•Use, wash and store with care! Keep out of reach of children!
•Use on dry, clean and flat surface.
•Cut meat into small chunks, fill few pieces every time. Do not mince meat with skin, fat, tendon and bone.
•Do not insert fingers during use! Use pusher for safety.
•Wash and dry immediately after use to avoid staining.
•Clean suction base with damp cloth. Do not soak.
•Suggest cleaning the blades with a brush.
•Do not use corrosive cleaning products. Do not excessive use of detergent.
•Top rack dishwasher and dish sterilizer safe. Set temperature below 65°C / 150°F.
•Keep away from high heat.

•先将肉切成片，每次放少量；不适用于肥肉及含皮、筋及骨的肉。
•使用时，切勿用手接触螺杆！使用压棒以保安全。
•为免被食物色素染色，使用后应立即清洗并擦干。
•使用湿毛巾清洁底座，切勿用水浸泡。
•建议使用刷子清洗刀片。
•切勿使用腐蚀性清洁剂及过量使用清洁剂。
•可放入洗碗机及消毒碗柜的上层清洗，设定温度低于65°C / 150°F。
•远离高温。

1. Clean the bottom of suction
base before use.
2. Insert mincer house into
suction base.
3. Turn clockwise to lock mincer
house and suction base.
4. Attach stopper to auger, 4 ribs
face outwards.
5. Then insert driving screw to
mincer house.
6. Fit 4 ribs to the slots. (To clean
after use, push to remove
stopper.)
7. Install cutting blade, the sharp
side facing outward. Then
install coarse / fine disc blade.
8. Screw on blade cover
according to the arrow
indicator.
9. Install handle.
10. Cut meat into small chunks.
Use pusher to press softly
and turn handle clockwise to
mince.
11. After mincing, marinate the
meat if necessary. Install
sausage maker, and then
lock blade cover.
12. Put the sausage casings on
sausage maker. Turn the
handle clockwise to make
sausage.

1. 使用前先清潔吸盤底部︒ 2. 把透明主體套進吸盤底座︒ 3. 順時針方向扭動吸盤鎖︐以鎖緊透

4. 把防漏塞套在螺桿末端︐4個骨位
向外︒
5. 然後把螺桿套進透明主體︒ 6. 套至透明主體末端時對準4個槽位︒
(用手指推出防漏塞以便清洗︒)
8. 按箭咀指示方向裝及扭緊刀片鎖︒7. 對准定位軸︐安裝十字刀︐刀鋒
向外︒然後安裝大孔或小孔刀片︒
9. 安裝手柄︒
10. 先把肉切條︐放入透明主體內︐順
時針方向轉動手柄︐同時使用壓棒
輕輕擠壓︒
11. 完成碎肉後︐如有需要先把肉類
醃調︒另外安裝香腸咀︐然後鎖緊
刀片鎖︒
12. 將大部分腸衣套在香腸咀︐順時針
方向轉動手柄︐把碎肉灌入腸衣內
製作香腸︒
•適合絞碎肉，魚，蔬菜。不適用於肥肉及含皮、筋及骨的肉。
•也適合絞碎蔬菜，如大蒜，辣椒，薑，蘑菇，果仁和餅乾。不適用於非常硬的食物。

•也适合绞碎蔬菜，如大蒜，辣椒，姜，蘑菇，坚果和饼干。不适用于非常硬的食物。
提 示
1. 使用前先清洁吸盘底部。 2. 把透明主体套进吸盘底座。 3. 顺时针方向扭动吸盘锁，以锁紧
透明主体及吸盘底座。
4. 把防漏塞套在螺杆末端，4个骨
位向外。
5. 然后把螺杆套进透明主体。 6. 套至透明主体末端时准4个槽位。
(用手指推出防漏塞以便清洗。)
7. 对准定位轴，安装〸字刀，刀锋
向外。然后安装大孔或小孔刀片。

10. 先把肉切条，放入透明主体内，
顺时针方向转动手柄，同时使用
压棒轻轻挤压。
11. 完成碎肉后，如有需要先把肉类
腌调。另外安装香肠咀，然后锁
紧刀片锁。
12. 将大部分肠衣套在香肠咀，顺
时针方向转动手柄，把碎肉灌
入肠衣内制作香肠。
