INSTALLATION OF COOKER
The cooker has a seal to prevent the liquids from owing from the gaps into the cabinet.
For xing this seal, attach it as shown in the gures above. Turn upside down the cooker and
remove the protective band of the rubber seal; both ends of it should meet perfectly. Install
the installation sheets by help of screw as shown in the gure 5. And then place the cooker
into the clearance of the worktop.

SECTION 3.
THINGS TO BE CONSIDERED PRIOR TO USE OF THE TABLE TOP
COOKER AND SAFETY WARNINGS
Position the product so as to reach to the
power cord. Supply voltage of your product
is 220Y. The earth plug on the power cord
should be denitely used with an earthed
power socket.
ÂOur products are fueled by liqueed
petroleum gas or natural gas depending
on its version (optional).
ÂApply to the authorized service center
to switch your product to liqueed
petroleum gas or Natural Gas.
ÂHave the mains connection and earthing
installation by a qualied electrician.
ÂOur rm may not be held responsible for
any damages that may arise from failure
to comply with the instructions given
above.
ÂWhen you use your cookers with
liqueed petroleum gas, use pressure-
reducing valve TSE 300 mm SS with
outlet pressure of 1.5 kg/h.
Connect your product to liqueed
petroleum gas cylinder by the short plastic
hose in a gas-proof manner.
Connect your product to the Natural Gas
cock by the spiral hose in a gas-roof manner.
The hose to be used should not be
longer than 125cm for safety purpose.
When placing your product, take care
that the gas hose or power cord does not
remain under the body. Do not run it near the
burners, otherwise cable insulation may he
damaged.
When the power cord is damaged,
replace it by visiting the nearest
authorized service center.
When gas connection is completed, do
not move your product beyond the limits that
the gas hose allows. Any forcing may cause
gas leakage from the hose connections.
Do not operate it without putting
pan, etc. on the electric cooker.
The stainless steel around the electric
cooker may change color due to heat. It is not
problem for use of it.
In order to make your product ready for
use, you should rst prepare the installation
place and complete the electric installation.
And then call our authorized service
personnel.
Note: Start use after removal of the
protective lm on Inox surface.

Worktop cutting measure is given in Figure 7 for placing the cooker. Into the worktop cut
to these measures, place the cooker of which the initial preparations were performed.
If you will use the cooker on the built-in oven, then comply with the Figures 8 and 9 for
proper clearance between the oven and cooker to allow air circulation.

Please place the silicone seal along the edges of the cooker (Figure 1). Finally,you. should
x it on the lower edges of the work surface by means of clamps and screws (Figure 2).

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Cleaning of the gas-fueled cookers
1. Unplug when cleaning.
2. Your product is designed to prevent
any oily food liquid overow when cooking
from inltrating under the worktop. You can
remove the cooker grates from their place to
clean the burner tray.The enamel or stainless
parts should be clamed by soapy water and
wiped with a dry cloth.
3. Clean the gas huming heads and grates
by soapy water and wipe with a dry cloth.
4. You are recommended to immediately
clean any oil and any acid substances such as
lemon which may spill on your product.
5. Be careful that the cleaning substances
you use do not contain any particles and parts
that may scratch the enamel or stainless
surfaces. You may wash the cooker grates in
the dishwasher.
Note
ÂDo not wash the heads and caps of the
gas-fueled cookers in the dishwasher.
ÂFor any dirty and stains that cannot he
removed off from the burner heads, use
the metal surface cleaners available in
the market according to their instructions.
ÂAfter you wash and wipe dry the heads
and caps, make sure they are positioned
in their correct places.
ÂThe surfaces of the burner trays of the
stainless products nearer to the burners
may change color in the course of time
due to heat.
ÂDo not you cleaning substances
containing acid or chlorine to clean
the stainless and eloxal surfaces. Use a
liquid (non-scratching detergent) and
clean with a soft cloth.
Do not use the following materials to
clean your cooker.
SECTION 4.
IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTROL PANEL AND USE OF THE BURNERS
Gas burning control buttons
Gas burning control buttons
The cocks controlling the gas burners of your product have
special safety equipment. To ensure gas ow through the cocks, you
should slightly push and turn left the buttons. To obtain optimum
efciency from the gas-fueled cookers, be careful about size of the
can you will put on the cooker. Please refer to the following gure
for this purpose.
Ignition System
Your product has two types of ignition system depending on the version of it.If the ignition
system of the version of the product you purchased is controlled by an external button, then
you should slightly push the button for the burner you desire tooperate and then turn left, turn
anti-clockwise, to ensure gas ow. Just after turning on the button, push the lighter ignition
button and hold it till ignition.After ignition, release the lighter button.You should repeat the
procedure in each case. If your product has gas button with lighter (as shown in the gure
above), push the button slightly and turn left till the symbol of lighter ignition. The lighter
will start to ignite the burners. While the lighter ignites, it also ignites. After ignition, turn the
button to the symbol Big ame or Small ame to determine the burning position. The lighter
ignition will stop and burning will continue. If it does not ignite, then continue this process
until the ignition is performed.

