itemsmustnotbehungfromthehandle.Abasketisprovidedforthecarriageof3kg(6lb.)
ofgoods,evenlydistributed.
•Ensureallusersarefamiliarwiththeproductsoperation.Itshouldalwaysopenandfold
easy.Ifitdoesnot,donotforcethemechanism-stopandreadtheinstructions.
•Donotuseyourstrollerinamannerforwhichitisnotdesigned.
•Ensureyourchildwearsacorrectlyfittedandadjustedharnessatalltimes.D-ringsare
providedontheexistingharnessfortheattachmentofaseparatesafetyharnessapproved
toBSEN13210shouldthisberequired.
•Donotallowyourchildtoclimbunassistedinto,playwithorhangontoyourstroller.
•Neverleaveyourchildunattended,evenfortheshortesttime.
•Alwaysapplythebrakeswhenthestrollerisstationary.Holdontoyourstrollerwhenclose
tomovingroadvehiclesortrains.Evenwiththebrakeonthedraughtfromthevehiclemay
movethestroller.
•Exercisecautionwhenmountingordismountingakerb.Removeyourchildandfoldthe
stroller when ascending or descending stairs or escalators.
•Ensurethefoldedstrollerisstoredawayfromchildrensothatitdoesnotfallandcause
injury.

Your stroller is supplied in one carton and contains:

2howtoopenyourstroller
Toopenthestroller,firstreleasethecatch(a)whichholdsthestroller,intheumbrella
position. Now holding the
stroller,
by the handles, gently lower the front. To complete the
operation:presshardontherubberpeg(b),untilyouhearthe‘click’ofthesecondary
lockingbar(c).
WARNING: Ensure that all locking devices are engaged before use.
3fittingthefrontwheels
Fitthefrontwheelbyplacingthefrontlegintotheholeprovidedinthewheelmechanism,
ensuring that it clicks into place. Repeat this process for the remaining front wheel.
Althoughthewheelsarepackagedseparatelytheyarenotdesignedtoberemovedwhen
fitted.
4usingthebrake
Toapplythebrake,presseitherleverdownfirmlywithyourtoe.Testthebrakeisengaged
correctly by trying to push the
stroller
forwards for a short distance. To release the brake,
raiseeitherofthelevers.
5-usingtheharness
Afivepointharnessisprovidedtorestrainyourchild.Tofastentheharnesspushclips
intobuckle.Tounfastenpushclipsinandremovefrombuckle.
Slidingadjustersarefittedonthewaiststrapandshouldbecarefullyadjustedsothe
harness fits yourchildcomfortably.Toadjusttothesmallestsizeyouwillneedtothread
theadjustersthroughthe“D”ring.
‘D’ringsarefittedattheendofeachwaiststrapshouldyouwishtoattachaseparate
harness complyingtoBSEN13210.
Thelengthofeachstrapcanbechangedbyusingadjusters(a),(b)&(c).
WARNING: Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt

To fit the headhugger unfasten the harness and pass the harness straps through the
slots in the the back.
Slidethechestpadsontotheshoulderstrapsandre-fastenthebuckle.
7fittingthehood
Tofitthehood,clipthebrackets(a)overthehandletubesasshown.Reversethe
proceduretoremovethehood.
Tofoldthehoodback,pushthetwosidelevers(b)upandpushthehoodback.
Toopenthesunvisor(c),pullthematerialout from inside the hood. Push it back
toclosethesunvisor.

8attachingthemosquitonet
Fitthemosquitonetbyplacingtheshapedtopofthenet,asshown,overthefrontofthe
hoodandsecureinposition(a)byattachingtopressstudsonbothsides.Securethe
bottomofthemosquitonetinthepositionshownbywrappingstrapsaroundthefrontbar
(b).Oncecompleted,repeattheprocessforthesamestrapsontheoppositesideofthe
stroller.
9 using the calf support
Tolower,liftboththelevers(onlowerpart)forwardwhilstsimultaneouslypushingthe
calf support downward.
Toraise,justpullthecalfsupportupwardanditwillautomaticallylockintoplace.
10usingtheswivelwheels
Toallowthewheelstoswivel,pushdownonthelockingleverasshown.Tolockthe
wheelsintopositionliftthelockingleverupwiththewheelsinanypositionandrunthe
strolleruntilyouheareachwheel‘click’astheylockinposition.
11-removingyourbasket
Yourbasketisremovableforeasiercleaning.Toremoveyourbasket,undothefour
straps,twoeitherside.Tore-fityourbasket,simplyreversetheaboveprocess.
Maximumload3kg(6lb)ofgoods,evenlydistributed.
12usingthebackrest
Theback-restcanbeadjustedindifferentpositions.Tolowertheback-rest,loosenthe
strapbypressingtheclips(a)atthebackoftheseatunit.Toraisethebackrest,pull
andtightenthestraps(b)atthebackoftheseatunit.
13howtofoldyourstroller
Beforefoldingalwaysremovethemosquitonetplacingitinthebasketandfoldthehood
completelyback.Tofoldyourstrollersqueezethetrigger(a)ontheprimarylock(b).To
release and with the trigger still depressed lift upwards. At the same time release the
secondarycatch(c)asshown.Pushthehandlesforwarduntilthestrollerisfoldedin
half.
Oncefoldedtheautocatchengagesoverthewheelbaronthesidetolockintoposition.
Check the autocatch is securely engaged before lifting the stroller.

Your stroller has been designed to meet safety standards and with correct use and
maintenence willgivemanyyearsoftroublefreeperformance.
The chassis is strong but will weaken should the back wheel be bumped down stairs or
kerbs. Continual impact will cause damage.
If your child wears hard shoes these might damage the soft fabric.
Storing a damp stroller will encourage mildew to form.
Afterexposuretodampconditions,dryoffwithasoftcloth,openfullyandallowtodry
thoroughly before storing.
Store your stroller in a dry, safe place.
Donotleavethestrollerinsunlightforprolongedperiods-somefabricsmayfade.
maintenence
Thisstrollerrequiresregularmaintenancebytheuser.
Koochiproductsaredesignedtooperatewithminimummaintenance,howeverregular
lubrication ofmovingpartswillextendthelifeofyourstrollerandmakeopeningand
folding easier.
Should parts of your stroller become stiff or difficult to operate, apply a light
application of a spray lubricant e.g. silicone. Do not use oil or grease.
Regularlyinspectthelockingdevices,brakes,wheels,harnessassembly,catches,seat
adjusters,jointsandfixturestoensuretheyaresecureandinfullworkingorder.They
shouldbefreetomoveatalltimes.
Brakesandwheelsaresubjecttowearandshouldbereplacedifnecessary.
Yourstrollershouldbeservicedandreconditionedbeforeusingitforasecondbaby,or
within 18months,whicheveristhesooner.
cleaning
The hood may be cleaned by sponging lightly using warm water and a mild detergent.
Plastic and metal parts may be sponged clean with warm water and a mild detergent.
Nevercleanwithabrasive,ammoniabased,bleachbasedorspirittypecleaners.
