SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Warning: Read the manual before operang the generator. Failure to follow the warnings and instrucons may result in electric shock, re
and/or serious injury. Aer reading the manual, store it in a safe place for future reference.
Installaon, movement and transportaon
•Only authorized and trained personnel should operate the generator.
• If the generator is known to be unsafe or shows signs of damage, sck a ''Danger'' sign on it and cut o the negave wire (-) of the baery, so that the
generator cannot be started. Do not connect the wire unl the generator has been repaired and is safe to use.
• If the internal parts of the equipment need cleaning or maintenance, remove the negave wire of the baery.
• The wires, grounding and electricity leakage protecon equipment used must conform to the relevant standards and other requirements.
• As the exhaust gases emied by the diesel engine are dangerous to health, all indoor generators must have qualied sealed pipes to discharge the exhaust
gas out of the room.
• Ensure that the exhaust pipe or muer is far away from combusble substances.
• Use only the protruded liing ring on the generator together with the cross rod connected to the base for liing the equipment.
• Make sure that the pendant and its supports are xed rmly, correctly connected and can bear the weight of the generator.
• Stand at a safe distance from the generator while it is being lied.
• Do not sit on the towed generator set or walk and stand on it while it is being transported.
Fire and explosion hazard
• The fuel used by the generator and the gas it emits are combusble.
• Fully-lled CO2 and dry powder re exnguishers must be placed in the room where the generator is installed to assure safety. All personnel must be
instructed on how to use these devices.
• The room in which the generator is installed must be well-venlated.
• Ensure that the generator room, oor and the generator are clean. In case fuel, baery electrolyte or coolant is leaked, it must be cleaned immediately.
• Don't store any combusble liquid near the engine.
• Since the cloth used to wipe the equipment can become stained with oil, it must not be stored near the engine.
• Do not smoke, use any tool that produces sparks or perform any other acon which can cause the exhaust gas to explode.
• Cut o the power source of the baery charger before connecng or disconnecng the baery.
• Keep all objects which conduct electricity such as metal tools etc. away from the output electrode so as to avoid an electric hazard.
• Don't inject fuel into the fuel tank while the generator set is operang.
•In case of fuel leakage, don't try to start the generator.
• Be parcularly cauous if a large quanty of unburned gas accumulates in the venlaon system as there is potenal danger of explosion. Gas accumulates
if the generator is started unsuccessfully repeatedly. Only start the generator once the gas has been vented.
Important note: In this manual, the terms ''generator'', ''generang set'', ''generator-set'' and ''gen-set'' are used interchangeably.
Machinery
• Don't try to start the generator set if the fan shroud or other safety protecon cover has been removed. Don’t try to put hands under or near these protecve
devices for maintenance while the generator set is operang.
• Keep your palms, arms, long hair, loose clothes and jewellery away from the belt pulley and other rotang parts. Note: Some rotang parts can not be seen
clearly while the generator set is operang.
• Watch out for the boiling hot oil, coolant, exhaust gas, and hot surface of generator set, as well as sharp surfaces or angles.
• The surface of the generator during operaon is hot, for this reason do not touch it with your bare hands.
• Operators of the generator and all nearby workers must wear protecve clothes, gloves and hats/helmets.
• Don’t remove the cover of the radiator if the coolant hasn’t cooled down completely. Aer the coolant has cooled down, loose the cover rstly to release the
inside gas pressure, and then remove the cover.
• Using ether to support ignion is not applicable to pre-heater with gas.
• Generally speaking, all these substances assisng starng are not recommended to be used in all engines, because they can reduce their eciency and
shorten their service life.
Chemicals
• Don’t drink fuel, oil, coolant, lubricant or baery electrolyte, or allow them to come into contact with skin. In case said substances are drunk, see a doctor
immediately. In case said substances come into contact with your skin, you must wash your skin with soap and clean water immediately.
• Don’t wear clothes stained with fuel or lubricant.
• Wear an acid-proof apron, a face mask and protecve goggles when handling the baery. In case the baery electrolyte is touched, wash hands immediately
with plenty of water.

