Special Safety Instructions For This Machine
WARNING
If glass surface is moist or covered with water droplets,please wipe the surface dry
as there is a danger of slip-ping.
CAUTION:
■ Handle the balance with care,as it is a precise measuring instrument.Do not prop
it or jump on it.

■ Do not load the appliance with more than 180kg to avoid damaging the device.
■ If the scales are carried or not going to be used,please store them only in a
horizontal position.
■ The body fat analysis scale is not suitable for the following persons:
- Children under 10 years and adults over 85 years
- Persons with symptoms of fever,oedema,or osteo-porosis
- Persons undergoing treatment for dialysis
- Persons who use a pacemaker
- Persons who take cardiovascular medication
- Pregnant women
- Sportspersons who perform over 5 hours of intensive sporting activities each
day
- Persona with a heartbeat lower than 60 beats/minute
WARNING:
■ Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or direct sunlight.Never throw
batteries into the fire.There is a danger of explosion!
■ Keep batteries away from children.They are not o toy!
■ Do not open the batteries by force.
WARNING:
■ Avoid contact with metallic objects.(Rings,nails,screws et cetera.)there is a danger
of short-circuiting!
■ As a result of a short-circuit batteries may heat up consider-ably or even catch
fire.this may result in burns.
■ For your safety the battery poles should be covered with adhesive strips during
transport.
■ If a battery leaks do not rub the liquid into contact with the liquid they should be
washed thoroughly and eyes rinsed out with clear water,if symptoms persist please
consult a doctor.
Inserting the batteries
NOTE:
Where required,the supplied batteries have been protected for transport with plastic
foil.
1.Remove this foil before inserting the batteries into the appliance.
2.Open the battery compartment on the back.
3.Insert 1pcs Lithium battery, please ensure that the polarity is correct(see the loor
of the battery compartment)!
4.Close the battery compartment again.
5.If the device is not used for a prolonged period of time,please take the batteries out
in order to Prevent leakage of battery acid.

6. If the message "LO"appears on the display,replace the batteries.
CAUTION:
■ Different battery types or new and used batteries must not be used together.
■ Batteries are not to be disposed of together with domestic wastes.Dispose of the
used batteries at the relevant col-lection bin or at your dealer's.

Information on measuring Body Fat
WARNING:
Do not use the scales if you use a pacemaker or another medical implant with
electronic components.the function of the implant may be impaired the measure-
ment.
NOTE:
The device can only function correctly if you stand on the contact surface with
bare,dry feet!
The main principle of this device is based on the measurement of the electric
impedance within the human body.In order to determine the actual body date,the
device eads a weak,unnoticeable electric signal through your body.
This signal is generally safe!However,please read our special safety instructions!
The method of measurement is referred to as"bioelectric impedance
analysis"(BIA),a factor which is based on the relationship between body weight and
associated body water percentages as well as on other biological
date(age,gender,body weight).
There are heavy persons with a well-balanced percentage between fat and muscle
mass,and there are seemingly slim persons with significantly high body fat
values,Fat is a factor that puts serious strain on the body,in particular the
cardio-vascular system.Therefore,controlling both values(fat and weight)is a
prerequisite for health and fitness.
Body fat
Body fat is an important component of the body.From protecting the joints as a
vitamin repository to regulating the body temperature,fat plays a vital role in the
body.Thus the goal is not radically reduce the proportion of body fat,but rather to
achieve and maintain a healthy balance between muscle and fat.
Guideline values for body fat and body water content as a
percentage(approximate figures)

