Sehr geehrter Anwender!
Die Firma LASCO bedankt sich nochmals
recht herzlich für Ihr Vertrauen, welches Sie
uns mit dem Kauf dieser Holzzange entge-
gengebracht haben. Mit dieser Holzzange
haben Sie sich für ein leistungsfähiges und
optimal ausgelegtes Produkt entschieden,
welches sich bereits viele Mal in der Praxis
bewährt hat.
Durch die ständige Modernisierung und das
angehäufte Know-how wird die Technologie
und die Konstruktionstechnik unserer Geräte
stets auf den neuesten Stand der Technik ge-
halten.
Dieses Handbuch besteht aus insgesamt 30
Seiten, welche aufeinander aufbauen und
Ihnen Schritt für Schritt das nötige Wissen
zum Bedienen und Warten Ihres Gerätes ver-
mitteln. Der größte Teil dieses Handbuches
allerdings beschäftigt sich mit der Sicherheit.
Ich bitte Sie, diese Anleitungen und Vor-
schriften sorgfältig und gewissenhaft zu be-
handeln! Angefangen von den Sicherheits-
hinweisen bis hin zur CE-Konformitätserklä-
rung werden Sie alles finden.
Wir weisen ausdrücklich auf den Verwen-
dungszweck dieses Gerätes hin, dieser be-
steht darin Holzbäume sowie Astmaterial zu
verheben. Diese Maschine darf keinesfalls
zweckentfremdet werden!
Der Anwender wird aufgefordert dieses
Handbuch stets bei der Maschine zu haben,
sodass dieser ggf. folgende Daten stets griff-
bereit hat! Bei einem Weiterverkauf muss
diese Betriebsanleitung an den Kunden wei-
tergegeben, sowie die Anschrift des neuen
Besitzers an LASCO mitgeteilt werden!

log-grip you have opted for a powerful, effi-
cient and optimally designed product that has
often proven itself in practice.
Due to constant modernization and accumu-
lated know-how, the technology and con-
struction techniques used in producing our
equipment are always at the cutting edge of
state-of-the-art technology.
This manual consists of 30 pages, which build
on each other and convey step by step the
knowledge required to operate and maintain
your equipment. Most of this manual, how-
ever, deals with safety. Please follow these in-
structions and regulations carefully and con-
scientiously! From safety advice to the CE
declaration of conformity, you will find every-
thing here.
We explicitly advise to respect and follow the
specific purpose of this device: collecting and
transport of wood trees. This machine must
not be used for any other purpose!
The user is required to always have this man-
ual with the machine, so this and any updated

is logging and hoisting branches. Lift-
ing of other material like stone blocks

Vor Inbetriebnahme der Maschine stets si-
cherstellen, dass der Inhalt des vorliegen-
den Handbuches vollständig verstanden
wurde und keine Fragen in Bezug auf die
darin enthaltenen Informationen offen
bleiben.
Vor dem Einsatz stets kontrollieren, dass
die Umgebungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen
in der Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches keine
Hindernisse für den normalen Betrieb und
Wartung der Maschine bilden.
Installation, Betrieb und Wartung dürfen
ausschließlich von qualifiziertem Personal
ausgeführt werden, das über die notwen-
digen körperlichen und psychischen Vo-
raussetzung verfügt und unter strikter Be-
achtung der hierin angegebenen Instrukti-
onen sowie in Übereinstimmung mit den
aktuellen Sicherheits- und Hygienevor-
schriften am Arbeitsplatz arbeitet.
Jedwede Wartungsarbeit oder auch einfa-
che Einstellung darf immer nur nach voll-
ständiger Trennung der Energieversor-
gung durchgeführt werden!
Modifikationen und Verstellungen (wenn
auch nur geringfügig), sowie der Gebrauch
von nicht originalen Ersatzeilen sind un-
tersagt.
Für die Routinewartung keine Flüssigkei-
ten, Reinigungsmittel, Lösungsmittel usw.
verwenden.
Bei unregelmäßiger Funktionsweise der
Maschine den Hersteller sofort verständi-
gen.