Noise
• If the generator set isn’t equipped with an external apparatus to reduce the noise, it will generate noise (105dBA). Exposure to noise levels above 85dBA can
cause damage to hearing.
• Note that the quoted noise emission levels are not necessarily safe working levels.
• Factors that inuence the extent to which the work-force is aected by the noise level include the characteriscs of the work room, the presence of other
sources of noise, the number of machines in the room and the length of me for which an operator is exposed to the noise.
Noise emission values (in accordance with EN ISO 4871)
A-weighted sound power level (LwA, dB, re 1 pW) 65 (normal load) / 72 (full load)
A-weighted sound pressure level (LpA, dB, re 20 Pa) 64 (normal load) / 70 (full load)
Warning: Wear hearing protecon.
Declared noise emission values determined in accordance with EN 12601.
Electrical safety
• The generator can only be operated eciently and safely if it is correctly installed, operated and maintained.
• The connecon of load must only be performed by an experienced, qualied electrician.
• Make sure that the generator set (including the towed generator set) will be connected to an electric device whose specicaons meet local standards for
use.
• Stop the generator set and cut o the negave wire (-) of the baery before connecng or removing the load.
• Don't connect or remove the load while standing in water or damp ground.
• While the generator is generang electric power, charged parts or supply lead must not be touched by human body or by metal parts without insulaon.
• Aer the load is connected or removed, the cover of the juncon box must be closed, and don’t operate the generator set when the cover is open.
• The load or power system powered by this generator set must be compable with the characteriscs of the generator set, and must be within the capacity
of this generator set.
• Cut o all power sources before performing maintenance.
• Keep all electrical equipment dry and clean. If any cut or wear, discoloraon or corrosion of the insulaon pipe of lead is found, the insulaon pipe must be
replaced.
•The terminal posts must be kept clean and compact.
• Make sure that all places where the power sources are connected and the removed power lines have proper insulaon.
• In case a re breaks out, only CO2 and dry powder re exnguishers must be used to exnguish the re on the electrical equipment.
• Before the power is cut o, the shocked person's skin must not be touched with bare hands.
• Cut o the power source or pull the plug or remove the lead from the shock vicm. If this is not possible, you must stand on a dry and insulated surface and
push the vicm away from the conducng material with an insulated object, for example with dry wood.
• If the vicm is sll breathing, put him/her in the ''recovery'' posion described below.
• If the vicm is unconscious, give arcial respiraon as required.
Open the vicm's airway
FIRST-AID TREATMENT FOR VICTIMS OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK
1. Tilt the vicm's head back and then li the chin.
2. Remove any foreign object that is stuck in the mouth or at the back of the throat
(including dentures, cigarees, chewing gums etc.)
Breathing
1. Look, listen and feel to determine if the vicm is sll breathing normally.
Circulatory system
1. Check the vicm's carod pulse to determine if there is a pulse.

There is a pulse but vicm is not breathing
1. Pinch the vicm's nose rmly closed.
2. Take a deep breath and seal your lips around the vicm's mouth.
3. Blow into the mouth unl the chest rises and then allow the chest to fall
completely. Repeat 10 mes in one minute.
4. If you are alone, call an ambulance or help immediately aer giving
arcial respiraon to the vicm 10 mes, and then return to help the
vicm by connuing arcial respiraon.
5. Check the vicm's pulse aer each 10-me’s arcial respiraon.
6. When the vicm has recovered respiraon, put him/her in the following
described “recovery” posion.
The vicm has no pulse and is not breathing
1. Call an ambulance immediately.
2. Aer giving 2 rescue breaths to the casualty, start to give chest
compressions by taking the following steps.
3. Place the heel of your hand two ngers away from where the ribs and
breastbone meet.
4. Place the other hand on top and interlock ngers.
5. Keep your arms straight, and then press down by 4-5cm (1.5-2 inches)
for 15 mes at a rate of 80 mes per minute.
6. Repeat the above steps (2 rescue breaths and 15 chest compressions)
unl emergency help arrives.
7. If the above steps work and the vicm is determined to have a pulse
then the arcial respiraon must be connued. Check the pulse aer
each 10-me’s arcial respiraon.
8. When the casualty has recovered respiraon, put him/her in the
following described posion.
''Recovery'' posion
1. Turn vicm onto his/her side by taking the following steps.
2. Lean the head but li the chin forward so as to ensure the airway stays open.
3. Make sure that the vicm cannot roll forwards or backwards.
4. Monitor breathing and pulse regularly.
5. In case the vicm stops breathing or stops having a pulse, give emergency help to the vicm immediately by following the above procedure.
Note: If the vicm hasn’t recovered consciousness, do not give him/her anything to drink.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERATOR SET
Diesel engine
The diesel engine is the power source of the generator set, specially designed for the generator set. The accessories include a cylinder-shaped air lter, turbo,
and mechanical or electronic speed-regulator to ensure precise control of the rotaon of the generator.
Power system of the engine
The power system is classied into 12 or 24V cathode-connecng to ground DC voltage system depending on the model, including a starter motor, charging
generator, batteries and battery holder. For some large generator sets, the batteries and battery holder can be set on the ground near the generator. Most
generator sets are equipped with one or two lead-acid batteries.
Cooling system
The engine cooling system includes one radiator, one fan and one constant temperature oven. The AC generator is equipped with one separate fan to cool down
its parts. The air stream passes through the AC generator before going through the engine and radiator at last.

