To reduce the risk of injury, fire, or electric shock, the user must read this entire
manual before installing, operating, and maintaining the appliance.
This product dispenses water at extreme temperatures. Failure to follow the instruc-
tions in this manual correctly can cause personal injury or property damage.
Do not store or use gasoline or any other flammable vapors or liquids in the vicinity
of the water dispenser. Never clean parts with flammable fluids as the fumes can
create a fire hazard or explosion.
Always practice basic safety precautions when operating this dispenser, such as:
•Do not use bottles with any cracks, leakage, or holes.
•The back part of the product should be placed in a shaded area and kept
away from the wall and high-temperature components. Please also keep
the product away from televisions, electric fans, electrical appliances, and
other valuables.
•Do not turn on the “heating” switch until water comes out of the hot water
faucet to prevent damaging the heating tube.
•Keep children away from the product during operation to avoid scalding.
•Never turn on the heating switch when there is no water.
•The degree of inclination should not be less than 45° when carrying it.
•To avoid electric shock, use a ground wire.
•Check the water receptacle often while in use. If the water receptacle is
full, please empty it as soon as possible.
•Do not turn on and off the “cooling” switch within three minutes to protect
the compressor and extend its usage life.
•This appliance is not designed for use by people (including children) who
have limited physical, sensory, or mental capacities, or who lack
experience and knowledge, unless they have been supervised or
instructed on how to use the appliance by someone responsible for their
safety.
•Children should be supervised to prevent them from playing with the
appliance.
•This appliance is for household use only.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced and checked by the
manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid a
hazard.
•Warning----- Do not tamper with the refrigerant circuit.
•Warning----- Do not use electrical appliances inside the appliance's food
storage compartment unless they are of the type recommended by the
manufacturer.

Installation
I. Unpacking of the Water Dispenser
• Remove the straps from the box, but DO NOT flip it over or lean it on
its side.
• Open the box and remove the upper protective cover of the
package.
• Lift the carton box up vertically.
• Remove the remaining protective package components.
II. Location
• Position the water dispenser upright.
• Place the dispenser close to a grounded wall outlet on a horizontal,
sturdy surface.
• Install it in a place that is shielded from the weather, especially from
direct sunlight.
• Leave an adequate space (10-20 cm) behind the water cooler for
good ventilation.
III. Installation of the Water Bottle
• Remove the plastic wrapping and cap from the water bottle. Then
use a clean cloth to wipe down the new bottle.
• Open the bottom cabinet door and take the water bottle's cap off.
• The suction pipe should be inserted into the water bottle so that it
touches the bottom. For a water bottle containing 3 gallons, use the
shorter suction pipe.
• To prevent leaks, check that the water pump cover cap fits snugly
over the water bottle.
• Close the door.

Operation
WARNING • Do NOT use other liquids such as coffee, teas, juices or beers.
This unit is designed for water dispensing only.
• Do NOT use alternative bottles. The water bottles designed for
this dispenser are 3 and 5 gallons only.
Initial Set-up
1. Allow the unit to sit upright for 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a
malfunction in the cooling system from handling during transportation.
2. After installing the water bottle in the dispenser, plug in the unit.
3. An oozing sound will occur, indicating that the pump is operating.
Dispensing Cold & Normal Temperature
1. Put a pitcher, bottle, or glass below the cold or warm water faucet.
2. To start dispensing water, press the downward-facing cold or room
temperature water button.
3. Release the button once the container is filled to the appropriate level.
Turn on the cooling switch on the back of the water dispenser after plugging it
in. The cooling system will activate, and the green LED indicator on the front
panel will turn on. The green light will switch off when the water reaches the
desired temperature (5–10 °C). The cooling system will automatically restart if
the cold water temperature rises above the predetermined level, indicated by
the green light.
Dispensing Hot Water
1. Set a bottle, glass, pitcher, or pot beneath the hot water faucet.
2. To distribute hot water, deactivate the child-safety lock by sliding the
white button and simultaneously push the hot water button downward.

