Packing bench 2 instructions
How to construct packing bench 2 (with shelf) step-by-step
1. Your bench will arrive flat packed, with everything you need in the box.
2. Start with the black frames. Using a hammer, take the small black feet and use gentle force to hit the
feet into the ends of the frame (the ends without bolt holes).
3. Turn the frame around so you are now working with the end with the bolt holes. Using the ‘L’shape
brackets, line them up with the holes in the frame. Make sure the narrow side of the bracket is in line
with the front of the frame, with the wider part of the bracket facing outwards. Attach and secure
with washer, nut and bolt. Use a spanner if needed.

4. Taking the tabletop, place it onto the frame and align the holes on the green structure to the ‘L’
shape bracket. Take the smaller washer, nut and bolt for the outward holes and the larger washer,
nut and bolt for where the bracket meets the frame leg. Make sure to secure with a spanner if
necessary.
5. Using a long bolt, carefully flip the bench on its other side and attach the back of the table to the
frame.
Attaching the upper shelf:
1. Using the small black ‘U’bracket with the two bolt holes, slot into the shelf with the bolt holes
pointing outwards.

2. Carefully slot the shelf with the U bracket inserted onto the top of the frame and slide down. Secure
using the nuts and bolts provided. Make sure the shelf is straight before tightening the bolts
Attaching the multipurpose over worktop rail:
1. Using the small black ‘U’bracket, with the 3 bolts and dip horizontal to the bolts, slide on the frame
sideways with the bolt holes pointing inwards.
2. Secure in place using the nut and bolts provided. Use a spanner is required. Repeat the other side.
3. The rail can then be slotted in and is ready to use.

Attaching the multipurpose over worktop rail:
1. Attach the bubble roll holder using the other black ‘U’bracket with the three bolts and the dip
vertical to the bolts, to the legs of the bench using the nut and bolts provided. Repeat the other side.
2. The green bar can then be slotted into place. Your packing bench is ready to be used.
