Plaats het squat rek op een vlakke grond.
Het is aan te raden een fitnessinstructeur te
raadplegen voordat u de machine gebruikt.
Belast je spieren niet te veel door te lange oefen-
ing duur of te hoge oefening frequentie, dit is
afhankelijk van je persoonlijke lichaam.
Neem tijdens het gebruik geen hoge risico’s en
vermijd onredelijk gebruik.
Niet geschikt voor zwangere vrouwen of mensen
met hart, hoge bloeddruk of andere lichamelijke
problemen.
