1. How to replace cooling pad:
WARNING –
Before servicing, remove the unit from power source by unplugging
power supply cord from power outlet
Required Tool – Phillips head screw driver (Phillips head screw driver long (12”+)
with magnetized tip)
1.1. Rear Pad
a. Remove rear pad frame rear by removing two (2) screws.
b. Remove the pad assembly from the pad frame by removing four (4) screws.

c. Remove, pad retainer piece in the bottom from the pad assembly by gently
bending the snap-fit tabs.
d. Remove pad back cover by removing three (3) screws and slide out the pad
from the frame. Water dispersion media is located at the top of the pad
frame.

1.2. Front pad
a. Remove rear pad assembly –see procedure 5.1.
b. Remove four (4) screws in the front bottom –may have to lay down the unit
on its back
c. Reach from the rear side (opened) and remove two screws on each side of
blower housing
d. Lift the front inlet panel from the bottom and remove it from the unit.
e. Follow procedure 5.1.b thru 5.1.d to remove media from the pad frame
Remove two (2), one on each side of blower
housing: use long Philips head screw driver
with magnetized tip