Before use, always check that the ambient
and working conditions near the work area
present no obstacles to the normal opera-
tion and maintenance of the machine.
Installation, operation and maintenance
may only be carried out by qualified per-
sonnel who have the necessary physical
and mental capabilities and are able to
work in strict compliance with the herein
given instructions and in accordance with
the current safety and hygiene regulations
in the workplace.
Any maintenance work, or even simple ad-
justment, may only be made after complete
disconnection from the energy.
Modifications and adjustments (no matter
how small), as well as the installation of
not-original spare parts, are prohibited.
No liquids, detergents, solvents etc. may be
used for routine maintenance.
In case of irregular operation of the ma-
chinery notify the manufacturer immedi-
ately.

Das Gerät nicht in Gang setzen, wenn
irgendwelche Störungen auftreten. Un-
ter Störungen versteht man auch sicht-
bare Schäden, auch wenn diese nur ge-
ringfügig aussehen zu scheinen!
WICHTIG:
Niemals in die Zange greifen! Im Ar-
beitsumkreis von 50m dürfen sich
keine Personen aufhalten! Vor jedem
Einsatz alle Schmierstellen ordentlich
mit Hochleistungsfett durchschmieren!
Niemals in der Nähe von Stromleitun-
gen arbeiten! Mindestabstand zu
Stromführenden Teilen muss 50m be-
tragen!
Never set the machine in motion if any
malfunctions arise. Malfunctions also
include visible damage, even if it looks
negligible!
IMPORTANT:
Never place any part of your body be-
tween the grapple claws! Do not allow
bystanders within 50 m of the machine
during operation! Always apply high
performance grease properly to all lu-
brication points before use! Never work
near power lines! Minimum distance to
live parts must be 50m!

10. Wartung / Maintenance / Maintenance
Um eine langjährige Funktion zu gewähr-
leisten und dadurch teure Reparaturen zu
sparen, ist ein sorgfältiger und gewissen-
hafter Umgang samt Wartung eine grund-
legende Voraussetzung. Eben wie auch bei
jeder anderen Maschine müssen folgende
Arbeiten wiederkehrend durchgeführt wer-
den. Nur so werden Sie eine lange Zeit mit
dem Produkt zufrieden sein! Sobald Arbei-
ten am Gerät durchgeführt werden, muss
ausnahmslos immer das gesamte Gerät von
der Hydraulik abgekoppelt werden und die
geräteinterne Hydraulik drucklos gemacht
werden. Gerade nach dem Einsatz können

