INSTALLATIONPROCEDURE:
Benchshipsfullyassembled.Freestandingunitcanbesetinplace.
FOREMBEDDEDMOUNT:
1. Turnbenchupsidedownonprotectivesurface.
2. RemovefourouterscrewsfromglidesasshowninFig.1.Leaveglidesinstalled.
3. InstallfourthreadedrodsasshowninFig.2.
4. Setunitinpositionandmarkholelocations.
5. Moveunitaside.
6. DrillholesaccordingtoFig.3.Clearholesofdebris.
7. Setunitbackinposition,ensuringthatthreadedrodsarenotrestingonthebottom
ofthehole.Ifnecessary,moveunitanddrillholesdeeper.
8. Fillholeswithadhesivetolevelrecommendedbyadhesivemanufacturer.
9. Setunitinposition.Wipeawayexcessadhesivebeforeitcures.

1. Turnbenchupsidedownonprotectivesurface.
2. InstallsurfacemountboltsandsetscrewsasshowninFig.4.
3. Setunitinpositionandmarkholelocations.
4. Moveunitaside.Removesurfacemountboltsandsetscrews.
5. Drillholesaccordingtoconcreteanchormanufacturer’srecommendations.
6. Clearholesofdebris.
7. Installconcreteanchors(notincluded).
8. Installsurfacemountboltsintoconcreteanchors.
9. Setbenchinpositionoversurfacemountbolts.
10. InstallsetscrewsasshowninFig.5.