AC generator
The output power is from one non-carbon brush self-excited auto-power regulated AC generator with one water resistant protecon shell with protecon cover
with the control cabinet on the top.
Fuel tank and boom seat
The engine and the AC generator are both installed on a heavy steel-made boom seat. For the small power generator set, the boom seat is equipped with a
fuel tank containing fuel for working 8 hours in full charge. If no fuel tank is on the boom seat, a separate fuel tank will be oered.
Shock absorber
The generator is equipped with a shock absorber to damper the shock passed to the base when the generator is started. The shock absorber is set between the
engine/AC generator feet and the boom seat. However, for the larger generator set, the engine/AC generator is xed on the boom seat while the aached
shock absorber is oered to customers and xed by the customers themselves.
Muer and exhaust system
A muer and exhaust system is aached to the machine and can be assembled, the system can decrease the noise and exhaust the fumes outdoors.
Control system (dierences between models)
There are many types of control systems for dierent generator sets. Each set is equipped with a control system for controlling operaon and output to protect
the machine from damage caused by wrong operaon.
Power output air switch
In order to protect the AC generator set, one power switch matching the machine's specicaons and the power output is xed in a separate switch box. In
some cases, the switch will be set together with the auto-switching system or control panel.
The posion in which the operator handles the control system is shown below:

Disassembling the generator set
• The boom base of the generator set can be easily removed. Incorrect removal will result in serious damage to the machine parts.
• Li the machine with a fork li or push it carefully. If you push, place wood logs between the forks and frame to avoid damaging the frame.
• In case that the generator needs to be transported frequently, an oil gliding track can be ed in the machine frame with a fork groove and suspender. For
the smaller model, the groove for fork li has been ed in the boom seat.

• Do not use the liing ring of the engine or AC generator to li the machine.
• Ensure that the suspender and holder are in good condion and the weight held by the suspender is proper.
• Keep a safe distance from the machine while it is being lied.
• One single-spot suspender should be set up for liing the generator set.
• If the generator is lied for installaon, the extrude point on the boom is set for the li, check if the connecon is rm, if there is any crack on the seal, if
the screw is ghtened etc.
• The li point with rail to protect the machine is on the center of the weight (near the generator) instead of on the center of the unit, in this way, it can be
lied straight.
• Once the machine has been lied from the ground, the cable should be used to prevent the steel cord from twisng and the machine from swinging.
• Don't li the machine in high wind speed condions.
• The machine should be set on a at place which can stand the weight of the machine.
• The li method is just for the installaon li. If the machine needs to be lied frequently, the single-spot suspender equipment should be ed in. If the
generator set is lied by helicopter, the suspender ring is needed.
Proper spot to install the generator
It is very important to select a good spot to install the generator set. The key factors to keep in mind are as follows:
• Adequate venlaon
• Keep the machine parts away from rainwater, snow, hail, direct sunlight exposure and freezing or hot temperatures.
• Don't expose the machine to polluted air such as ground dust, metal dust, ber parcles, fume, smoke, steam, and smog emied by engines or other
polluon.
• Install the generator set in a spot away from trees, poles or other objects that can fall and smash the unit.
• Keep enough space around the machine to ensure ecient cooling and convenient repair, 1 meter away at least and 2 meters away from the aforemenoned
items.
• Only the operator should be in the operaon room. Keep all other persons away.

