Installation Guide for

STEP 5
Partially close the tool, making
sure terminal is held in place.
STEP 6
Insert the cable into the
terminal, then close the tool
until the ratchet releases.
STEP 4
Open the EPIC®CRIMPTOOL
and place the terminal onto the
correct die nest.
STEP 8
Insert the crimped pin into
the connector.
STEP 9
Push in until it clicks.
STEP 7
Remove the crimped terminal.
STEP 2
Insert cable section to be
crimped onto jaws of the shears.
STEP 3
Release when done.
STEP 1
Strip about 8mm of the cable
using specialised stripper for
ÖLFLEX®SOLAR AL FLEX.
STEP 11
Repeat STEPS 1-10 for the
female connector, then
connect the crimped male
and female connectors.
STEP 12
Check the finished product.
STEP 10
Using the EPIC®SOLAR
ASSEMBLY TOOL, turn
clockwise until it clicks.
