Safety instructions
Before operating the cash register, please read the following
precautions carefully.
SAFETY WARNING
Warning: When the cash register equipment is running, please do not
use unconventional shutdown/power off.
Warning: Do not do any maintenance/repair/cleaning when the cash
register equipment is in operation.
Warning: Please do not disassemble the cash register equipment for
maintenance without authorization from our company.
PRECAUTIONS
(1) The cash register should be installed in a flat and stable place;
(2) Leave enough space around the cash register for operation and
maintenance and avoid blocking the vents;
(3) The cash register should be kept away from water and avoid direct
sunlight/strong light and heat;
(4) Do not use and save the cash register in places with high
temperature, high temperature and serious pollution;
(5) Avoid placing the cash register in the place of vibration and shock;
(6) Do not allow humid air to condense on the surface of the cash
register. If it has formed, do not turn on the power of the cash
register until the dew disappears;
(7) Connect the power adapter of the cash register to a suitable
grounded socket to avoid using the same socket with a large motor
or other equipment that can cause power supply voltage
fluctuations;

STATEMENT
This is a Class A product. In a living environment, this product may
cause radio interference. In this case, the user may be required to
take practical measures for its interference.
(8) If you will not use the cash register for a long time, please
disconnect the power supply of the cash register;
(9) Avoid water or conductive substances (such as metal) entering the
printer. Once it occurs, turn off the power immediately;
(10) When connecting or disconnecting each interface, it must be shut
down normally to avoid damage to the main circuit of the cash
register;
(11) The cash register should be used normally (normal shutdown,
normal startup)
(12) The user shall not dismantle the cash register for maintenance.

WARRANTY CARD
Dear users
Hello ! Thank you for using our company's intelligent commercial cash register. In
order to maintain your interests and provide efficient and high-quality services to
solve your worries, our company provides warranty service for products. Please
read the following clauses carefully and pay attention to related matters.
The quality warranty period of this product is 3 years. From the date of arrival, the
maintenance cost will be charged from the 4th year. The freight during the warranty
period shall be borne by the user.
1. Free warranty coverage: Since the date of arrival, quality problems caused by
non-human and external factors are all covered by the warranty.
2. Not covered by warranty:
(1) Disassemble the machine by yourself, and the machine with broken warranty
seal.
(2) The appearance of the product will wear naturally due to long-term use.
(3) The product is physically damaged due to man-made damage, such as
appearance deformation.
(4) Due to the environment, for example: voltage instability or oxidation and
corrosion failures of components are not included in the quality warranty.
(5) Damage due to scratches or damage to the touch screen is not included in the
quality warranty.
(6) Since the repair is not carried out by the service center of our company, the
failure or damage caused by improper repair will not be included in the quality
warranty.
(7) Since the genuine accessories provided by our company are not used, direct or
indirect damage will not be included in the quality warranty.
(8) Failures caused by external factors such as water ingress, oil, cockroaches,
mice, dust, etc. are not covered by the free warranty.
