Check that all parts listed in the Installation Guide are present in the kit.
Do you have all of the required tools for installation including appropriate eye and
hearing protection (PPE)?
Always check for wiring looms and cables before drilling the vehicle.

^Measure from the windscreen edge and mark where to cut rubber
strip.
^Lift rubber strip away from car (it is held on with double sided
tape) and cut.
^WARNING : Beware of the AIR-BAG Canister Zone, This is a NO
DRILL ZONE.
^Place bracket in channel, position to the specified measurements
and mark the holes. Using a drill bit and drill stop specified
carefully drill the holes. Note: A drill stop must be used.

^Vacuum all swarf from drilling.
^Apply silicone around rivet holes, press the bracket firmly down
and rivet the bracket on (it should have cage nuts).
^Loosely mount roof rack feet to bar.
^Place the roof rack onto the vehicle and slide the feet to line up
with the brackets. Remove the rack and tighten the fixings.
^Bolt the rack onto the vehicle using the fixings specified.

^Repeat steps 6-10 for the passenger side bracket.
^Insert the rubber strip on the top of the bar and cut to length.
^Cut to size, and insert the wind buffer strips underneath the bar.
^Insert the plastic caps on the ends of the bar.
^Insert the plastic caps over the fixing holes.

^Repeat steps for installing rear brackets. Bracket location as shown
above - **be careful to avoid the no drill zone.
^Fit end caps using the fixings provided. Note: Ensure endcap fits on
the correct way up - with plastic tab flush against aluminium.
