Refrigerators +4 °C.
The Advanguard line ®, has many innovative features and is already projected in the near future, when
consumers and the environment will be regulated by laws and regulations more stringent, and when these
issues will be the maximum sensitivity of users.
This series of refrigerators +4 °C, brings together many of the goals of research and development that the KW
was placed on the containment of energy consumption:
• an average thickness of 75 mm standard. which in itself reduces power consumption compared to standard
KLAB series, with 60 mm. Insulation
• A cooling unit block, with:
- A capacitor with large surface area and high efficiency on the heat exchange, reducing the differential between
high (HP) and low (LP) pressure, with an increase in COP (Coefficient Of Performance) and lower energy
consumption;
- An evaporator is sized for a small T (for example, between 5 and 10 °C) and low pressure losses, all in order
to reduce the gap between high (HP) and low (LP) pressure, with increased COP;
- A reduced refrigerant charge, and running fully welded and sealed, in order to lower risk of environmental
impact, in case of leakage.
ADVANGUARD LINE ®, is also a very prestigious series, also to have as standard
- One-piece structure, insulated with polyurethane foam in situ
- Front panel hinged to allow easy access to electrical and refrigerant to the stove
- All internal and external surfaces of sheet stainless steel AISI 304.
- All rounded corners
- Removable magnetic strips for easy cleaning
- Removable racks for tropical plant coolant (up to +43 °C ambient temperature) all the other features common
to the line KLAB

5.7 O
PERATION
The chiller unit is designed to store products at low temperatures it has the ability to freeze (as they nor the F R
version that works at positive temperatures) the quantities introduced at room temperature, then dividing it to
introduce the material in quantities not greater than 1.2 kg at a time, if not to the T desired storage.
The control acts on the plant's refrigeration until it has reached the set temperature, the user can control the
operation by means of markings on a control panel LEDs.
You may check:
• voltage presence indicator on illuminated display →
• Indicator measure refrigeration (compressor on)
indication display "cool"
• Indicator off refrigeration (compressor stop)"
•
indication on the display "on hold"
The set point of the pre-coolers is factory set to +4 °C, while that of the freezers is factory preset to -20 °C. If
the value of hysteresis (differential T) for the ON / OFF control is pre-calibrated at the factory to ±2 °C and is
symmetric with respect to the set.
Refrigerator for example:
Tset = +4 °C; run (or start) to +5 °C, stop at +3 °C.
Freezer for example:
Tset = -20 °C run (or start) to -19 °C, stop at -21 °C.
The T in the room should not exceed +30 C;
the device also works with T-top, but in thermodynamic conditions very difficult.
WARNING: The minimum room temperature shall be not less than 10 °C,
otherwise the unit may not operate properly and may result in failure to meet
5.8 DEFROSTING:
There is no action being automatic defrost the evaporator static and insulated on the walls of the unit.
On the inner walls of all units, due to condensation moisture in the air, forming a layer of frost. This represents a
real thermal insulation and reduces the efficiency of the apparatus.
At certain intervals and whenever the frost layer exceeds 5 / 6 mm thick, must be removed using a plastic knife
or a stiff brush: Snow / ol 'water which is obtained must be removed.