• In case the generator has to be installed outdoors, it must be equipped with an all-weather outer shell or container-type outer shell.
The angularity requirement during installaon
• The generator mustn't be lted during its placement. The angularity of the generator must be 0°.
Base and shock absorber
• Before delivery of the generator set from the factory, the AC generator and engine must be correctly installed on a hard boom seat, therefore, during
installaon of the machine, you only need to x the machine on a solid base with screws.
Base: The best installaon base is a block of strengthen concrete. The base supports the generator set to prevent it from swinging. The standard concrete block
is 150—200mm thick (6-8 inches), with square no less than the boom seat of the machine. The ground under the base block should be trimmed to stand the
weight of the base block and the machine. If the generator set is to be placed above the ground, the structure of the building must hold the weight of machine,
the fuel and accessories etc. The building must be in accordance with the local building regulaon. If the ground is damp (such as in a boiler room), the base
must be higher than the ground for power connecon, maintenance, and reducon of erosion of the boom seat metal.
Shock absorber: The shock absorber is installed between the engine/AC generator feet and the boom seat to decrease the shock of the generator set passed
to the building. Then, the boom seat is xed on the base block directly. As for the larger generator set, engine/AC generator is xed on the boom seat with
a separate shock absorber that can be installed by the operator between the boom seat and the base. In any case, the generator set must be xed rmly on
the ground to prevent from the moving. The outlet of the machine is also shock-damping, such as so fuel pipe, so vent pipe so exhaust, so cable pipe and
other holders and connectors etc.
Input of ammable air for the engine
The air for the aming in the engine must be clean and cool. Normally, the air lter is installed in the engine to lter the air around the generator set.
Nevertheless, the air has to be drawn in from other place or room because the air around the generator set is not appropriate due to dust and heat, in this
case, please don’t take the air lter away to install in other place as it will bring dirt into the motor. If it is necessary, use the air input equipment approved by
the manufacturer, otherwise, it will negavely inuence the operaon of the generator.

Cooling and venlaon
• The engine, AC generator and vent will emit heat and the high temperature will inuence the eciency of the generator. For that reason, measures must be
taken to cool down the engine and AC generator.
• The air stream should ow from the end of the engine, passing through the engine radiator and then exhaust to the outside through a detachable vent pipe.
• The exit and entrance of the air must be big enough to let the air ow freely, about 1.5 mes of the square of radiator.
• The shuers must be put on the exit and entrance of air to protect the machine in case it is used in bad weather. The shuer can be xed or removed and it
is beer to close the shuer when the machine is not working in cold days to keep the room warm.
• For the auto-start generator set, the shuer must be able to automacally open when the machine is started up.
• In case the machine's heat exchange and cooling system is not equipped with a radiator, the heat generated by the generator set must be exhausted outdoors.
Gas exhaust
•The purpose of the gas exhaust is to direct the harmful gases and the smell outdoors and to decrease the noise.
• An appropriate muer matching the exhaust system can be installed indoors or outdoors to decrease the noise.
•All generator sets installed indoors must use a non-leaking exhaust pipe to let the gas out.
• Ensure that the exhaust system is at a safe distance from ammable materials.
• Make sure that the exhaust gas will not cause harm to persons.
• Ensure that the air pressure stays within the limit because overly high air pressure will greatly reduce the eciency of the engine and signicantly increase
fuel consumpon.
• In order to reduce the air pressure, the exhaust pipe should be as short as possible and the curving diameter must be at minimum 1.5 mes of the inner
diameter of the pipe. Request the approval of the manufacturer if it is over 3m.
Fuel
• Don't let the fuel come into contact with smoke or re.
Daily-use tank
•The daily-use tank supplies fuel to the generator directly, so it is put in the generator room.
• For the small generator set, the steel-made or rubber-made daily-use tank is set in the boom seat with fuel pipe connected to the diesel motor. When full,
the fuel tank can keep the machine working for 8 hours. The super large tank’s fuel can operate the machine for about 24 hours.
Large fuel vat
• In order to extend the operaon me of the generator set, one large separate fuel vat is needed especially for those generator sets without regular fuel
supply.
• Usually, the large fuel vat is set outdoors for convenient fuel inserng and cleaning and checking, but not be exposed to the frozen area in winter as the oil
will ow slowly because of the increased viscosity. The vat can be set on the ground or underground.
• The large vat must be equipped with a venlaon hole to release the pressure result from the oil injecon or oil inaon and prevent the vacuum because
of the fuel consumpon. One valve is set at the boom to exhaust water and dirt to a x place. The vat underground should exhaust the water frequently.
• The limit vercal distance of electric oil pump is 4 meters, so the large vat boom must not be lower than the daily-use tank for more than 4 meters.
Fuel pipe
• The fuel pipe can be any steel tube or so pipe applicable for any environment and compable with the fuel.
•Fuel system cannot use lead-plate pipe.
• The transport pipe of the fuel and the back pass must be wide as same as the outlet of the machine, while the overow pipe must be larger in order to ensure
the smooth ow of the fuel in case that the pipe is long and the surrounding is in low temperature. The so pipe should be used to connect to the diesel
engine to prevent the damage and fuel leak caused by the shock of machine.
• The transportaon pipe takes fuel for no less than 50 mm from the high end fuel tank and away from the exhaust valve.
• The clean fuel is the most important to the life and stability of the engine, the rst grade lter is set between the pump and motor lter.
• The valve for water and deposit is at the other end of the pump.
Fireproong measures
The following measures must be considered during the installaon of the generator set:
• The re exit must be set in the room so that the operators can leave immediately in case of re.
• BC/ABC grade re exnguisher must be placed.
• The reproof valve of the temperature operaon fuse can be connected to the diesel engine to cut down the fuel supply.
Start baery
• No smoking is allowed near the baery.
• The baeries must be placed near the engine.
Connecon of wires
• The connecon of the generator output and load as well as maintenance and repair must be performed by an experienced qualied electrician.

