Wat is pijn?
Pijn is een waarschuwingssignaal, dat aangeeft dat ons lichaam beschadigd is of dat het lichaam
beschadigd dreigt te worden (bijvoorbeeld wanneer u met uw hand te dicht bij een vlam komt).
Pijn kan ook een herstelfunctie hebben, zodat vermeden wordt dat beschadigde delen, zoals
bijvoorbeeld gebroken ledematen, te zwaar belast worden en de genezing ervan bemoeilijkt
wordt.
Deze soorten pijnen worden meestal aangeduid als ACUTE pijnen.
Acute pijnen duren over het algemeen kort en verdwijnen als de beschadiging of infectie voorbij
is. Acute pijnen kunnen heftig en onaangenaam zijn, maar hebben een duidelijke,
beschermende functie.
Een ander soort pijn, die eveneens bijzonder onaangenaam kan zijn, is de langdurige of
CHRONISCHE pijn. Deze pijn heeft geen waarschuwings- of herstelfunctie meer en ontstaat
door een verstoorde werking van de zenuwen. Veelal is er geen duidelijke oorzaak aantoonbaar.

Introductie:
Deze gebruiksaanwijzing zal u helpen begrijpen wat pijn
is en hoe u de Kluvaro KRES100B stimulator kunt
gebruiken om uw pijn te verlichten. In deze handleiding
treft u alle noodzakelijke informatie en technische
gegevens aan die nodig zijn om verantwoord gebruik te
maken van de stimulator en de toebehoren.
Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig door voordat u
de Kluvaro KRES100B gaat gebruiken en bewaar de
producthandleiding na het lezen. Indien u in behandeling
bent bij een arts of therapeut, volg dan altijd hun
instructies eerst op! Zij zijn de aangewezen personen om
u nadere uitleg te geven.

Het draagbaar TENS & EMS-apparaat van Kluvaro is compact, stijlvol en is uitgerust met veilige
en zachte elektrodenpads. Het is een geavanceerd apparaat met vele technische
stimulatiemogelijkheden. Veel mensen gebruiken de Kluvaro KRES100B ter verlichting van pijn
en wij hopen dat u ook veel profijt van dit apparaat zult hebben. Wij wensen u veel succes toe
met uw therapie.

Pijnverlichting door zenuwstimulatie (TENS)
De Kluvaro KRES100B stimulator geeft door middel van op het lichaam geplaatste elektroden,
elektrische pulsen via de huid aan de zenuwen door. Dit prikkelen van de huid heeft een
tweeledig doel. Enerzijds worden de zenuwen ‘afgeleid’ van de aanwezige pijnprikkels,
waardoor minder pijnsignalen aan de hersenen doorgegeven worden. Anderzijds wordt het
lichaam aangezet endorfines te produceren, waarvan een pijnstillende werking uitgaat.
Pijn is een persoonlijke beleving. Elk mens wordt pijn anders gewaar. Hetzelfde geldt ook voor
pijnbestrijding door middel van zenuwstimulatie. De mate van pijnverlichting tijdens de
stimulatie, alsmede het aantal uren van pijnverlichting nadat u met stimulatie gestopt bent,
verschilt voor iedereen.
Het toepassen van TENS heeft geen genezende werking. Het is een symptomatische
behandeling die het pijngevoel onderdrukt. Langdurige stimulatie is niet gevaarlijk of
schadelijk. Wel kan langdurige stimulatie op dezelfde plaats op den duur huidirritatie
veroorzaken.
Kluvaro KRES100B stimulator
De KRES100B is een digitale tweekanaals stimulator. Aan de linker- en rechterkant van het
apparaat bevindt zich één kanaal. De beide kanalen werken onafhankelijk van elkaar en
beïnvloeden elkaar niet. U kunt het apparaat uiteraard ook éénkanaals gebruiken, waarbij het
andere kanaal uitgeschakeld blijft. Met de speciale clip kunt u de stimulator makkelijk aan uw
broek, rok of riem bevestigen.
De stimulator wordt gevoed door batterijen en geeft stroompulsen via kabels, elektroden en de
huid door aan onderliggende zenuwen.
Het apparaat heeft weinig tot geen onderhoud nodig. Het beste kunt u het apparaat regelmatig
afnemen met een vochtige doek. Gebruik in ieder geval nooit agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen,
zoals ether, alcohol en schuurmiddelen. Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in een
reinigingsvloeistof of iets dergelijks!
Beoogd gebruik
TENS: Het apparaat wordt gebruikt voor de symptomatische verlichting van chronische
pijnsyndromen en de tijdelijke verlichting van pijn die gepaard gaat met gevoelige en pijnlijke
spieren in de arm, schouder, nek, rug, taille, buik en been als gevolg van inspanning of door
normale huishoudelijke en werk activiteiten. Ook wordt het gebruikt voor post-operatieve en
post-traumatische acute pijnproblemen.
EMS: Het apparaat wordt gebruikt voor ontspanning van spierspasmen, verhoging van de
bloedstroom in de bloedsomloop, preventie of vertraging van atrofie, spierheropvoeding,
behoud of vergroting van het bewegingsbereik, het stimuleren van kuitspieren onmiddellijk na
een operatie om veneuze trombose te voorkomen.
KRES100B is geschikt voor de schouder, nek, rug, taille, arm, elleboog, buik-, been- en
menselijke spierdelen. Kneden, tikken en draaien zijn de gesimuleerde kunstmatige
massagetechnieken om vermoeidheid te verlichten en om de levenskwaliteit te verbeteren.