sein, daher empfehlen wir eine Auskühl-
phase von mind. 5 Stunden. Ein absolut ab-
gekühltes System ist Grundvoraussetzung
damit Arbeiten am/im Gerät verrichtet
werden können! Bei Arbeiten am Gerät
stets Sicherheitsarbeitskleidung mit ent-
sprechendem Schuhwerk und Handschuhe
sowie Mundschutz und Schutzbrille tragen!
Arbeiten dürfen auch nur in Anwesenheit
einer zweiten Sicherheitsperson erfolgen,
sodass im Notfall eine Person entspre-
chende Hilfemaßnahmen einleiten kann.
Eine regelmäßige Reinigung vor und nach
jedem Einsatz sowie vor jeder Wartung
muss zwingend durchgeführt werden, nur
so können Schäden am Gerät frühzeitig er-
kannt werden. Die Reinigung mittels Hoch-
druckreiniger und Druckluft ist nicht zuläs-
sig, so muss die Reinigung mit einem feuch-
ten Tuch durchgeführt werden.
Anfassen und Arbeiten nur in drucklosem
und abgekühlten Zustand – Schutzkleidung
gemäß Vorschriften AUVA in Norm 531 und
Feinstaubmasken der Klasse FFP-2-S tra-
gen!!
In order to guarantee a long-term function
and thus save the bother of expensive re-
pairs, a careful and conscientious handling
including maintenance is a fundamental pre-
requisite. As with any other machine: by fol-
lowing a good maintenance program, your
grapple will provide many years of trouble-
free service. As soon as work is carried out on
the attachment, the entire unit must be dis-
connected from the hydraulic system and
the internal hydraulics must be depressur-
ized. Particularly after use, individual com-
ponents (e.g. cylinders) may still be hot, so
we recommend a cooling phase of at least 5
hours. A completely cooled down system is a
basic requirement for work to be carried out
on/with the unit! When working on the ma-
chine, always wear PPE (protective personal
equipment) - Protective clothing, heavy
gloves, respirator or filter mask, protective
shoes with slip resistant soles and protective
goggles. Work may also only be carried out
in the presence of a second person, so that in
case of an emergency this safety person can
initiate appropriate measures.
Regular cleaning before and after use and
before every maintenance must be carried
out, allowing damage to the device be de-
tected at an early stage. Cleaning with a
high-pressure cleaner or compressed air is
not permitted; use a damp cloth instead.
Relieve pressure on the fully cooled down
hydraulic system before maintaining or
working on it. Wear protective clothing ac-
cording to regulation AUVA norm 531 and fil-
ter masks class FFP-2-S!!
Afin de garantir une fonction à long terme et
ainsi épargner le tracas causé par des répa-
rations onéreuses, une manipulation et un
entretien soigneux et consciencieux constit-
uent un prérequis fondamental. Comme pour
toute autre machine, l’adhérence à un pro-
gramme d’entretien approprié garantira à
votre grappin des années de service sans
problèmes. Dès que l'équipement a fini son
travail, l'unité entière doit être déconnectée
du système hydraulique et l'installation hy-
draulique interne doit être soumise à une dé-
pressurisation. En particulier après une utili-
sation, les composants individuels (p. ex. les
vérins) peuvent être brûlants ; c'est pourquoi
nous recommandons une phase de re-
froidissement d'au moins 5 heures. Un sys-
tème entièrement refroidi est une nécessité
de base pour le travail qui doit être réalisé
sur/avec l’unité ! Lorsque vous travaillez sur
la machine, portez toujours un équipement
de protection individuelle (EPI) tel que des
vêtements protecteurs, des gants ultraro-
bustes, un appareil respiratoire ou un
masque filtrant, des chaussures de protec-
tion avec des semelles antidérapantes et des
lunettes de protection. Le travail peut égale-
ment être exécuté en présence d'une
deuxième personne pour que, en cas d'ur-
gence, cette personne de sécurité puisse ini-
tier des mesures appropriées.
Un nettoyage régulier avant et après l’utili-
sation et avant chaque entretien doit être
réalisé, ce qui permet une détection précoce
de tout dommage de l’appareil. Le nettoyage
avec un nettoyeur à haute pression ou à l’air
comprimé n’est pas permis ; utilisez plutôt un
chiffon humide.
Relâchez la pression du système hydraulique
entièrement refroidi avant son entretien ou
son opération. Portez un équipement de pro-
tection conforme à la norme 531 de la règle-
mentation AUVA, et des masques filtrants de
classe FFP-2-S !!

Die Holzzange muss jedenfalls alle 15 Be-
triebsstunden abgeschmiert werden. Die
Schmierstellen sind alle mittels Fettpresse
und Maschinenfett bis zum Überquellen
abzuschmieren. Der Fettaustritt ist sodann
mit einem trockenem Tuch zu entfernen.
Sämtliche Schraubverbindungen müssen
vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme auf ihren
festen Sitz überprüft und gegebenfalls
nachgezogen werden. Eine erneute Über-
prüfung der Schraubverbindung erfolgt
nach den ersten 15 Einsatzstunden und
folgend alle 30 Einsatzstunden.
Achten Sie besonders bei Wartungs – und
Anschluss- sowie Demontagearbeiten
dass kein Hydrauliköl in die Umwelt gelan-
gen kann. Entsprechende Unterlegtassen
sind zu verwenden, sodass auslaufendes
Hydrauliköl aufgefangen wird und dies
dann gemäß örtlichen Vorschriften fach-
gerecht entsorgt wird.
Eine Reparatur oder ein Austausch einzel-
ner Komponenten darf nur von Fachperso-
nal durchgeführt werden. Keinesfalls darf
das Gerät ohne schriftlicher Zustimmung
des Herstellers LASCO während der Ge-
währleistungszeit zerlegt oder demontiert
werden!
Überprüfen Sie vor der Wiederinbetrieb-
nahme nach der Wartung oder Reparatur
des Gerätes die Funktion und vergewis-
sern Sie sich, dass das Gerät ordnungsge-
mäß funktioniert. Einen Reparaturplan mit
detaillierter Reparaturanleitung muss in
jedem Falle vom Hersteller LASCO ange-
fordert werden!
Des Weiteren ist das Gerät einer fachmän-
nischen Prüfung/Wartung durch die Firma
LASCO oder einen durch die Firma LASCO
autorisierten Wartungspartner zu unter-
ziehen!
The log grapple needs to be lubricated
every 15 hours of operation. Use a hand-
held grease gun to apply grease on all lu-
brication points until they overflow. The ex-
cess grease must be removed with a dry
cloth.
All fittings must be checked for tightness
before initial operation and retightened if
necessary. The fittings need to be checked
again, after the first 15 hours of use and
then every 30 hours of use.
Pay particular close attention that no hy-
draulic oil can escape into the environment
during maintenance, connection and dis-
mantling work. Use appropriate drip pans to
collect leaking hydraulic oil and ensure
proper disposal of in accordance with local
regulations.
Repairs or replacement of individual com-
ponents may only be carried out by quali-
fied personnel. Under no circumstances
may the device be disassembled or disman-
tled during the warranty period without the
written consent of the manufacturer