INITIAL PREPARATION AND INSTALLATION OF YOUR TABLE TOP COOKER
nitial preparation and installation of
liqueed petroleum gas -fueled Cooker
(Optional).
As your cooker is set to liqueed
petroleum gas (cylinder), there is a hose end
on your cooker for connection to liqueed
petroleum gas (cylinder). Do not run the gas
hose of your cooker around the hot surfaces.
Keep the end of the plastic hose you will
use for connection between your cooker and
liqueed petroleum gas pressure-reducing
valve in the boiling water 1 minute to soften
it and then attach the hose end into its
place completely. Tighten the clamp rmly.
Perform the same process for the other
end of the hose and attach to the liqueed
petroleum gas pressure-reducing valve.
Have your product attached to the liqueed
petroleum gas (cylinder) cock in such a way
not to cause any leakage. Denitely have
it checked for sealingThe plastic hose to
be used should not be longer than 125cm
for safety purpose. Your product is set to
liqueed petroleum gas (cylinder). When you
use your product with liqueed petroleum
gas, use a TSE-certicated pressure-reducing
valve with pressure outlet 1.5kg/300mm SS.
To switch your product to natural gas, call the
authorized service center.
Initial preparation and installation of
Natural Gas fueled Cooker (Optional).
As your cooker is set to Natural Gas, there
is a hose end on your cooker for connection
to Natural Gas. Have the gas hose of your
cooker attached to the natural gas cock
without any deformation. Denitely have it
checked for sealing. The spiral hose to be
used should not be longer than 125cm for
safety purpose. Please call authorized service
center to switch your product to liqueed
petroleum gas (cylinder).
Placement of the cooker:

RULES OF OPERATION
Before the rst use, read the operating
manual carefully. Thus you will protect
bot yourself and your equipment.
You may use the equipment only
when it is installed. Only in this way
the risk of contact with the live parts is
eliminated.
Use this equipment only for cooking.
Use of it for any other purpose is
forbidden and may be dangerous. The
manufacturing rm may not be held
responsible for any damages arising
from wrong and improper use of it
contrary to the rules.
Do not use this equipment to heat a
room. Due to high heat, the objects and
materials near the equipment may bum.
Use of the gas cooker causes heat
and moisture in the environment. For
this reason, make sure the space is well-
ventilated or the natural ventilation
holes are left open or mechanic
ventilation is performed, e.g. range hood.
In case of intensive use of the cooker
for an extended time, it is required to
keepdndow open or operate the range
hood at maximum level for efcient
ventilation.
Use your product in a well-ventilated
place.
Ignite your gas-fueled cooker only
after all parts are installed in place.
Do not bum the gas-fueled cooker
before placing a container on it. The
range hood above the gas-fueled cooker
may get damaged or bum due to high
ames.
Do not use containers or pots beyond
the diameter sizes given. (Refer to the
“cooking containers”) If the diameter of
the pan or frying-pan is very small, it
may not stand on the cooker properly
and overthrow. And if the diameter is
very big, then hot gases emitted from the
base of the container may give damage
to the worktop or wall covering or parts
of the equipment which are not resistant
to heat. The manufacturing rm is not
responsible for damages caused by such
factors.
Do not make available any objects
or materials near the gas-fueled cooker
that may easily burst into ames.
CautionI!
Never use lighter or match for gas leakage controlI
Sealing control:
Make sure the buttons are in off position and the cylinder is not open. For gas leakage
control, apply soap solution to the connection end of the hose. If there is any gas leakage, you
will see bubble on the soapy part. In such case, check the gas connection again.
NOTE: This product life of 10 years.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS AND WARNINGS.
CHILDREN AT HOME
This cooker operating manual is
intended for people of such age capable
to understand the information given in
it. The children cannot properly perceive
risks related to the cooker. For this
reason, please take care of the children.
The older children may use the
cooker only after the grown-ups inform
them about safe use of the cooker and
the risks associated with improper use of
the cooker.
Never allow the children to play with
the cooker.
When operating, the cooker becomes
hot and when it is switched off,it remains
hot for a while. Keep the children away
from the cooker till it gets cool against
risk of burning.
Do not place on or rear of the cooker
any objects that may be attractive for the
children. The reason is that the children
may climh up the cooker to take such
objects. Risk of burning!
Be careful that the children do not
pull down the pots or frying-pans. Risk
of burning and scalding! And to alleviate
the risk you may install a special
protective screen around at the edge of
the cooker.
Packaging materials, e.g. folio and
styrofoam, may be dangerous for the
children. Risk of suffocating! Keep the
packaging materials away from the
children or take such materials away
from the home as soon as possible.
Gas and electric connections of the
equipment no longer used should he
removed and these cables should he
packed away to prevent them from
posing any danger.
Unless a person in charge of the
safety of the equipment supervises and
manages use of the equipment, this
equipment is not intended for use by
the persons (including children)who are
handicapped in physical, sensoryand
cognitive sense or lack of experience
and knowledge.
The children should be kept under
supervision to assure they do not play
with the equipment.
The accessible surfaces of the
equipment may be high; he cautious.
The equipment does not operate
with external timer and remote control.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS AND WARNINGS.
PROTECTION OF THE EQUIPMENT
Take care that no object or container
may fall on the enamel surface. Even
lightweight objects such as saltshaker
may cause crack or break on the enamel
ceramic surface.
Do not use container or pan with very
thin base; do not leave the containers
empty on the cooker; however, if the
manufacturing rm permits, you may do
so. In case you do not comply with the
instructions given here, your cooker may
he damaged.
Never use steam pressure cleaning
equipment.On the one hand, the
steam may inltrate into the live parts,
causing short circuit. And, on the other
hand, the pressure steam may cause
permanent damage on the surface and
structural components of the cooker.
The manufacturing rm may not be held
responsible for such damages.
Protection Against Burning and Scalding
When operating, the cooker becomes
very hot and remains hot for a while
after switched off. Avoid touching the
cooker when it is still hot. Keep it away
from the children.
Protect your hands by use of heat-
resistant gloves,pan holders and similar
objects when working on the hot cooker.
Be careful that the cloths do not catch
re. For this reason, do not use very large
holders or cloths.
Furthermore, be careful these cloths
are not wet or damp. As the wet cloths
transmit heat quickly, there is a risk of
burning of your hands.
Do not heat closeatontainers such as
tin cans on the cooker. The tin may burst
due to overpressure an there is risk of
injury and scalding!
Do not use this equipment as
worktop. When the cooker is accidentally
switched on and because of the remnant
heat, the objects on the cooker may
become hot, melt or bum depending on
the material they are made of.
Do not cover the cooker with a cloth
or cooker protective folio. There is re
risk if the cooker is accidentally switched
on.

