Picnic Table
Assembly Instructions

Tools Required:
Phillips Head Screwdriver- ⁄” (13mm) Wrench
Parts Included:
Step 1:
Open Table and Bench legs.
Step 2:
Flip Table and
Benches over and
attach brackets
to the bottom of
all the legs using the
⁄” screws. Be sure to
align the brackets with the notches
on the bottom of the legs. Tighten Securely.
Step 3:
Attach the Support Rail to the
Bench Leg Brackets with supplied
Bracket Bolts and Nuts. Repeat on the
other end of the Benches. Tighten all
Bolts and Nuts securely.
Step 4:
With a partner, lift the Bench Assembly and align
the holes in the Rails with the holes in the Table
Brackets. Secure the Table to the Rails with the
remaining Bolts and Nuts. Tighten Securely.
Step 5:
Again, with a partner,
lift the completed
Picnic Assembly and
turn it right-side up.

Parts Include:
48” Square Picnic Table Assembly
with 78” Overall Footprint
Lay Table on clean flat surface.
Remove Benches to expose all
the assembly parts and hardware
bag. Unload these parts and
begin assembly.
Step 1:
Attach the ends of the Leg Supposrt Assembly to
the ‘U’ Brackets on each leg using the short Hex
Bolts and Locknuts.
Step 4:
Remove 4
nuts from
the corner
leg bracket
and save.
IMPORTANT:
Be sure the
Leg Support
‘U’ Brackets
on legs
face
inward.
Unscrew the nuts from the corner bracket
under the Table top. Position a table leg onto
these bolts and secure by using those four
nuts. Make sure that the welded ‘U’ Bracket
faces the center of the table
Repeat step for the remaining table legs.
Step 2:
Unscrew the nuts from the leg brackets under the
Bench ends. Position a Bench leg onto these bolts
(match the L’s & R’s) and secure by using the saved
nuts. Repeat on the other end of the Bench.
Repeat step for the remaining benches.
Step 5:
Remove nuts & save

Final Bench Assembly
Attach & Tighten
Right Leg
Lay the Support Rails out on the floor as shown
above. Using 4 of the short Hex Bolts and Locknuts,
connect the Support Rails. Before tightening, make
sure the assembly is flat. Then tighten all the nuts.
Step 3:
Table and Benches should now be upright. Align the holes in
the ‘L’ Bracket of the left Bench Leg with the holes at the
bottom of a Table Leg. Then position the ‘L’ Bracket of the right
Bench Leg of another Bench on the same Table Leg. Secure in
place with a couple Long Hex Bolts and Locknuts.
Repeat step for the remaining benches.
Step 6:
Layout the 4 Leg Support Rails
as shown.
Connect
Support Rails
with short Pole
Bolt & Nut.
Tighten all
connections.
Final Assembly