Opmerkingen:
1. Lees voor het gebruik de instructies zorgvuldig door en volg de instructies.
2. Als u zich ongemakkelijk voelt bij het gebruik van dit product, stop dan onmiddellijk met
het gebruik ervan.
3. Schakel het apparaat uit als u de elektrodenpads van de draagbare stimulator verwijdert
of verplaatst.
4. Controleer voor gebruik of er geen contact is tussen metaal en de elektrodenpads van
het draagbare TENS & EMS apparaat.
5. Gebruik voor hetzelfde lichaamsdeel niet meer dan twee keer per dag dit apparaat.
6. Repareer of demonteer het product niet zelf.
7. Recycle de gebruikte batterijen in overeenstemming met hun markering. Gooi de
gebruikte batterijen niet naar believen weg.
Verbodsbepalingen:
Als een van de volgende omstandigheden zich voordoet: gebruik dan geen massageapparaat!
1. Gelieve niet toe te passen op de gebieden nabij het hart of boven de nek en op de
wonden van acute of chronische ziekten.
2. Gelieve niet te gebruiken bij hartritmestoornissen of andere hartproblemen, huid
3. ziekten, koorts en andere ziekten. Bij twijfel, neem altijd eerst contact op met een arts!
4. Dit product mag niet door mensen gebruikt worden die een hartslagregelaar, kunsthart,
pacemaker en andere elektronische medische apparaten gebruiken.
5. Kleef dit product niet langdurig op dezelfde plaats zonder het te verwijderen.
6. Gelieve niet te gebruiken tijdens het slapen, autorijden of in bad.
7. Plaats het product niet in een te droge of een te vochtige omgeving.
8. Gelieve niet te gebruiken in ontvlambare, explosieve en onstabiele gebieden.

Het weergavescherm:
Werking van de elektroden:
1. Bevestig de elektrodedraad op de elektrodenpad (zoals
weergegeven in de afbeelding aan de linkerkant).
2. Houd voor het gebruik de huid schoon en scheur het
bewaarfolie voorzichtig af voor gebruik (kleef na het
gebruik de folie terug om de levensduur van de
elektrodenpads te beschermen).
3. Kleef op de juiste lichaamsdelen volgens de instructies.
4. Zorg ervoor dat u na gebruik de bewaarfolie weer op de
originele elektrode plakt, zodat vuil ophoping wordt
voorkomen.
Opmerking: Omdat de geleidende kleefstof een sterke
eigenschap heeft om op materiaal te plakken, zal er een
sterke adhesiekracht zijn.
Niet krachtig trekken bij het afscheuren van de bewaarfolie,
dit om te vermijden dat de geleidende kleefstof loskomt
van de elektrode.

Werking van het product:
1. Schakel het apparaat in: Druk in de energiebesparende modus op de toets om de
stand-by-modus te openen.
2. Modus selectie: druk op de mode toets om de modus te selecteren. Wat is geselecteerd
zal knipperen.
3. Tijdinstelling: druk op de kloktoets om de gebruikstijd in te stellen. De stapwaarde is 5-
90-5 in 5 minuten per stap.
4. Start de behandeling of verhoog de intensiteit: druk op [CH1 +] of [CH2 +]
krachtniveau 0 ~ 40, past 1 niveau per stap aan.
De timer wordt tijdens de behandeling afgeteld en de output wordt na 30 minuten massage
automatisch gestopt.
5. Lagere intensiteit: druk op [CH1-] of [CH2-], pas 1 niveau per stap aan.
Opmerking: CH1 en CH2 zijn twee onafhankelijke besturingskanalen. CH1 is de
uitvoerintensiteit voor het besturen van het CH1-kanaal en CH2 is de uitvoerintensiteit voor
het besturen van het CH2-kanaal.
6. Einde van de timer: de uitvoer stopt aan het einde van de timer en er is een terugkeer
naar de stand-by modus.

