is still a problem, install new batteries.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
•This product is suitable for children aged 6 months and over
•Please keep these instructions for future reference.
•WARNING : all packaging material such as plastic collars and blister
are not part of this product and should be discarded for your child’s
safety.
•Do not use chemical solvent to clean the product. Do not pour water
on the product. In case of contact with water, remove immediately the
batteries and dry it carefully before using it. To clean the product,
wipe it with a slightly damp cloth or a soft dry cloth.
•Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and any direct heat source. Do not
expose to moisture or water.
•Remove the batteries when the unit is not being used for a long
period of time.
This product conforms to the safety requirements of ASTM F963, the
Canadian Hazardous Products (toys) regulations and European Directives
88/378.

INSTALLING THE BATTERIES
This product uses 3 “AAA”/ LR03 batteries.
Please follow the illustrations on installing the batteries correctly.
Batteries should be inserted and removed by an adult.
To install the batteries :
1. Use a suitable screwdriver, unscrew and remove the battery cover
located on the underside of the unit.
2. Insert 3 x AAA batteries into the compartment ensuring they are
installed the correct way. The polarities are marked inside the battery
compartment. Should the batteries have no polarity marking, the
positive end has a bump on the end.
3. Reassemble the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure. Do not
over tighten.
GETTING STARTED
WARNING:-All packing materials such as internal bags, plastic collars,
plastic films, carton inserts are not part of this product and should be
discarded for your child’s safety.
To start playing with the push’n go crab, just press on its shell and watch it
move sideways while a tune is played. Its claws open and close while the
Crab moves. Look at its googly eyes spinning!
There are 3 different tunes and 3 different funny sounds when the shell is
pressed.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the unit doesn’t operate… Check that the batteries are installed
correctly.
If the volume is too low… Install new batteries.
If there is a continuous
buzzing sound and the unit
doesn’t operate…
Install new batteries.
If the sound begins to play at a
very high or low rate of
speed…
Install new batteries.
If the unit malfunction… Reset the unit.*
•To reset the unit, remove the batteries and re-insert them back in
again.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat
source.
3. Remove the batteries when the unit is not being used for an extended
period of time.
4. Do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
POWER SUPPLY
Batteries: 3 x 1.5V “AAA” / LR03
Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
Do not mix old and new batteries.
The unit will go into standby mode after a period of inactivity. The system
automatically awakens if you press it.
