10. Alwaysattachplugtoappliancerst,thenplugcordinthewalloutlet.Todisconnect,remove
plugfromwalloutlet.

Operating Instructions
NOTE:WhenusingtheSandwichMakerforthersttime,afterunpackingyourSandwichMaker,
open the lid, clean the cooking surfaces thoroughly by whipping with a damp sponge and dry
the surfaces with a paper towel. For best results, prepare the non-stick surfaces by using a
papertoweltowipeathinlayerofvegetableshorteningoroilontothenon-sticksurfacesofthe
SandwichMaker.
How to make sandwiches
1. Alwayspreheatbeforeuse.Plugcordintoarating220-240V,ACpoweroutletwhile-preparing
thellings.
2. Theindicatorlightwillilluminatewhentheplugisconnectedtothemainoutletitwillstayon
duringpreheating,theindicatorlightshutoffwhenappliancehaspreheated.
3. Lightlyglazebothheatingplateswithasmallamountofvegetableoiloranon-stickspray,and
closethecasingforthesandwichmakertoheatup.
4. Beginheating.Afterabout3minutes,theredlightwilltumoff,indicatingthatthesandwich
makerisreadyforuse.
5. Preparesandwichesbybutteringbreadonoutersurfacesandplacingdesiredingredients
within. Lift safety catch and open the sandwich maker. Place sandwiches on the heating
plates.
6. Closethecasingtoensurethatthesandwichisplacedevenly.Lockthesafetycatch.Normal
cookingtimeswillbe3minutesforeachsandwich.Theredlightwilltumonandoff,asthe
thermostatkeepsthesandwichmakerattheproperbakingtemperature.
7. Removethesandwichesfromtheheatingplateswithaplasticorwoodenspatula.Becareful
with your sandwiches, the llings will be quite hot.Allow to cool for a few minutes before
enjoying.
8. Unplugthepowersupplycordaftercooking,andallowthesandwichmakertocooldown.
Cleaning
• Alwaysunplugthis sandwich maker frompowersource and wait untilitcool down before
cleaning.
• Thereisnoneedtotakeyoursandwichmakerapartforcleaning.Drywithapapertowelto
absorbexcessoil.Brushcrumbsfromthegrooves,andwipewithdampclothandmildsoap.
• Neverimmerseinwater.Avoidusingscratchingorsharputensils,astheywillscratchthe
non-sticksurface.
• Donotusecleansersorovencleanersontheheatingplates.
• Tocleanhandlesandotherparts,useadampclothwithmildsoap.
• Shouldanyllingbedifculttoremove,pouralittlecookingoilontotheplateandwipeoff
after5minutes,whenthellinghassoftened.

WARRANTY
Sandwich Toaster is warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase against
defectiveMaterialandmanufacture.Weundertaketorepairorreplaceanydefectivepartwhich
wearesatisedwas originally defective.Thiswarrantyisnot valid if the appliance isusedfor
commercialpurpose.
This warranty is valid only when :
1. Thisapplianceshasnotbeenopenedortamperedwithbyanyunauthorizedperson.
2. Theunitisbroughttoandtakenfromthedealeratthecustomer’scostandrisk.
3. ThewarrantyCardandcashMemodulysignedbytheauthorizeddealerarepresentedwith
thecomplaint.
4. The appliance has been installed, used and maintained in accordance with the instruction
manual.
The warranty does not apply for:
1. Damageduetochipping,peelingofcoatingsanddenting.
2. Breakageordamagetocomponents made out of Bakelite, PlasticMaterials.RubberParts
andCord.
3. Normalwearandtearofparts.
4. Damage resulting from accident, mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer.