Cord connecon
• The cord connecng to the generator should be so so that the AC generator or the terminals of power switch will not be damaged by the movement of
the machine. If a so cord is not available, one juncon box can be xed near the generator with the so cord connecng the connector and the machine.
• The connecng cord must be set in pipes or grooves but not xed on the generator set.
•If the cord needs to curve, please take the minimum curve diameter for reference.
• The power cord must match the output voltage and current of the generator.
• The temperature indoors, installaon method and other cords beside must be taken in consideraon. If the cord is single copper core, the sealed jacket must
be made of non-magnec metal such as aluminum or copper, or non-metal materials such as Teon.
• All interface connecons must be ght.
Protecon
• The connecon to the generator and load is protected by a circuit breaker. The circuit breaker will cut the circuit in case of overload or short circuit.
Load
• The load balance must be considered when designing the power supply system, don’t make one phase’s load much more than the load of the other phase
as it will cause the coils of the generator to overheat.
• The imbalance of the phases will also damage the sensive 3-phase equipment of the power system.
COS
• The COS of the load must be calculated, COS lower than 0.8 (inductance) will cause the generator to overload.
• The best operaon COS of the machine’s output power is 0.8~1.
• Generally speaking, all COS correconal equipment must be turned o when the generator is supplying power.
Grounding
• The standards of grounding dier depending on the area.
• The machine’s base must be connected to the ground.
• The grounding cord or clip must allow the full-load current of the generator and meet the local specicaons.
Reconnecng the AC generator
• Most AC generators can reconnect to matching dierent output voltages. Check if other parts like circuit breaker, current switch and cord are matching the
new voltage before changing power voltage.
Insulaon test
• Check the resistance data of coil aer installaon. Cut o the auto-transformer, make the rotaon diode in short circuit or cut-o, and cut o all control
circuit.
• Use a 500V megohmmeter or other similar appliances to test the impedance from the terminal to ground aer detaching the cord between the middle point
and ground. The insulaon impedance should be over 5MΩ. If the insulaon impedance is lower than 5MΩ, the coil must be improved.
• The exhaust muer can decrease the noise level. The noise reducon depends on the muer.
• Exhaust muers are classied into 4 grades: Industrial grade, residenal grade, crical grade and super crical grade.

• The shell’s funcon is to protect against rain and reduce noise.