Before re-operating the device after
maintenance or repair, check the function
and make sure that the unit operates
properly. A repair plan with detailed repair
instructions must always be requested from
the manufacturer LASCO!
Furthermore, the device must undergo an
expert inspection/maintenance by LASCO
or a maintenance partner authorized by
LASCO!
Le grappin à bois doit être lubrifié toutes les
15 heures de fonctionnement. Utilisez un
pistolet graisseur manuel pour appliquer de
la graisse sur tous les points de lubrification
jusqu’à ce qu’elle déborde. L’excès de
graisse doit être éliminé à l’aide d'un chiffon

draulique et veillez à l’élimination adéquate
conformément aux règlementations lo-
cales.
Les réparations ou le remplacement des
composants individuels peuvent être réali-
sés uniquement par du personnel qualifié.
L'appareil ne sera en aucun cas démonté
durant la période de garantie sans le con-
sentement écrit du fabricant LASCO!
Avant d'opérer une nouvelle fois l’appareil
après un travail de maintenance ou de
réparation, vérifiez son fonctionnement et
assurez-vous que l’unité fonctionne cor-
rectement. Un programme de réparation
comportant des instructions de réparation
détaillées doit toujours être demandé
auprès du fabricant LASCO!
De plus, l’appareil doit faire l’objet d'une in-

triebslebensdauer verschrottet werden,
die verschiedenen Gruppen ausbauen
und die einzelnen Teile der Materialart
entsprechend entsorgen. Ein autorisier-
tes und zertifiziertes Unternehmen mit
der Abholung und Entsorgung des Ma-
terials beauftragen, welches die Materi-
alien gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften
zur Entsorgung der festen Industrieab-
fälle entsorgt.

Die Garantie- und Gewährleistungsdauer beträgt
exakt 1 (ein) Jahr oder max. 500 Betriebsstunden ab
Auslieferungsdatum der Kaufsache durch LASCO
Heutechnik GmbH. Schäden, welche durch normalen
Verschleiß, Fahrlässigkeit, unsachgemäße Behand-
lung, mangelhafte Wartung, Missachtung von Be-
triebsanweisungen, übermäßige Beanspruchung so-
wie infolge anderer Gründe, welche LASCO Heutech-
nik GmbH nicht zu vertreten hat, entstanden sind,
fallen nicht unter die Garantieverpflichtung von
LASCO Heutechnik GmbH. Ebenso ausgenommen
sind Schäden infolge unerlaubter Reparatur- oder
Veränderungsversuche der Kaufsache durch den
Käufer oder durch nicht autorisierte Dritte ohne
schriftliche Zustimmung von LASCO Heutechnik
GmbH, sowie Schäden infolge Verwendung von an-
deren als den von LASCO spezifizierten Ersatzteilen.
Für Kaufsachen und/oder Teile davon, die gemäß
Vorgaben des Käufers gefertigt werden, trägt LASCO
keine Garantieverpflichtung für die vorgegebenen
Konstruktionslösungen bzw. Konstruktionspläne
und/oder Materialwahl. Für vom Abnehmer beige-
stellte und von LASCO in die Kaufsache integrierte
Teile übernimmt LASCO keinerlei Verantwortung.
Für weitere Schäden als die, die direkt an der Kauf-
sache und/oder an Teilen davon entstanden sind,
wird jede Haftung der Firma LASCO Heutechnik
GmbH ausgeschlossen. Insbesondere wird jede Haf-
tung für indirekte oder Folgeschäden, einschließlich
entgangenem Gewinn und sonstigen Vermögens-
schäden des Käufers, ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen.
Erfüllungsort für Garantiearbeiten ist der Geschäfts-
sitz von LASCO Heutechnik GmbH. Besteht der Käu-
fer auf einer Mängelbeseitigung vor Ort, hat dieser
für die anfallenden Reisekosten, Spesen, Versiche-
rungs- und Transportkosten selbst aufzukommen.
Ausnahmen, Änderungen sowie zusätzliche Bestim-
mungen betreffend Garantie müssen schriftlich vor-
liegen und sind Bestandteil der Offerte bzw. des Ver-
trages.
WICHTIG:
Prinzipiell ist es kein Garantiefall, wenn ein Gebre-
chen durch den Bediener oder Dritte durch falsche
Handhabung des Gerätes entstehen. Der Besitzer
dieses Produktes muss dafür sorgen, dass lediglich
handlungsfähige und geistig voll zurechnungsfähige
Personen an das Gerät kommen. Kindern und Ju-
gendlichen, sowie Menschen mit Behinderung jegli-
cher Art ist die Bedienung/ Wartung/ Inspektion/
Befüllen/ udgl. strengstens untersagt. Die Garantie
und Gewährleistung des Gerätes und der Ausrüstun-
gen, welche von der Firma LASCO geliefert wurden,
erstreckt sich ab Auslieferung auf ausnahmslos 12
Monate (1 Jahr) oder max. 500 Betriebsstunden.

