Read all of the instructions in this guide before using this product. Retain this guide for
future reference. Do not skip, substitute or modify any steps or procedures in this guide, as
doing so could result in personal injury or product damage.
• Before starting any exercise program, consult your physician to determine if you have
any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk or
prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is essential if
you are taking any medication that may affect your heart rate, blood pressure or
cholesterol level.
• Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you
experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular
heartbeat, shortness of breath, light headedness, dizziness or feelings of nausea. If you
experience any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing
with your exercise program.
• Always wear comfortable properly fitting sports shoes and clothing while using the
treadmill. If you experience any discomfort while exercising stop immediately and
consult your physician.
• This equipment is intended for adult use only. Keep children and pets away from the
machine. DO NOT leave children unattended in the same room with the equipment.
Contact with the moving surface may result in severe friction burns.
• Do not get on or off the treadmill whilst it is moving as this may result in serious injury
and possible damage of the treadmill.
• When not in use, unplug the power cord.
• This appliance is designed for consumer use. Follow directions and use only as
described.
• Once fully assembled, inspect to ensure all hardware parts such as bolts, nuts and
washers are positioned correctly and tightly secured.
• Dry after each use to remove moisture. Wipe regularly with a mild, non-abrasive
cleaner and water solution.
• To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 50 cm of free space on each side
and 200cm behind.
• Prior to assembly, ensure you have all the components.
• Always use the equipment as intended. If you find any defective components while
assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from
the equipment during exercise, cease use immediately and contact help.kogan.com for
assistance. Do not use until resolved.
• Do not place fingers or any other objects into moving parts of the exercise equipment.
Ensure care is taken while setting up and folding the treadmill.

• Keep hands clear of the hinges while setting up and folding the treadmill.
• Be careful when lifting and moving the equipment. Always use proper lifting technique
and seek assistance if necessary.
• Your equipment is intended for use in cool, dry conditions. You should avoid storage in
extreme cold, hot or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related
problems.
• This appliance contains no user-serviceable parts. If it suffers any failure or damage,

• This equipment is designed and intended for indoor use only.
• The running belt on this treadmill has a visible joint mark. This is completely normal
and will not affect the performance or operation of your treadmill.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
• Swallowing can lead to chemical burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death.
• If you suspect your child has swallowed or inserted a button battery, immediately
call the 24-hour Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 (Australia) or 0800 764
766 (New Zealand) for fast, expert advice.
• Examine devices and make sure the battery compartment is correctly secured,
e.g. that the screw or other mechanical fastener is tightened. Do not use if
compartment is not secure.
• Dispose of used button batteries immediately and safely. Flat batteries can still
be dangerous.
• Tell others about the risk associated with button batteries and how to keep their
children safe.
• Severe burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion. Seek medical attention
immediately.

Note: Two people are recommended to lift the packaging out of the walking machine
1. Lift the handrail to the upright position and secure it in place using the M8x15mm
knobs.
2. Attach the phone holder on the handrail and secure it place with the M8x30mm knob.
3. Connect the power supply and complete the installation of the Treadmill.
INSTALLATION

4. Ensure the belt is in the centre of the treadmill and adjust if required.
Note:
The running belt on this treadmill has a visible joint mark. This is completely normal
and will not affect the performance or operation of your treadmill.

Plug the power cable into an electrical outlet and place the red switch in the ON position.
The switch will illuminate, the treadmill will emit a "drip" sound and the display will turn on.
Turning the Treadmill On/Off
1. Press the Power button on the remote control to turn the treadmill on.
2. Press the Power button on the remote control again to turn the treadmill off.
Note: To ensure the safety of users, do not turn the treadmill off while it is still moving.
Instead wait till it comes to a complete stop before pressing the Power button.
3. Press the start/stop button on the remote control to start the walking machine. When
you have finished, press the start/stop button to treadmill.
4. To better maintain your treadmill and extend its life span, it is recommended that you
turn off the power after continuous use for 2 hours and let the machine rest for 10
minutes before use.
Adjusting the Speed
• Speed increase button: Press the Speed Increase button to raise the speed of the
treadmill in “0.1/time” increments. If this button is held down for more than 2 seconds,
the speed will continuously increase.
• Speed decrease button: Press the Speed Decrease button to raise the speed of the
treadmill in “0.1/time” increments. If this button is held down for more than 2 seconds,
the speed will continuously increase.
Changing Modes
When the treadmill is in standby, press the Mode button on the remote to cycle through 3
different countdown modes of operation (Time, Distance & Calorie).
After selecting one of the 3 modes, use the speed increase and decrease buttons to set the
countdown values. After setting, press the "Start" key to start the Treadmill.
Display
• Speed: Displays your workout speed value.
• Time: Shows your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds (0.0 - 99.00 min).
• Distance: Displays the accumulative distance travelled during your workout (0.0 –
99.99 MI).
• Calories: Displays the accumulative calories burned during your workout (0 – 999.9 C).
OPERATION

Cleaning the Treadmill
Regular cleaning will extend the lifespan of your treadmill.
• Disconnect the power before cleaning the treadmill.
• Add a small amount of mild detergent to a 100% cotton cloth. Do not spray the
detergent directly on the belt or use any acidic and corrosive detergents.
• Do not wipe under the walking belt
• Be careful not to splash water onto electrical components or under the running belt.
• Ensure to clean the exposed parts on both sides of the running belt, as this will reduce
the accumulation of impurities under the running belt.
• Ensure that sports shoes are clean and avoid carrying foreign objects under the running
belt.
• Open the motor cover at least once a year to vacuum and clean the motor.
When the treadmill is not being used, keep the safety lock out of reach of children. Store the
silicone oil bottle inside the accessory package out of reach of children. If accidentally
ingested or in the eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention promptly.
The treadmill machine can be placed vertically to save space. Before standing up, turn off
the power switch of the walking machine and unplug the power cord. Carefully stand up

Be sure to unplug the power supply of the electric walking machine before moving the
front cover.

the treadmill and place it against the wall. Ensure the treadmill is on an angle so that it
cannot be tilted to avoid falling.
Belt Lubrication
• Disconnect the power before lubricating
the treadmill.
• Lift the edge of the belt and apply 5-10ml
of silicone oil to the inner surface. Do not
apply too much oil as this may cause the
belt to slip.
• Run the treadmill at 4km/h for
approximately 10-20 seconds.
• Lubricate the belt every 3 months.
Applying lubricating oil between the running belt and running board of the electric walking
machine according to the following schedule:
• Lightweight users: (less than 3 hours per week) once a month.
• Heavyweight users: (over 7 hours per week) every half month.
Belt Adjustment
If the treadmill belt begins to slip or is out of
alignment, it will need to be adjusted. If the
running belt is too loose, there may be
slipping during running; If it is too tight, it
may reduce the performance of the motor
and exacerbate the wear of the drum and
running belt.
When the tension of the running strap is
suitable, you can lift both sides of the
walking strap by hand about 50-75mm
away from the running board.
• Start the treadmill and run it at a low speed (4km/h)
• To adjust belt to the left, turn the left adjusting screw clockwise by 1/2 turn.
• To adjust belt to the right, turn the right adjusting screw clockwise by 1/2 turn.
• To adjust belt tension, turn the left and right adjusting screws clockwise for 1/2 turn at
the same time.
• After each adjustment, run the treadmill for approximately (1-2 minutes) to observe if
the issue has been corrected. Adjust again if necessary.
