HOW TO USE - SLICING
HOW TO USE - CUBE OR DIAMOND CUTS
To select slicing thickness gently
pull the adjustment knob (G)
outwards, turn clockwise for thicker
slices and counter-clockwise for
thin slices.
Select large or small julienne blade
(F).
To select julienne blades gently
pull the julienne adjustment knob
(F) outwards, turn clockwise
until blades protrude from slicing
surface. The knob will click into
place to securely lock blades.
Turn thickness adjustment knob
to the thickest / lowest setting
to allow for 1 cm thick dicing or
diamond cuts.

For 5 mm thick dicing or diamond cuts push down on the V shaped cutting
blade panel (K) with the height adjustment knob (G) in the off position.
Turn the height adjustment knob to the on position and then release the
blade panel allowing it to spring back into the 5 mm thick cutting position.

On the food holder (E) select either ‘Diamond’ or ‘Cube’ slicing (symbols are
marked on food holder base, use the food holder’s guide to set the turn radius).
Set the base of the food holder
onto the Mandoline guide rail (B).
Move the food holder to the bottom
of the Mandoline.

Place your food into the food
holder base.
Slide food holder over the blades to
create your first julienne cut, do not
follow through to the straight cut
yet. Pull the food holder back to the
starting position and then twist the
holder lid selecting the diamond or
cube position.
Place food holder lid onto base and
press down to securely hold the
food.
Slide food holder fully down the rail
completing the diamond or cube
cut.

Repeat until your food is fully diced and sliced.

HOW TO CLEAN
Wash with warm water and soap and dry completely to ensure blades stay
sharp.
To wash julienne blades, turn Expert Mandoline upside down and open plastic
compartment.
Be very careful when washing the Expert Mandoline, blades are sharp.