After the set up, turn on the heating switch on the back. The front panel's red
light will illuminate. The red light will switch off when the temperature for hot
water reached (88-90°C). If the hot water temperature goes below the
predetermined temperature, the red light will illuminate and the heating system
will restart automatically

Replacing Empty Bottle
1. Gently open the door to keep it at the proper distance from the machine in
order to pull out the sucking device.
2. Hang the sucking device on the hook side after removing it.
3. When changing the bottle, remove the cap, insert the sucking device, and
press firmly.
4. Insert the bottle into the water dispenser's body.
NOTE: The water bottle's diameter should be smaller than 270 mm.
Water Low Level Indicator Light
• When the water tank is overflowing, the water low level indicator's light is
off and will alarm for one (1) minute.
• When there is water in the water storage tank, the water low level indicator
light is off.
• When there is no water in the water storage tank, the water low level
indicator light will flicker.
• When there is water in the storage tank but no water in the bottle, the
water low level indicator will light up and alarm for 30 seconds.
• When the water storage tank and bottle are empty and the machine is
locked, the water low level indicator light will illuminate and sound an
alarm for 30 seconds.
• The pump stops working when you open the door. If the water level in the
cold tank exceeds the water control level, the machine will continue to
operate normally.

3. After filling the container to the desired level, release the button.
NOTE: Practice basic safety precautions when dispensing hot water as the max-
imum temperature can reach up to 90°C.

Proper Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Use a soft cloth and warm, soapy water to clean cabinet surfaces.
2. Wipe dust from the back of the dispenser to improve efficiency.
3. Remove the drip tray assembly by sliding it forward. Remove cover. Place
the tray and cover in the dishwasher or wipe parts clean with a soft cloth
and warm soapy water.
General Cleaning
This cleaning will only take less than 5 minutes to perform.
Do NOT use abrasive materials or chemical cleaners
Cleaning Water Tanks and Lines
It is recommended to perform this cleaning operation every 3 months or
whenever an off-taste occurs.
I. Remove Existing Water
a. Turn the heating and cooling switches off.
b. Remove the plug from the power supply.
c. Turn the dispenser 90° in either direction and move it away from the
wall.
d. Remove the water bottle by disconnecting it from the suction pump.
e. Prepare a large bucket of roughly 2 gallons under the dispenser's
drain plug.
f. WARNING: Remove the drain cap. Cold water will be dispensed
into the bucket, followed by hot water.
g. Replace the drain cap after draining.
h. Then, using cold taps, drain the reservoir of any remaining water.
II. Sanitize Bottle Cover Assembly and Taps
a. In a clean bucket, combine 3 tablespoons of unscented household
bleach and 1 gallon of tap water to make a sanitizing solution. Allow
it to sit for 30 minutes.
b. Wipe the bottle cover assembly and the area around the three taps
with a soft cloth dipped in the sanitizing solution.

III. Sanitize Storage Tanks
a. Fill an empty water bottle with a sanitizing solution.
b. Place the suction pipe inside the bottle and tighten the handle.
c. Close the cabinet door after inserting the bottle.
d. Plug the unit into the nearest power source.
e. Fill the empty tanks with the sanitizing solution.
f. Wait 10 minutes before unplugging the power cord from the power
supply.
g. After 10 minutes, place a heavy bucket beneath the dispenser's
drain cap and drain the sanitizing solution.
h. Replace the drain plug/cap after draining.
i. Dispense any residual sanitizing solution into a pitcher using cold
and warm taps.
IV. Rinse Storage Tanks
a. Fill a water bottle with tap water and insert suction pipe into bottle.
b. Make sure the suction pipe is seated at the bottom.
c. Tighten the water bottle connection.
d. Close the cabinet door after inserting the bottle.
e. Plug the unit into the nearest power source.
f. Allow the water to fill the empty tanks
g. Allow 10 minutes before unplugging the power cord from the power
supply.
h. Prepare a large bucket beneath the drain plug.
. Take out the drain stopper.
j. Replace the drain cap after draining.
k. Push the cold water tap to dispense any residual water in the
storage tank.
l. If vinegar taste or chlorine taste is detected, add another 2 gallons
of clean water. Drain and retest.
m. Return the unit to its original place. Replace the water bottle. Follow
the instructions in this manual for installation.

water dispenser.
• Inside wall contraction and expansion can
create popping and cracking noises.
• The water dispenser is not level.
