Other Useful Information
- When adding herbs, garlic and other spices, please mix them with a bit of oil before adding them to the
Healthy Fryer.
- Where necessary (for fresh produce), always thinly slice the produce before adding them to the Healthy Fryer
(onions, garlic, herbs etc). The produce can block the rotating arm if they are not sliced thin enough.
- Always separate food before adding it to the Healthy Fryer (eg nuggets, frozen chips)
- When cooking meat and chicken, it may be necessary to stop the Healthy Fryer and stir the pot once or twice
during cooking. This will ensure that the food does not dry out.
- Do not add salt to chips or fries while cooking. Wait until the food is removed from the pan before seasoning
to taste.
- Do not cook stews, casseroles and other food with high liquid content in this appliance. It must primarily be
used for frying and baking food only.