third parties without written consent from LASCO Hay
technology Ltd., as well as damage due to use of
spare parts other than those specified by LASCO is
also excluded. LASCO does not take any responsibility
or guarantee liability for purchased objects or parts of
them which have been manufactured in accordance
with buyer specifications, nor for the specified con-
struction solutions, construction plans and/or mate-
rial choice. LASCO accepts no responsibility for parts

into the purchased object. For damage other than
that which has developed directly on the purchased
object and/or parts of it, liability by LASCO Hay tech-
nology Ltd. is expressly excluded. In particular LASCO
Hay technology Ltd. accepts no liability for indirect or
collateral damages, including lost profit and other fi-
nancial damages/loss by the buyer. Place of perfor-
mance for guarantee/warranty work is the registered
place of business of LASCO Hay technology Ltd.. If the
buyer insists on a defect remediation locally, the
buyer must cover all associated expenses arising from
travel, accommodation, insurance and transport
costs. Exceptions, alterations as well as additional
regulations/instructions concerning warranty must
be present in writing and are a component of the offer
and/or the contract.
IMPORTANT:
In principle there is no guarantee case if a defect orig-
inates from the operator or a third party through im-
proper handling of the equipment. The owner of this
hot air generator is responsible to ensure that only
fully physically and mentally capable persons come
near the equipment. It is strictly prohibited for chil-
dren and youth, as well as people with disabilities of
any kind to operate/maintain/inspect/fill/etc. the
equipment. The guarantee and warranty covering the
plant and its equipment, which were delivered by
LASCO, applies from delivery without exception for 12
months (1 year) or max. 500 working hours.

est le lieu enregistré de l’activité de LASCO Heutech-
nik GmbH Si l'acheteur insiste sur un réparation des
défaut locale, l’acheteur doit couvrir toutes les dé-
penses associées découlant des frais de voyage, d’hé-
bergement, d'assurance et de transport. Les excep-
tions, altérations ainsi que les règlementations/in-
structions supplémentaires concernant la garantie
doivent figurer par écrit et forment un composant de
l’offre et/ou du contrat.
IMPORTANT :
En principe, si un défaut provient d’un opérateur ou
d'une partie tierce par une manipulation incorrecte de
l’équipement, cela ne constitue pas un cas de gar-
antie. Il est de la responsabilité du propriétaire de ce
générateur d'air chaud de faire en sorte que seules les
personnes capables physiquement et mentalement
puissent s'approcher de l’équipement. Il est
strictement interdit aux enfants et aux jeunes, ainsi
qu’aux personnes présentant un handicap de quelle

