 itemsmustnotbehungfromthehandle.Abasketisprovidedforthecarriageof3kg(6lb.)
 ofgoods,evenlydistributed.
•Ensureallusersarefamiliarwiththeproductsoperation.Itshouldalwaysopenandfold
 easy.Ifitdoesnot,donotforcethemechanism-stopandreadtheinstructions.
•Donotuseyourstrollerinamannerforwhichitisnotdesigned.
•Ensureyourchildwearsacorrectlyfittedandadjustedharnessatalltimes.D-ringsare
 providedontheexistingharnessfortheattachmentofaseparatesafetyharnessapproved
 toBSEN13210shouldthisberequired.
•Donotallowyourchildtoclimbunassistedinto,playwithorhangontoyourstroller.
•Neverleaveyourchildunattended,evenfortheshortesttime.
•Alwaysapplythebrakeswhenthestrollerisstationary.Holdontoyourstrollerwhenclose
 tomovingroadvehiclesortrains.Evenwiththebrakeonthedraughtfromthevehiclemay
 movethestroller.
•Exercisecautionwhenmountingordismountingakerb.Removeyourchildandfoldthe
stroller when ascending or descending stairs or escalators.
•Ensurethefoldedstrollerisstoredawayfromchildrensothatitdoesnotfallandcause
 injury.

Your stroller is supplied in one carton and contains:

2howtoopenyourstroller
Toopenthestroller,firstreleasethecatch(a)whichholdsthestroller,intheumbrella
position. Now holding the
stroller, by the handles, gently lower the front. To complete the
operation:presshardontherubberpeg(b),untilyouhearthe‘click’ofthesecondary
lockingbar(c).
WARNING: Ensure that all locking devices are engaged before use.
3fittingthefrontwheels
Fitthefrontwheelbyplacingthefrontlegintotheholeprovidedinthewheelmechanism,
ensuring that it clicks into place. Repeat this process for the remaining front wheel.
Althoughthewheelsarepackagedseparatelytheyarenotdesignedtoberemovedwhen
fitted.
4usingthebrake
Toapplythebrake,presseitherleverdownfirmlywithyourtoe.Testthebrakeisengaged
correctly by trying to push the
stroller forwards for a short distance. To release the brake,
raiseeitherofthelevers.
5-usingtheharness
Afivepointharnessisprovidedtorestrainyourchild.Tofastentheharnesspushclips
intobuckle.Tounfastenpushclipsinandremovefrombuckle.
Slidingadjustersarefittedonthewaiststrapandshouldbecarefullyadjustedsothe
harness fits yourchildcomfortably.Toadjusttothesmallestsizeyouwillneedtothread
theadjustersthroughthe“D”ring.
‘D’ringsarefittedattheendofeachwaiststrapshouldyouwishtoattachaseparate
harness complyingtoBSEN13210.
Thelengthofeachstrapcanbechangedbyusingadjusters(a),(b)&(c).
WARNING: Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt

To fit the headhugger unfasten the harness and pass the harness straps through the
slots in the the back.
Slidethechestpadsontotheshoulderstrapsandre-fastenthebuckle.
7fittingthehood
Tofitthehood,clipthebrackets(a)overthehandletubesasshown.Reversethe
proceduretoremovethehood.
Tofoldthehoodback,pushthetwosidelevers(b)upandpushthehoodback.
Toopenthesunvisor(c),pullthematerialout from inside the hood. Push it back
toclosethesunvisor.

8attachingthemosquitonet
Fitthemosquitonetbyplacingtheshapedtopofthenet,asshown,overthefrontofthe
hoodandsecureinposition(a)byattachingtopressstudsonbothsides.Securethe
bottomofthemosquitonetinthepositionshownbywrappingstrapsaroundthefrontbar
(b).Oncecompleted,repeattheprocessforthesamestrapsontheoppositesideofthe
stroller.
9 using the calf support
Tolower,liftboththelevers(onlowerpart)forwardwhilstsimultaneouslypushingthe
calf support downward.
Toraise,justpullthecalfsupportupwardanditwillautomaticallylockintoplace.
10usingtheswivelwheels
Toallowthewheelstoswivel,pushdownonthelockingleverasshown.Tolockthe
wheelsintopositionliftthelockingleverupwiththewheelsinanypositionandrunthe
strolleruntilyouheareachwheel‘click’astheylockinposition.
11-removingyourbasket
Yourbasketisremovableforeasiercleaning.Toremoveyourbasket,undothefour
straps,twoeitherside.Tore-fityourbasket,simplyreversetheaboveprocess.
Maximumload3kg(6lb)ofgoods,evenlydistributed.
12usingthebackrest
Theback-restcanbeadjustedindifferentpositions.Tolowertheback-rest,loosenthe
strapbypressingtheclips(a)atthebackoftheseatunit.Toraisethebackrest,pull
andtightenthestraps(b)atthebackoftheseatunit.
13howtofoldyourstroller
Beforefoldingalwaysremovethemosquitonetplacingitinthebasketandfoldthehood
completelyback.Tofoldyourstrollersqueezethetrigger(a)ontheprimarylock(b).To
release and with the trigger still depressed lift upwards. At the same time release the
secondarycatch(c)asshown.Pushthehandlesforwarduntilthestrollerisfoldedin
half.
Oncefoldedtheautocatchengagesoverthewheelbaronthesidetolockintoposition.
Check the autocatch is securely engaged before lifting the stroller.

care
Your stroller has been designed to meet safety standards and with correct use and
maintenence willgivemanyyearsoftroublefreeperformance.
The chassis is strong but will weaken should the back wheel be bumped down stairs or
kerbs. Continual impact will cause damage.
If your child wears hard shoes these might damage the soft fabric.
Storing a damp stroller will encourage mildew to form.
Afterexposuretodampconditions,dryoffwithasoftcloth,openfullyandallowtodry
thoroughly before storing.
Store your stroller in a dry, safe place.
Donotleavethestrollerinsunlightforprolongedperiods-somefabricsmayfade.
maintenence
Thisstrollerrequiresregularmaintenancebytheuser.
Koochiproductsaredesignedtooperatewithminimummaintenance,howeverregular
lubrication ofmovingpartswillextendthelifeofyourstrollerandmakeopeningand
folding easier.
Should parts of your stroller become stiff or difficult to operate, apply a light
application of a spray lubricant e.g. silicone. Do not use oil or grease.
Regularlyinspectthelockingdevices,brakes,wheels,harnessassembly,catches,seat
adjusters,jointsandfixturestoensuretheyaresecureandinfullworkingorder.They
shouldbefreetomoveatalltimes.
Brakesandwheelsaresubjecttowearandshouldbereplacedifnecessary.
Yourstrollershouldbeservicedandreconditionedbeforeusingitforasecondbaby,or
within 18months,whicheveristhesooner.
cleaning
The hood may be cleaned by sponging lightly using warm water and a mild detergent.
Plastic and metal parts may be sponged clean with warm water and a mild detergent.
Nevercleanwithabrasive,ammoniabased,bleachbasedorspirittypecleaners.
