15. Provide on the NTELOS contract or by your sales representative.
Enter the Phone Number (MDN).
Enter the MSIC (IMSI_M).
16. Choose Finish.
17. Your Kyocera KPC650 Passport PC Card is activated for use on NTELOS High Speed
Wireless Data Network. NTELOS recommends a data package available by calling