Die Garantie berechtigt zur Lieferung von aner-
kannten defekten Teilen, wobei die zum Ersatz not-
wendige Arbeitskraft und die entsprechenden
Transportkosten ausgeschlossen sind. Jedenfalls
aber muss ein schriftlicher Garantieantrag mit ge-
nauer Problembeschreibung und Vorlage des de-
fekten Bauteiles erfolgen. Alle Teile, für welche die
Vorschriften der entsprechenden Hersteller gelten,
sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Im Fall von
nicht autorisierten Änderungen, unkorrektem Ein-
satz und offensichtlicher Sorglosigkeit (fehlende
Schmierung, Einsatz eines nicht vorgegebenen Öls,
falschem Ansatz, keiner Wartung lt. Vorschrift usw.)
erlischt die Garantie sofort. Die Herstellerfirma haf-
tet während des Arbeitseinsatzes in keiner Weise
für Unfälle an Personen und Gegenständen. Glei-
ches gilt auch während der Test- und Abnahme-
phasen, auch dann, wenn dies durch einen Mangel
der eingesetzten Materialien bedingt sein sollte.
Keinesfalls kann die Firma LASCO für Schäden auf-
kommen, welche vorschriftswidrig oder gar fahrläs-
sig verursacht wurden, selbiges gilt für diesbezüg-
lich weiterführende Schäden. Für nicht effiziente
Laufzeiten der Maschinen oder Ausrüstungen wird
keinerlei Schadensersatz gewährt. Die Firma LASCO
Heutechnik GmbH behält sich vor, den Inhalt dieses
Handbuches zu ändern oder neu zu bearbeiten
ohne den Anwender (Inhaber) im Vorhinein zu In-
formieren!
Im Falle einer Abtretung der Maschine ist dieses
Handbuch dem neuen Inhaber zu übergeben. Der
Inhaber ist dafür verantwortlich dass der Anwender
dieser Handbuch gelesen und den gesamten Inhalt
vollinhaltlich verstanden hat! Die Vorschriften und
die technischen Daten dieses Handbuches sind
Stand der Technik zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufes dieser
Maschine.
The guarantee entitles to the delivery of approved
defective parts but the personnel necessary for re-
placement and resulting transport costs are ex-
cluded. In any case, a written guarantee application
with precise description of problem and presentation
of the defective component must be made. All parts
that are covered by the regulations of the corre-
sponding manufacturer are excluded from the guar-
antee. In the case of unauthorized alterations, incor-
rect application/misuse and obvious carelessness
(lack of lubrication, use of a non-specified oil, wrong
approach, no servicing in accordance with instruc-
tions etc.) the guarantee expires immediately. The
manufacturer is not liable under any circumstances
for accidents to persons and objects during deploy-
ment of the machine. The same is valid during the
test and acceptance phases, also should this be
caused by a failure of the incorporated material. On
no account can LASCO pay or be held responsible for
damages which were caused by handling contrary to
regulations or by gross negligence, also not for con-
tinuing damages resulting from that behaviour. No
compensation is granted for inefficient running times
of the machines or equipment. LASCO Hay technol-
ogy Ltd. reserves the right to change the contents of
this manual or to renew it without informing the user
(owner) beforehand!
In case of cession of the machine this manual is to be
handed over to the new owner. The owner is respon-
sible for ensuring that the user has read this manual
and has fully understood the entire contents! The
regulations and the technical data of this manual are
state-of-the-art technology at the time of the pur-
chase of this machine.
La garantie autorise la livraison des pièces défec-
tueuses approuvées mais le personnel nécessaire au
remplacement et les coûts de transports qui en dé-

tion de garantie écrite avec une description précise

inappropriée et un manque de soin évident (défaut

approche erronée, défaut de service conforme aux
instructions, etc.), la garantie expire immédiatement.
Le fabricant n’est en aucun cas responsable des ac-
cidents aux personnes et aux objets durant le dé-
ploiement de la machine. Le même principe reste
valable durant les phases d’essai et d'acceptation, de
même en cas de défaillance du matériel incorporé. En
aucun cas NOM DE LA SOCIÉTÉ ne peut payer ni être
tenue responsable pour des dommages qui ont été
causés par une manipulation contraire aux règle-
mentations ou par négligence grossière, ni pour des
dommages continus résultant de ce comportement.
Aucune indemnité n’est accordée pour les temps
d'exécution improductifs des machines ou de
l’équipement. NOM DE LA SOCIÉTÉ Hay technology
Ltd se réserve le droit de modifier le contenu de ce
manuel ou de le renouveler sans en informer l’utilis-
ateur (propriétaire) au préalable !
En cas de cession de la machine, ce manuel doit être
transmis au nouveau propriétaire. Le propriétaire est
tenu de veiller à ce que l’utilisateur ait lu ce manuel