PROTECTION OF THE EQUIPMENT
Immediately wipe clean any oils and
other inammable (food) materials splashed
on the cooker. Otherwise, there is re risk.
When preparing food by use of boiling
oil, never leave the cooker unattended. The
boiling oil may catch re and bum the range
hood. Fire risk!
And still if the boiling oil bursts into
ames, never attempt to extinguish it by
water! Extinguish the ames by a pan lid or a
thick wet cloth or similar object.
Never prepare any food with ame under
the range hood, (e.g. banana ambé). The
ames may cause bum of the range hood.
Be careful the ames from the burner
apparatus do not spread over under the pan
base.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS AND WARNINGS.
IF THE EQUIPMENT FAILS
In case of any equipment failure, rst
switch off the cooker, then the gas cock
and, nally, the fuse of the house. If there is
wire fuse, remove the fuse from the holder
completely. If the equipment has not been
installed and connected, disconnect the
power. When doing so, do not hold and
pull the cable to unplug it. Hold the plug
by your dry hand and unplug it. Call the
authorized service center. Do not make the
mains connection of the equipment before
completion of the repair operation.
Repair operations may onlybe performed
by authorized and expert persons. Seriou s
risks may arise for the person and equipment
as a result of any repair contrary to the
rulesNever open the body of the equipment.
Any repair under the warranty may be
performed only by the technical service
centers authorized by the manufacturing
rm; otherwise, no warranty may be claimed
for any loss that arisessubsequently.
Protection Against Other Risks
When using a socket near the cooker,
be careful the cable does not touch the hot
cooker, otherwise the cable insulation may
get damaged. Risk of electric shock!
Always heat the food sufciently. Any
bacteria in the food may be killed with
sufcient heat and time.
Do not use plastic or aluminum folio
containers. High temperature may melt them
and there is also re risk!
If there is any drawer under the cooker,
do not store any spray tins, liquids easy to
iname or other combustive materials. And
the cutlery holder in the drawer should be
made of heat-resistant material.
If the cooker is not used for an extended
time, you should clean it thoroughly before
using it again and have its functions
controlled by qualied service personnel.
EFFECTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
REMOVAL OF THE PACKAGING
Packaging is very important for protection
of the equipment during transportation. As
the packaging is made of recycled material,
consumption of raw material and formation
of waste is reduced. Yen may get advice from
the municipal authorities where you will
deliver this recycled material.
Removal of the Old Equipment
Old electric or electronic equipment
may still have parts that can still be used.
Furthermore, there may be parts that ensure
operation of the equipment and are, when
become unusable, transferred to the disposal
centers inside the equipment and cause
harm to the environment. For this reason,
never throw into thrash any old equipment
you do not use.
Instead, deliver such equipment to
the centers designated by the municipal
authorities in order that their electric and
electronic parts may be used again.
For safety of the children, please store
any old equipment in a suitable place before
taking it away from the home. You may nd
information about this matter in “Safety
Recommendations and Warnings” of the
operating manual.
BEFORE FIRST USE. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION
Keep the operating manual and, if
required, deliver the same to the next owner
of the equipment. Metal parts of the cooker
are protected by a special material. You may
feel a temporary smell in the rst heating.
The smell and smoke during the rst use is
temporary and do not deem it as any failure
or wrong connection.
First Cleaning and First Heating
Clean the equipment prior to rst use as
described below:
Wash the removable parts of the gas
cooker with detergent water, wipe dry
thoroughly and put them in place.
OPERATION OF THE SAFETY ELEMENT OF THE COOKER
Gas-cutting safety apparatus
(If your product is equipped with a gas-
cutting safety apparatus)
Gas-cutting safety apparatus is used for each
burner to prevent any gas leakage that may
occur as a result of extinguishment due to
spill of liquid and accidentally opening of the
gas cocks by the children.
Push the button and turn it anti-clockwise.
And it will start to perform automatic ignition
successively.After it bums, push the button to
the end and hold it pressed for 5 seconds; the
thermocouple will become activated after
it senses ame of the cooker and open the
gas way. In case of any extinguishment due
to liquid spill and similar reasons, it emits
gas for a short time and then the system is
automatically switched off.

OPERATION ON, OFF, SETTING
Ignite by using the cooker’s lighter and set the
level of the ame.
The burner apparatus is switched on only
after pushing and turning left the button and is
switched off when the button is turned right. Parts
of the equipment are damaged when:
- the equipment is switched on without
pushing the button;
- the equipment is switched on by turning
right; and
- the equipment is switched off by turning the
button left.
The manufacturing rm may not be held
responsible for any failure that may arise from
such misuse.
On, Off, Setting
ÂPush the button “on” of the burner and turn
left to the Big ame symbol.
ÂAnd now turn the button “on”, now released, to
the Low ame symbol.
ÂSet the ame so as not to spread beyond
the base of the pan. As the outer part of the
gas ame has higher temperature than the
ame core, the ame ends should remain
below the panSuch far -reaching ame gives
unnecessary heat, cause the pan handles to
get heated.
Switching off the cooker:
Turn right “ň’ the button “On” of the cooker. It
stops the gas ow and the ame becomes off.

ÂSelect the containers in which you will
cook your food, e.g. pan and ying-pan,
according to the size of the apparatus.
Big diameter=big burner
Small diametei=small burner
ÂPrefer wide and at pans, instead of
narrow and high pans. These pans are
heated more quickly.
ÂPurchase thick-base pans as they balance
the heat better. The thin-based pans
absorb much heat at a single pointand
the distribution of heat is not uniform.
For this reason, it is required to stir the
food frequently.
ÂYou may use any heat-resistant container,
pan and frying-pan on the gas-fueled
cooker.
ÂPlease remember that not the base
diameter, but the upper diameter is
stated when purchasing pan and frying-
pan.
ÂPlease stick to the sizes given in the
table. If the base size is very small, the
pan or frying-pan may not stand rmly
on the cooker. If the upper diameter is
very big, then the hot gases spreading
from below may give damage to any
objects or materials or walls covered by
panel nearby and not resistant against
heat. For this reason, the manufacturing
rm may not be held responsible for any
resulting damage.
ÂCook in the closed pans and frying-pans
as far as possible. Thus you will prevent
consumption of heat unnecessarily.
The grate should t well into the grooves
indicated. Otherwise, the grate will be
inclined. And it may cause the container to
be overthrown.