7. Als u tijdens de behandeling op drukt, wordt de intensiteit 0 en wordt de uitvoer
gestopt.
8. Als tijdens de behandeling gedurende 15 seconden geen toets wordt ingedrukt, kunnen
alleen de machine-schakelaar en de vergrendelingssleutel worden gebruikt. Nadat de
vergrendelingsfunctie is geactiveerd, druk op de CH-toets om het apparaat te ontgrendelen.
9. Uitschakelen: Druk op in de stand-by-modus.
10. Geluidsonderdrukking: houd de toets van de tijdinstelling 2 seconden lang ingedrukt om te
schakelen.
11. Veilige intelligente detectiefunctie: Als de geleidende kleefstof niet normaal in contact komt
met de huid, zal de outputsterkte van het apparaat 0 zijn om de veiligheid van de gebruiker te
garanderen. Als u het apparaat wilt blijven gebruiken, bevestigt u de elektrode gewoon opnieuw
op de huid en u keert terug naar de oorspronkelijke sterkte.
12. Schakelt automatisch naar de energiebesparende modus: Het apparaat schakelt
automatisch over naar de energiebesparende modus wanneer er in de komende 3 minuten
geen bediening plaatsvindt.

Tip 1: Een grote outputintensiteit, geeft niet noodzakelijk een beter effect.
Het meest comfortabele en effectieve is, wanneer het huidgedeelte de stroomuitvoer voelt, dan
2 ~ 3 of zo verhogen.
Tip 2: Tijdens het behandelingsproces is het verboden om de elektrodeplaat van het TENS &
EMS DEVICE te verwijderen. Als u dit doet, krijgt u een oncomfortabele stroomstimulatie in uw
vingers. De juiste manier om dit te doen is door het apparaat uit te schakelen en dan de
elektrode te verwijderen.
Lage elektrische indicator: Als het LCD-scherm een lege batterij toont, dan moet de
gebruiker de batterij vervangen. Als de batterijstand te laag is, kan het apparaat niet worden
ingeschakeld en moet de batterij worden vervangen.
Tip 3: Als je niet binnen 15 seconden op een toets drukt, wordt de display automatisch
donkerder.
De elektrodenpads:
De geleidende elektrode wordt als een geavanceerde grondstof geïmporteerd uit de Verenigde
Staten, heeft strikte biologische compatibiliteitstests doorstaan en kan veilig worden toegepast
op de menselijke huid. De geleidende elektrode kan worden hergebruikt.
Veeg na elk gebruik met uw vinger en een beetje water of medische alcohol het oppervlak van
de elektrode voorzichtig af, zodat het vuil verwijderd kan worden.
Plaats het afgeveegde gebied een paar minuten in de schaduw en plak de beschermfolie
vervolgens terug op de elektrode nadat de plakkerigheid is hersteld. Veeg de elektrode niet af
met papier of een doek, aangezien deze aan de elektrode kunnen blijven plakken en daardoor
schade en defecten kunnen veroorzaken.
De geleidende elektrode bevat een vocht factor en moet correct worden opgeslagen. Onjuiste
opslag of een overmatig droge omgeving zal de prestaties van de elektrode beïnvloeden.

What’s pain?
Pain is a warning signal, indicating that our body is damaged or in danger of being damaged
(e.g. when you come too close to a flame with your hand).
Pain can also have a recovery function, preventing damaged parts, such as broken limbs, from
being overburdened and making healing difficult.
These types of pains are usually referred to as ACUTE pains.
Acute pains generally last a short time and disappear once the damage or infection has passed.

