Thank you for purchasing the BSx2 servo. Please refer often to this
manual before using the product. Also please keep this manual for
future references and refer to it at anytime.
BSx2 Series servo manual
•We have examined the operation of this BSx2 servo in combination with
other KO PRO PO products as a prerequisite c onditi on. We cann ot
assume any responsibility for the use of other company’ s products with
this unit.
•Vibration during usage can damage the servo. Use the rubber grommets
included to prevent the servo from coming in contact with mechanical
plates. Over tightening the grommets reduces the effect of preventing
vibration.
•Check any linkage connected to the servo for free movement. Loose or
bound linkage will increase power consumption, which may shorten the
operational life of the servo.
•When using dry cells as a power supply, the correct performance may
not be shown.
•Mod ific a tio n of the unit by the custom er may r end er t he pr odu ct
un-repairable.

Note on usage
While operating this product, do not carelessly touch, put it to your face or
etc. *There is danger of fracturing or cutting your finger or other parts of
your body from the strong torque output of the output axis. There is also the
danger o f b e i n g burned due to t h e h e a t g enerate d i f t h e s e r vo is
over-loaded.
About safety
Dead Band
Adjusting the dead band. Narrowing the dead band creates a more
preci s e neutral p o s i tion, b u t the se r vo m ay make more no i s e
according to how your linkage is set.

Features
ICS (interactive communication system) allows for the settings
to be read, changed and transmitted between the servo.In
addition, the possibility to interact with the communication by
changing and programming has extended the ICS purpose.
When the servo powers on there may seem to be a slight
glitch, this is normal.
BSx2 Digital servos have high torque in the neutral position.
Sometimes you may see this slight glitch at neutral but this is
normal. Please us e this servo as this d oes not alter the
performance.

•Confirm the connector direction and make sure it is securely inserted. If
the connector becomes loose due to vibration during a run, it will drive
recklessly.

■ 設定項目
設定は、「ICS USB アダプター HS] とパーソナルコンピュータを使用して
行うことが可能です。
BSx2デジタルサーボシリーズは、ニュートラル付近の保持力を高めて
いますので、無負荷状態において微振動が発生することがあります。
これは異常ではありませんので、安心してご使用ください。
BSx2シリーズではサーボの動作特性の設定ができます。外部から動作特
性を設定可能な、デジタルサーボならではの機能です。通信方法は、弊社
独自の「ICS（インタラクティブ・コミュニケーション・システム）」を採用。
外部との通信により内部の設定変更、設定読み出しが双方向で行えます。

ご使用になる前にこの説明書をよくお読みの上、ご使用下さい。
また、この取扱説明書はいつでも参照できるように大切に保管しておいてください。
BSx2 シリーズサーボ 取扱説明書
●BSx2サーボは当社製品との組み合わせを前提に動作確認をして
おります。他社製品との組み合わせについては保証致しかねます。
●走行時の振動はサーボに想像以上のダメージを与えます。グロメッ
トを使用してサーボ本体をシャーシやメカプレートに直接当たら
ない様に搭載して下さい。グロメットは多少つぶれる位が適当で
す。あまり締め付けると振動を防ぐ効果がなくなります。
●リンケージシャフトはガタやタワミが無いように、そして軽くなめ
らかに動くことを確かめて下さい。リンケージの動きが重いと負
担がかかり、消費電力が増え、サーボの寿命は短くなります。
●電源に乾電池を使用した時、十分な性能が発揮されない場合があります。
製品に関する注意 使用上の注意
■守らないと軽傷程度の被害、及び物損事故の発生が想定されます。
●BSx2サーボの接続は必ず当社製純正品を使用する。
※当社純正品以外との組み合わせにより発生した損害等につきましては、当社
では責任を負いません。
●コネクターは向きを確認し、確実に奥までさす。
※逆接すると機器が破損します。※向きを間違えると機器が破損します。
※走行中の振動でコネクターが抜けると、暴走することがあります。
●雨天や水たまりのある所で使用しない。
※内部に水が入り誤作動・損傷の原因になります。
●分解、改造をしない。
注 意
危 険
■ 守らないと死亡または重傷を負う危険性が切迫して生じることが想定されます。
●製品の動作中は、不用意に触れたり、顔などを近づけたりしない。
※ 本製品は強力なトルクを発生するために、出力軸の先の機構部に指や体の一部をはさむと、骨
折や切断の危険性があります。また、過負荷時に発生する熱で火傷を負う危険性があります。

■ハンドルの切り初めがぴくぴくする
□パンチを小さくしたり、ストレッチ１を小さくしてお試しください。
■ストレートエンドでカクカクと 2段曲がりする
□保持力が強すぎることが考えられます。ストレッチ２を小さくしてお試しください。
■コーナー後半で巻き込む
□保持力が強すぎることが考えられます。ストレッチ２を小さくしてお試しください。
■切り返し、シケインでもっと曲げたい
□
保持力の不足が考えられます。ストレッチ２を大きくしたり、パンチを大きくしてお試しくださ
い。
■ストレートでふらつく
□ストレッチ１を大きくしたり、パンチを大きくしてお試しください。
■サーボが小刻みに振動する
□
電源電圧が高い状態で、ストレッチ１、ストレッチ２、パンチを上げ過ぎると起こることがあり
ます。
振動しない範囲にストレッチ１、ストレッチ２、パンチを下げてください。
※上記を参考に、コースの路面に合った設定をお試しください。また路面状況により説
明と同じように動作しないことがあります。その場合には上記の逆の設定を試すなど、
