A. Install hangers
Locate the position for the hook and install the hook.

B. Install waste pipe connector
Pre-install the waste pipe connector. In step C, waste pipe
connector shall be adjusted to match with the plastic pipe of
the urinal. Make sure the connector is completely sealed with
the pre-buried waste pipe.(Gasket of waste pipe connector
shall be soaked into water for 2 seconds to lubricate.)

C. Install urinal
1. Hang the urinal onto the hangers.

4. Apply silicone sealant between urinal and wall.
Align the waste pipe connector with the plastic pipe of the
urinal. Tighten the nut of the connector. Seal the connector
and the pre-buried waste pipe if necessary.
Connect valve inlet and corner valve.

D. Adjust the hanger
1. As shown in the picture below, firmly press the hanger with
the bolt through the waist-shaped hole.

2. As shown in the picture below, if the position of the urinal
needs to be adjusted, please take down the urinal and
knock the hanger slightly to adjust its position upwards and
downwards.
3. After the position of the urinal is decided, completely fix the
hanger with the bolt through the fixing holes on the hanger.

E. Install the drain and the plastic trap

1. Put the washer onto the drain and insert it into the hole.
2. Put the gasket and nut on the bottom.
Do not over screw the nut in this step, because it is
to be screwed tight in the next step after the pipe is
installed.

3. Connect the hose with the trap.
4. As shown in the picture, screw the crossbar into the screw
head of filter cap (2-3 turns, as long as it doesn't fall), place
the crossbar into the opening of the connector and swivel
the filter cap to make the crossbar stuck inside the
connector, continue to screw tight.
5. Screw tight the nut of the drain mentioned in step.

1. Please install K-20099T-YC05/K-20099T-WC05/K-20099T-
C05(AC) as below:
1) Please match AC power unit when installing K-20099T-
YC05/K-20099T-WC05/K-20099T-C05(AC).
a. Outlet of AC power unit upward prohibited.
b. Do not connect 220V AC power supply to DC wiring
terminal.
c. Do not damage the covering of AC power unit or
remove screws to avoid leakage.

3) When installing the power unit on the ceiling, please chisel
out a slot and layout bushing according to Fig., and thread
wire through the bushing.
One AC power unit can supply two
sensors at most.

F. Install the Valve
Install the valve into the urinal. Fasten with screw and gasket.

2. The way of installation
is as below.
Take out the battery box from the bracket assy. Loose the
screws of the battery box assy with a screw driver. Put 2
"AAA" size alkline batteries and tighten the battery box's
cover with the screws. Replace the battery box. Connect the
wires with the same color wires.
Don't mistake the polarity of the batteries and
don't mix the new and used batteries together.

Notice:
f. Don't install the AC power unit in the free
space behind the urinal to avoid damaging
the AC power unit.
b. Do not connect the DC output of AC power
unit to AC power supply.
c. Do not connect to power supply while
installing. Connection line is not supplied.
AC connection wire with insulating sleeving
is recommended. Wire of which the
nominal section area of conductor is not
less than 0.5mm is also recommended.
DC connection line use wire of which the
nominal section area is not less than
0.3mm . It is cut according to acted
installation requirements(The length of cut
wire is recommended less than 10m).
d. The head AC power supply must be
protected with appropriate fuse.
e. Please confirm the AC power supply and
water supply should be shut off before
maintaining the products with AC power
related.

NOTE:
For Retrofit Installations
For New Installations
If a pre-existing waste pipe will be used and will result
in an acceptable rim height (refer to the rough-in dimensions),
follow the retrofit installation instructions.
Turn the water supply line off, remove the existing urinal,
then cap off the water supply line inside the wall.
Install waste pipe as necessary to conform to the
roughing-in dimensions.
Install adequate support framing for the hangers as
needed.

USER S GUIDE
Don t use this system until the power is on for 10
minutes.
The sensing distance will be adjusted and the system
will not work during this time.
Working Status
Before powering the system on, chear the unwanted objects
in front of the sensor window lest shortening the sensing
distance.

Set Working Status (Only for K-20099T/K-20099T-
C05)
The product comes our factory with:
1. The working status is set as dual-flush. If you want to
cancel the first flushing function, place manual flush stick
adjacent to right side of sensing window for more than 1
second during the 10-minute standby period (Human
presence in sensing range would cause the indicator to
flash fast). The sensor would generate a flushing cycle to
indicate the setup of the sensor has been adjusted to after
use flushing. If the action is not completed during this 10
minute, or you need to restore the working status to
dualflush, plug off the power cord and reconnect the power
supply until the indicator stops flashing and repeat the
above procedures.
2. The diction time is set as 2s to avoid improper function in
narrow toilets, the detection time is automatically set from
2s to 5s.

Sensing Distance
During the first 10 minutes, when powered on, the system is
in the phase of automatic regulation, and no operation is
required.

Deodorizing Flushing
The urinal will take a flush automatically when it’s used 3 or 4
times in 2 minutes.

Replacement of Batteries(Only for DC)
When out of power, the indicator will flash every 2 seconds
and the sensor will not work until new batteries are supplied.
When replacing batteries, open the cover of battery box and
put in new batteries.

Manual Flushing
Approach the supplied special magnetic stick (flushing control
stick) to the sensor lens. The system is now at a manual
status and the indicator will flash every 1 seconds. Approach
the flushing control stick to the sensor lens once, it'll flush
once. This status will last for about 8 minutes until turns to the
normal working status.
If the flushing control stick keeps near to the
sensing window for 30 seconds, the manual
status will be terminated automatically and
reassume the normal working status.

Notice:
Used in places of low water pressure
If the flushing amount is limited due to low water pressure,
you can set a long time washing with flushing control stick.
Operate as follows: Ten minutes after power-on, you can
switch between two wash times by putting the flushing control
stick near the right side of sensing window. There will be a 2-
second rinse after you complete the setting. If you need to
reset the wash time, you must cut off the power and restart
the sensor and 10 minutes later, you're able to switch wash
time with flushing control stick.
Under the normal water pressure, it is not
recommended to use this flushing method in
order to prevent excessive flushing and water
spills out.

Urinal Repair
When repairing, you don t have to dismount the sensor.
Cover the sensing window with tape and work with ease.
: Don t use very adhesive tape in case the scar
will be hard to remove.

Clean the Filter Screen
If the flushing volume reclines sharply after installation or
used for a long time with no cause from water pressure, the
filter may need a wash. Please operate as following steps:
Remove the bracket of valve assy. Loose the inlet hose firstly.
Loose the inlet hose of valve assy. and then take out the filter.
Clean it with a brush and reinstall.
a. Turn off the water supply before cleaning
the filter, also power off when used the AC
power supply.
b. Avoid damaging or losing the filter during
cleaning.

Care & Clean
Keep the sensing window clean. Wipe with soft cloth and mild
cleaner.
a. Do not use dust-removing powder, abrasive powder
or cleaner containing oil, acid or alkaline ingredient.
b. Do not spray air-refresher, disinfector, or other
deodorizing, cleaning solvent directly into the
sensing window.
c. Keep wire away from water.
d. Don t attack the sensor window.
