Hydraulische Hochleistungs-Kompaktspindeln
Baureihe 800
Diese kompakten Hochleistungsspindeln mit ihren günstigen Einbaumaßen
haben sich im Werkzeugbau und vielen anderen Bereichen als krafterzeugende
Komponenten und Problemlöser vielfach bewährt.
Die wartungsarme Original KUKKO-Konstruktion mit dem luftein-
schluss- und schlupreien Hydrauliksystem garantiert zuverlässige
Anwendung und hohe Leistung.
Arbeitsweise:
Vor dem Einsatz obere Spindel (A) zurückschrauben, damit der Kolben von der
Rückzugfeder in die Ausgangsposition gebracht werden kann.
Danach das mitgelieferte Druckstück (B) aufstecken und die hydraulische Spin-
del in das Werkzeug einschrauben und fest anziehen.
Wenn die Länge der Spindel nicht ausreicht, eine oder mehrere Spindelverlän-
gerungen (Abb.1) auf die Spindel stecken. Das Druckstück (B) wird in diesem Fall
auf die Spindelverlängerung gesteckt.
Das Aufbringen der hydraulischen Kraft erfolgt durch kontrolliertes
Anziehen der Druckspindel (A). Eine Überschreitung, der auf dem
SpindelkörpereingestempeltenBelastungswerte(max.to~kN),istnichtzulässig.
Zur Vermeidung von Unfällen oder der Beschädigung des Werkzeuges ist sorg-
fältig darauf zu achten, dass die verwendeten Komponenten der Druckleistung
der eingesetzten Hydraulikspindel entsprechen.

Pege der Abzieher-Spindel: Die KUKKO-Spindeln müssen immer gut gefettet sein. Wir
empfehlen die Verwendung von KUKKO Spezialfett für Druckspindeln (No.: 699999) oder
von KUKKO Bio-Multi-Öl (No.: 699990). Eine Tube KUKKO Spezialfett für Druckspindeln
liegt jedem Original KUKKO Abzieher gratis bei.

Type series 800
The original low-maintenance KUKKO design featuring a slip-free hydraulic
system devoid of trapped air guarantees dependable operation and high
performance.

Operation:
Prior to use, back o the upper spindle (A) so that the pull-back spring can
return the piston to its starting position.
Then, slip on the accompanying pressure pad (B), screw the hydraulic ram into
the puller’s tapped bore, and tighten it down.
If the spindle is too short, remove the pressure pad, attach one or more spindle
extensions (C), as necessary, and mount the pressure pad (B) at the end of the
assembly. To apply hydraulic force, tighten the upper spindle (A = forcing screw),
being careful not to exceed the load stamped on the body of the ram (max. to
~ kN). To prevent accidents or damage to the tool, take care to ensure that all
components involved are designed to handle the ram’s compressive force ra-
ting. Since work involving high levels of force always also involves the possibility
that parts might y apart, take appropriate preventive measures, e.g., securely
wrap the workpiece and ram in a KUKKOÒ protective blanket (page 92), and
always wear the personal protective equipment prescribed by the applicable
industrial safety regulations.

tion against the potential eects of sudden

Puller spindle maintenance: The spindle must always be kept well lubri-
cated. We recommend the use of KUKKO special sliding grease for pressu-
re spindle (Art. No.: 699999), or KUKKO Bio Multi Oil (Art. No.: 699990). A tube of
KUKKO special sliding grease for pressure spindle is free with every order of an
original KUKKO puller.
