Shock FlatHeadScrewdriver
Key
1.Unlockthelinerdispenserwiththekey(included)andremove
thefourscrewssecuringthelinerdispensertotheframe.Remove
plasticlinerdispenserfromwall.
2.Thereshouldbesixscrewsholdingthemetalmountingframeto
thewall.Removethefourlowermountingscrews.Keepallofthese
screwstoremounttheunit.
3.Loosentheuppertwomountingscrews,butdonotremovethem.
Youshouldbeabletolifttheunitofftheuppermountingscrews
usingthekeyholeslots.
4.Oncetheunitisremovedfromthewall,allowtheunittoclose
andlayitatonanon-abrasivetableorcountertopwiththeframe
sidefacingup.
5.Usingaatheadscrewdriver,releasethe“C”clip(whichholds
thebottomoftheshocktotheballstud)byslidingthescrewdriver
betweenthe“C”clipandtheheadoftheshock.Oncereleasedpull
theheadoftheshockofftheballstud.Repeatthisfortheotherend
oftheshock.
6.Takethenewshockandattachthethinendtotheballstud
closesttothebedoftheunitbypushingituntilyouhearitclickinto
place.Twisttheheadbackandforthtoensureitissecure.
7.Taketheotherendoftheshockinonehandandthewallportion
oftheframeintheother.Slightlypullupontheframeuntilthehead
oftheshocklinesupwiththeballstud.Pushtheshockontothe
ballstuduntilitclicksintoplace.Twisttheheadbackandforthto
ensureitissecure.
8.Remounttheunitusingthekeyholeslotsandthescrewsthat
wereleftinthewall.Replacethefourlowermountingscrewsthat
wereremoved.Tightenallsixscrewstoensuretheunitissecured
tothewall.
9.Reattachthelinerdispensertotheframeusingthefourscrews
youremovedearlier.Closeandlockthelinerdispenserwiththekey
(included).
10.Openandclosetheunitseveraltimestoensuretheshockis
workingcorrectly.Cleantheunitandworkarea.