Use
The device has a very sensitive sensor.If you want to adjust the settings,simply
touch the buttons gently with your finger.if the device does not respond to
touch,clean the glass surface with a soft,dry cloth.
NOTE:
The scales are factory set with the units"kg" and "lb".
To change the settings to "lb" or "kg" and 'Ft:in", proceed as follows:
On the back side of the scale beside the battery compartment a switch can be found,
push the below switch, choose between the measuring units kg/lb/st.
Weighing Function
■ Place the scale on a hard,flat surface(avoid carpets).An uneven floor contributes
to inaccurate Measurements.
■ Stand on the scales with both feet.the device switches on automatically.
■ Distribute your weight equally and wait for the scale to determine your weight.
■ The digits on the display will flash before your exact weight will be shown.
■ In order to extend the battery life,the device will automatically turn off 10 seconds
after you have stepped off the scale.
Saving Personal Date
NOTE:
■ The scale has default values that you can change,as described below.
■ Carry out the following steps in sequence and within a few seconds.Otherwise,the
device will automatically cancel input mode.
Press the button SET. The memory space will flash on the display(USER0.Confirm
the setting by pressing SET or select another memory space by pressing the
UP/DOWN button.then press SET to go to the next setting.

■ The symbol for"male" or "female" will flash.confirm the setting by pressing SET or
use the UP/DOWN button to choose the symbol for your gender.then press to go the
next setting.
■ The height setting will flash.select your height by pressing UP or DOWN
button.holding down one of the buttons will accelerate the process.confirm your
entry by pressing SET.
■ The setting AGE will flash.select your age by pressing UP or DOWN
button.holding down one of the buttons will accelerate the process.confirm your
entry by pressing SET.
NOTE:
■ The device can only function correctly if you stand on the device with bare,dry feet!
■ If necessary wipe the contact surface improve results.
■ Due to the significant fluctuation of body fat,it is different to attain a standard
value.on average The optimal testing time is between 6 p.m. And 8 p.m,since the
body fat remains very Consistent during this period of time.
■ Press the SET button.the preset stored position date appears on the display
9USER flash). Use the UP/DOWN button to select the stored position at which your
date is saved.
■ Wait for the USER display and 0.0kg(0.0lb/st)to stop flashing.
■ Stand on the contact surfaces(1) of the scales with both feet.
■ Firstly your weight will flash on the display.
■ After a few seconds,the following results will be shown:
1. -the body fat content in%(FAT symbol)
-the body water content in %(TBW symbol)
-the results analysis in the form of a bar
2. -the muscle mass content in %(MUS symbol)
-the bone mass content in %(BON symbol)
-the calorie requirement per day
3. -The present gender
-The present type
-The present height
-The present age(AGE)
Display error Message
NOTE;
If an error message appears on the display,wait until the device is turned off.turn it
on again to restart the operation.if the error display has not disappeared,take the
batteries out of the battery compartment for 10 seconds.

■ Clean the device with a slightly moist cloth.make sure that no humidity or waters
seeps Into the device.
■ Use a commercially sold detergent or soap for cleaning.
■
Dry the device well after cleaning with a dry and soft cloth.

Pillerin Takılması

5.Cihaz daha fazla kulanılmayacak duruma geldiğinde, pilin asidinin akmasını
önlemek için pili çıkartınız.
6."LO" mesajını gördüğünüzde pil bitmiştir.pili çıkartıp yenisiyle değiştiriniz.

Bu cihazın temel ilkesi insan vücudundaki elektrik empedansların ölçülmesine
dayalıdır. Asıl vücut oranına karar vermek için, cihaz vücudunuza hissedilmeyen
zayıf düzeyde elektrik sinyali yollamaktadır.

Ölçüm metodu “biyoelektrik empedans analizi” olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu metod
vücut ağırlığı ve vücuttaki su yüzdesinin ilişkisine ve tabiki de diğer biyolojik

bütün yağı azaltmak değildir. Amaç yağ ve kas oranını dengeli bir şekilde tutmaktır.