Pain relief through nerve stimulation (TENS)
The Kluvaro KRES100B stimulator transmits electrical pulses through the skin to the nerves by
means of electrodes placed on the body. This stimulation of the skin has a dual purpose. On
the one hand, the nerves are "distracted" from the pain stimuli present, so that fewer pain
signals are transmitted to the brain. On the other hand, the body is encouraged to produce
endorphins, which have an analgesic effect.
Pain is a personal experience. Each person experiences pain differently. The same applies to
pain management by means of nerve stimulation. The degree of pain relief during stimulation,
as well as the number of hours of pain relief after you stop stimulation, differs for everyone.
The application of TENS has no healing effect. It is a symptomatic treatment that suppresses
the sensation of pain. Prolonged stimulation is not dangerous or harmful. However, long-term
stimulation in the same place can cause skin irritation in the long run.
Kluvaro KRES100B stimulator
The KRES100B is a digital two-channel stimulator. There is one channel on the left and right
side of the device. The two channels work independently and do not influence each other. Of
course, you can also use the unit as a single-channel unit with the other channel switched off.
With the special clip, you can easily attach the stimulator to your trousers, skirt or belt.
The stimulator is powered by batteries and transmits current pulses via cables, electrodes and
the skin to underlying nerves.
The device requires little or no maintenance. It is best to clean the device regularly with a damp
cloth. Never use aggressive cleaning agents, such as ether, alcohol or abrasives. Never
immerse the device in a cleaning liquid or the like!
Intended use
TENS: The device is used for the symptomatic relief of chronic pain syndromes and the
temporary relief of pain associated with tender and aching muscles in the arm, shoulder, neck,
back, waist, abdomen and leg as a result of exertion or through normal household and work
activities. It is also used for post-operative and post-traumatic acute pain problems.
EMS: The device is used for relaxation of muscle spasms, increasing blood flow in the
circulatory system, prevention or delay of atrophy, muscle re-education, maintaining or
increasing range of motion, stimulation of calf muscles immediately after surgery to prevent
venous thrombosis.
KRES100B is suitable for the shoulder, neck, back, waist, arm, elbow, abdomen, leg and human
muscle parts. Kneading, tapping and twisting are the simulated artificial massage techniques
to relieve fatigue and improve quality of life.

Notes:

The display
Operation of electrodes:
1. Attach the electrode cable to the electrode pad (as shown
in the illustration on the left).
2. Before use, clean the skin and gently tear off the
protective foil before use (re-tape the foil after use to
protect the life of the electrode pads).
3. Stick on the appropriate body parts according to the
instructions.
4. Be sure to re-tape the protective film to the original
electrode after use to prevent dirt buildup.
Note: Because the conductive adhesive has a strong ability
to stick to material, there will be a strong adhesion force.
Do not pull forcefully when tearing the storage foil, to avoid
the conductive adhesive becoming detached from the
electrode.

Operation of the product:
1. Turn on the device: In energy-saving mode, press the button to enter standby mode.
2. Mode selection:Press the mode key to select the mode and the selected will flash.
3. Time setting: Press the clock key to set the use time. The step value is 5-90-5 in 5 minutes
per step.
4. Start treatment or increase intensity: Press the [CH1 +] or [CH2 +] strength level 0 ~
40, adjust 1 level in per step.
The timer counts down during the treatment and the output is automatically stopped after 30
minutes of massage.
5. Lower intensity: Press [CH1-] or [CH2-], adjust 1 level per step.
Note: CH1 and CH2 are two independent control channels. CH1 is the output intensity for
controlling the CH1 channel and CH2 is the output intensity for controlling the CH2 channel.
6. End of timer: the output stops at the end of the timer and there is a return to standby
mode.
7. If you press during the treatment, the intensity becomes 0 and the output is stopped.

8. If no key is pressed for 15 seconds during the treatment, only the machine switch and the
lock key can be used. After the locking function has been activated, press the CH key to
unlock the machine.
9. Turn off: press in stand-by-mode.
10. Sound suppression: Press and hold the time setting button for 2 seconds to switch.
11.Safe intelligent detection function: If the conductive adhesive does not come into
normal contact with the skin, the output strength of the device will be 0 to ensure the safety
of the user. To continue using the device, simply reattach the electrode to the skin and it
will return to its original strength.
12.Automatically switches to energy-saving mode: The device automatically switches to
energy-saving mode when there is no operation for the next 3 minutes.

Warm tip 1: A high output intensity does not necessarily give a better effect.
The most comfortable and effective is, when the skin part feels the current output, then
increase 2 ~ 3 or so.
Warm tip 2: During the treatment process, it is forbidden to remove the electrode plate of the
TENS & EMS DEVICE. If you do, you will get an uncomfortable current stimulation in your