Damit der Garantieantrag abgewickelt werden
kann, werden folgende Daten schriftlich und lü-
ckenlos benötigt:
•Nachweis (Rechnung + Prüfprotokoll) der
jährlichen Prüfung durch LASCO
•Name und Anschrift des Eigentümers/Käu-
fers
•Exakte Typenbezeichnung des Grundgerä-
tes
•Fabrikationsnummer des Grundgerätes
•Baujahr des Grundgerätes
•Rechnungsnummer/Lieferscheinnummer
des Grundgerätes
•Beschreibung des Sachverhaltes bezüglich
Einzelkomponente
•Fotos und das defekte Bauteil zur Garan-
tieprüfung
•Bestellnummer des Ersatzteiles lt. beilie-
gendem Ersatzteilkatalog
Der Garantieablauf erfolgt wie folgt:
1.) Die Firma LASCO entsendet in dringenden
Fällen sofort das Ersatzteil ohne vorheriger
Prüfung des Garantiefalles.
2.) Der Kunde hat das Ersatzteil samt Liefer-
kosten per Nachnahme zu begleichen
3.) das defekte Bauteil wird auf Kosten des
Kunden an uns gesendet. Der Kunde trägt
sämtliche Kosten und evtl. Risiken des
Transportes.
4.) Die Firma LASCO beginnt mit der Garantie-
bearbeitung, diese kann unter Umständen
bis zu 6 Monate betragen.
5.) Nach Bearbeitungsende wird dem Kunden
mitgeteilt, ob dem Garantieantrag zuge-
stimmt oder abgesagt werden muss.
6.) Im Falle einer positiven Garantiebearbei-
tung erhält der Kunde den Bereits bezahl-
ten Ersatzteilbetrag (ohne Liefer- und
Sonstige kosten via Gutschrift rückerstat-
tet.
In einem Garantie- oder Streitfall ist uns der
ständige Zutritt zu diesem Produkt zu gestat-
ten.
In order for the guarantee application to be pro-
cessed, the following data are required without
exception and in writing:
•Evidence (Receipt + Inspection record) of
the annual inspection by LASCO
•Name and address of the owner / buyer
•Exact model designation of the basic unit
•Serial number of the basic unit
•Year of manufacture of the basic unit
•Invoice number/delivery note number of the
basic unit
•Description of the circumstances with re-
gard to single components
•Photos and the defective component for
guarantee check
•Order number of the spare part in accord-
ance with attached spare part catalogue
The guarantee procedure occurs as follows:
1.) In urgent cases LASCO sends the spare part
immediately before proofing the guarantee
case.
2.) The customer has to pay for the spare part
and delivery costs by cash on delivery
3.) The defective component is sent at the cus-
tomer’s expense to us. The customer carries
all costs and perhaps risks of the transport.
4.) LASCO begins with the guarantee pro-
cessing, which can, if need be, take up to 6
months.
5.) After reaching a decision the customer is in-
formed as to whether the guarantee appli-
cation is accepted or rejected.
6.) In case of a positive guarantee outcome the
customer is refunded the already-paid
spare part amount (without delivery and
other costs) via credit.
In a guarantee or dispute case we are to be per-
mitted constant access to this machine.
Afin de traiter l’application de garantie, les don-
nées suivantes sont requises sans exception et
par écrit :

tion) de l’inspection annuelle par LASCO
•Nom et adresse du propriétaire/de l'ache-

contrôle de garantie
•Référence de la pièce détachée selon le
catalogue joint de pièces détachées
La procédure de garantie se déroule comme suit :
1. Dans les cas d’urgence, NOM DE LA SOCIÉTÉ
envoie la pièce détachée immédiatement
avant de vérifier la réclamation de garantie.
2. Le client doit payer pour la pièce détachée
et les coûts de livraison en espèces à la li-
vraison
3. Le composant défectueux nous est expédié
aux frais du client. Le client supporte tous
les coûts et les risques de transport le cas
échéant.
4. NOM DE LA SOCIÉTÉ entame le processus de
garantie, qui peut, si nécessaire, prendre
jusqu’à 6 mois.
5. Après avoir pris une décision, le client est in-
formé de l’acceptation ou du rejet de l'ap-
plication de garantie.
6. En cas de résultat de garantie positif, le cli-
ent est remboursé pour le montant de la
pièce détachée déjà payé (sans frais de li-
vraison et autres) par un versement au
crédit.
Dans le cas d'une garantie ou d'un litige, l'accès
permanent à cette machine doit être autorisé.