• In case the generator is installed in a building, several kinds of equipment can be used to reduce noise such as noise eliminaon boxes, separate venlaon,
fan muer and noise absorbing wall materials.
Other ways to reduce noise
• Check all parts connected to the truck and the parts of generator set to see if they are worn out, eroded, broken, or loose.
• The tracon force of the truck must be over the weight of the generator set with the addional 10% safe coecient.
• Connect the truck and the mobile generator set, and then check if the connector is rm.
•Connect the indicator light, connect the drag lever to the truck if there is an iron chain, and connect the safe cable if possible.
• If there is a front screw jack, ghten it with bolt or lock for safety, and x the front wheel on the highest posion, ensuring to li or lock the back stable jack.
• Make sure the res' pressure is normal and that all dynamos are working well.
• Make sure the load cords and grounding cords are removed, windows, doors and tool box are closed and locked, make sure all external pipes are removed.
• If there is a hand-brake anchor, open it, and remove the logs used for xing the wheel.

• Ensure that the truck is able to handle the weight of the generator.
• It is prohibited to stand on the machine while it is being transported.
• Stop the truck on a clean and dry place which can stand the weight of the machine and truck. The truck must not stop on a slope of over 15 degrees.

STORAGE
• Warm air will ow into the machine when it is not in use. Keep the generator in the dry place and keep the coil dry with heang cord if possible.
• When the generator set has to be moved from the storage place to installaon place, the insulaon must be checked.
• If the value is lower than that before storage, the coil must be dried.
• Aer drying the coil, if the value read by megohmmeter is lower than 1MΩ, it indicates that the insulaon has broken and needs repair.

• The baeries need to be charged fully every 12 weeks (8 weeks for tropical areas).

OPERATION
• Turn o the control panel before checking as the machine with auto control system will start up automacally without warning.
• Switch o the power of control system and emergency stop switch.
• Do not open the cover of the radiator while the cooling liquid is sll hot. Do not insert too much cooling liquid into the hot cooling system, otherwise the
system will be damaged seriously.
• Check the level of the diesel fuel and cooling liquid, and ll it if needed.
Check the machine before operaon
Warning: Smoking is prohibited while injecng fuel into the fuel tank
• Check the ghtness of the diesel engine's cooling fan and the belt of the charging machine and ghten them in case they are loose.
• Check all so pipes, check if the connectors are loose or worn out, ghten or change it if needed.
• Check if the baeries have eroded, clean them if they are.
• Check the level of baery liquid and insert dislled water if necessary.
• Add the preset baery liquid if the baeries are new and never charged.
• Check if there is dust and dirt on the control panel and generator, the dust and dirt will lead to electric shock or cooling problems.
• Check the block indicator of the air lter, and replace it with a new one if it is blocked.
• Clear the area around the generator and remove unsafe items to avoid danger or negavely inuencing the machine's operaon.
•Check if the fuel system, cooling system and seal of lubricant are leaking.
• Drain the agglomerated water regularly with the drain valve of the exhaust system.
• Make sure that the output circuit switch of AC generator is in the OFF posion.
•Check the lubricant level and add if needed.
• Press the emergency stop buon or set the control switch to the “STOP” posion, the machine can be stopped anyme.
• To restart the machine, loosen the emergency stop buon and turn the buon clockwise. Set the control switch to the manual “STOP” posion, and reset
the fault buon to eliminate the fault warning.
• Connect the baery to the engine, connect the anode and then the cathode.
• Aer moistening the lubricate system, brake the accelerograph or turn o the switch of it, then press the “START” buon of the main control to start up the
machine unl the oil pressure indicated on the appliance or main control panel.
• If there is no indicaon of oil pressure aer auto-rotaon for 3 mes, please stop the machine and check for the cause.
• Aempng to start-up an abnormal oil system mulple mes will cause the unburned oil to accumulate in the exhaust system which can constute an
explosion hazard.
• Fill the oil supply system with a manual oil pump and exhaust the air in the oil lter.
• Start-up: Set the main control on the manual start-up posion and push down the start-up buon. (In case the machine is too cold, you can set the warm-
up me in the main control program as the machine is equipped with a warmer.) The diesel engine will start up automacally for 3 mes unl it begins
operaon.
• If the diesel engine cannot be started, the control system will be set on the posion of “Failure to Start” and the failure indicator on control panel will light.
•Demount the head of the exhaust line and disperse the unburned gas. Once the gas is dispersed and other faults have been excluded, install the exhaust line
again and start-up the machine.
• Check if there is any abnormal noise or vibraon.
•Check if the liquid and exhaust system are leaking.
• Check if there is any abnormal indicaon on the control panel, especially very high temperature or very low oil pressure, the oil pressure should go into the
normal range 10 seconds aer start-up.