Kullanım
Cihazın hassas sensörü vardır. Ayarları ayarlamak istiyorsanız, yavaşça
parmağınızla butonlara dokununuz. Eğer cihaz cevap vermezse cam bölümünü
yumuşak ve kuru bir bezle temizleyiniz.
NOT:
Tartının fabrika ayarları "kg" ve "lb"dir .
"lb" veya "kg"ayarlarını değiştirmek için aşağıdaki talimata uyunuz:

Ağırlık Fonksiyonu
■ Tartıyı sert ve düz bir yüzeye koyunuz.(halıya koymayınız). Engebeli zemin yanlış
ölçüme sebep olabilir.
■ Cihazın üzerine iki ayağınızla çıktığınız zaman cihaz otomatik olarak açılacaktır.
■ Ağırlığınızı eşit olarak dağıtınız ve cihazın kilonuza karar vermesini bekleyiniz.
■ Kilonuz gözükmeden önce dijital rakamlar yanıp sönecektir.
■ Cihazın pilini daha uzun kullanabilmek için, siz cihazdan indikten sonra cihaz 10
saniye içinde kendiliğinden otomatik olarak kapanacaktır.
Kişisel bilgilerin kaydedilmesi
NOT:
■ Cihazın aşağıda açıklandığı gibi değiştirebileceğiniz değerleri vardır.

onaylayınız veya UP/DOWN düğmelerine basarak cinsiyet sembollerinden birini
seçiniz ve daha sonra SET düğmesine basarak diğer adıma geçiniz.
■ Yaş ayarları yanıp sönecektir. UP/DOWN tuşlarına basarak yaşınızı giriniz.
Herhangi bir tuşa basılı tutarak süreci hızlandırabilirsiniz. SET düğmesine basarak
ayarlarınızı onaylayınız.
■ Boy ayarları yanıp sönecektir. UP/DOWN butonuna basarak boyunuzu giriniz.

basarak onaylayabilirsiniz.
NOT:
■ Cihaz yalnızca üstüne çıplak ve kuru ayaklarla çıkınca doğru şekilde ölçecektir!
■ Sonuçları iyileştirmek için gerekirse temas yüzeyini siliniz.
■ Kilonuzu ölçmek için en uygun saat aralığı akşam 6 ile 8 dir. Çünkü vücudunzdaki
yağların en durağan olduğu saatler o saatlerdir.
■ SET butonuna basınız. Önceden kaydettiğiniz bilgiler 9USER ekranında

gözükecektir.UP/DOWN tuşlarını kullanarak bilgilerinizi seçebilirsiniz.
■ USER ve 0.0kg(0.0lb/st) sembolünün yanıp sönmesinin durması için bekleyiniz.
■ Temas yüzeyinin(1) üstüne iki ayağınızla birlikte çıkınız.
■ İlk olarak ekranda kilonuz gözükecektir.

Hata Mesajlarının Gözükmesi

■ Temizlemek için ticari olarak satılan deterjan ve sabun kullanınız.

Einsetzen der Batterien
HINWEIS :
Wo erforderlich , wurden die mitgelieferten Batterien für den Transport mit Plastikfo-
lie geschützt.
1. Entfernen Sie diese Folie vor dem Einlegen der Batterien in das Gerät .
2. Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach auf der Rückseite .
3. Legen 1pcs Lithium -Batterie, stellen Sie bitte sicher , dass die Polarität korrekt ist
(siehe loor der Batteriefach) !
4. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach wieder.
5. Wenn das Gerät nicht über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzt , nehmen Sie
bitte die Batterien aus , um Verhindern, dass ein Auslaufen von Batteriesäure .
6. Wenn die Meldung " LO " auf dem Display angezeigt wird, ersetzen Sie die
Batterien.
ACHTUNG:
■ Unterschiedliche Batterietypen oder neue und gebrauchte Batterien dürfen nicht
zusammen verwendet werden.
■ Batterien dürfen nicht zusammen mit dem Haus wastes.Dispose der verwendeten
Batterien bei zuständigen col Auswahlkorb oder bei Ihrem Fachhändler entsorgt
werden.
