We assure that your decision to own KORONA 1000, Hybrid Disinfection system
will go life long in serving you clean and safe water, thus keeping you and your family in

This manual is to familiarize you with the operation and maintenance of KORONA
1000. Before Initializing the product, read this manual thoroughly and keep it for future
reference. For further assistance please feel free to contact team KORONA.

UNPACKING:
Open KORONA 1000 box and make sure that there is no physical damage. Check whether you received
all the items listed in good condition.

INSTALLATION:
Fix KORONA 1000 at a suitable place not more than 3 meter from any water source. Make sure that the
electric power is available near KORONA 1000. Hang KORONA 1000 on the wall as shown in the figure. Make
sure that the diffuser is placed in the centre bottom.
Power : 220-240 volts AC 50 Hz
Take the measurement of the hanging screw holes, from the back side of the product and drill suitable
holes on the wall or similar surface, hang the product on the screws as shown in the figure 1. The KORONA
1000 should be protected from rain and sun.

CONNECTION:
Insert 3 pin socket to the power outlet. Connect the diffuser at the end of the tube. Connect the other end of
the tube to pneumatic connector available on KORONA 1000.
Leave the diffuser end of the tube in the o that it reaches the bottom of the , if it does not water. S container
reach the bottom of the , use a suitable extension tube. Connect the extension tube, extend the tube container
length and make sure that there is no air leakage at connection supplied.

Put vegetables in a bowl, fill with water insert KORONA 1000 diffuser,
Sterilize KORONA 1000 for 5 minutes

the bottom-centre of the water container.
Switch ON the main power Supply, and switch
ON KORONA 1000.

Fill the water in the container. Start KORONA 1000 for 45 min to 1 hr and switch off for a good sterilization
depend of the volume water filled (5 Ltr to 1000 Ltr for 5 min to 45 min) Less water Less time.

This air ionizer causes ozone emission. Ozone can Cause problems to some people. So Please do not drink
the sterilized water immediately after sterilization. Leave the water for some time to release ozone before
drinking

POWERING UP :

Connect the KORONA 1000 to a suitable electrical outlet & make sure the electrical power output is as per
the specifications of the product. Then turn on the button on KORONA 1000. Once the KORONA 1000 is ON, you
can see a Power LED light on the product.
When KORONA 1000 is ON, ON/OFF LED will glow in green color and you can see the air pump working with
a low vibration, Check whether air bubbles appear on the surface of water in the tank. The green LED will go
OFF when KORONA 1000 is OFF.

Terms & Conditions of Warranty
KORONA 1000 warrants all new products manufactured
by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under
normal usage and service from the date of purchase as under:
The Warranty period commences from the date of purchase the end-
user During this Warranty period of one year, Technosmart Infra
Solutions will repair any part of KORONA 1000, which is having
defective in manufacturing time.
The product's steel body is not covered under Warranty and hence, it
must be handled with care to guard against damage.
The original purchaser of the unit can avail services under Warranty at
the point of sale, by producing the damaged unit along with the original
invoice.
This Warranty is void if the unit is not operated under abnormal water
conditions or is subjected to the temperature above 40°C.
Technosmart Infra Solutions shall not be liable for claims exceeding
the cost of repair of the defects in workmanship.
This Warranty Agreement shall not be interpreted to render
Technosmart Infra Solutions liable for injuries or damages of any kind -
direct, consequential or contingent to persons or property.
Technosmart shall not be responsible by representative or buyer for
failure to abide by any of the obligations of this Warranty Agreement if
such failures are the result of circumstances of Force Majeures: such
as, but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, transportation strikes,
labour disputes with outside suppliers or any other conditions beyond
the control of Technosmart.
Technosmart shall not be held liable for repair or alterations made
without prior written approval: for products clogged by suspended
matter, precipitates or biological growth; or for failures resulting from
the lack of proper maintenance.
Technosmart cannot and shall not be held liable for any sickness or
illness due to the consumption of water from any sterilizer supplied by
Technosmart, since Technosmart does not have any control over the
maintenance and usage of water sterilizer.
This Warranty Agreement excludes all products/ component parts or
damage to any part of this sterilizer which, in the opinion of
Technosmart, have been subjected to misuse; misapplication;
negligence; alteration; accident or operation contrary to our
instructions, incompatibility with accessories not installed by
Technosmart, or that have been repaired with component parts other
than those manufactured by or obtained from Technosmart. Damage
caused by freezing, flood, fire is not covered by this Warranty. In all
such cases regular charges will apply. This limited Warranty does not
include service to diagnose a claimed malfunction in this unit.
Under no circumstances are the terms mentioned above negotiable
and no employee of Technosmart has the authority to supersede them.
