1 Kurzanleitung zur Installation
Das LAUDA.LIVE Mobilfunk-Gateway ermöglicht unabhängig vom Kun-
dennetzwerk einen Zugang zur LAUDA Cloud LAUDA.LIVE und nutzt
dazu eine Mobilfunkverbindung. Dazu wird das Gateway über die Ethernet-
Schnittstelle mit dem LAUDA Gerät verbunden.
Das Gateway ist für LAUDA Ultracool Geräte vorkonfiguriert.

1. Schließen sie die mitgelieferte Antenne an die Antennenbuchse des
Gateways an.
2. Verbinden Sie das Gateway über die Ethernet-Schnittstelle mit dem
LAUDA Gerät. Sie können das mitgelieferte Ethernet-Kabel (1,5 m)
dazu nutzen.
Sollte das Kabel zu kurz sein können Sie jedes handelsübliche CAT5.E
LAN-Kabel nutzen, um das Gateway mit dem LAUDA Gerät zu
verbinden.
3. Versorgen Sie das Gateway über das mitgelieferte Netzteil mit Span-
nung. Verbinden Sie dazu das Netzteil mit der Power-Buchse des
Gateways.
4. Damit das Mobilfunk-Gateway einen Zugang zu LAUDA.LIVE her-
stellt, muss die Ethernet IP-Adresse und die Subnetmaske des
LAUDA Ultracool Geräts auf statisch konfiguriert werden (weitere
Informationen dazu finden sie in der Ultracool Bedienungsanleitung):
IP: 172.20.12.155
Subnetmask: 255.255.0.0
Das Gateway ist auf die IP-Adresse 172.20.12.1 vor-
konfiguriert. Sollte es aus kundespezifischen Anforde-
rungen nicht möglich sein die beschrieben IP-Adressen
zu verwenden kontaktieren sie bitte den LAUDA Ser-
vice. Dies ist insbesondere nötig, wenn die LAUDA
Geräte zusätzlich zu LAUDA.LIVE auch lokal ins
Netzwerk eingebunden werden sollen (zum Beispiel zur
Nutzung eines Leitstand-Rechners oder Web-Servers).

5. Das Gateway startet automatisch, wenn es mit Strom versorgt wird.
Eine bestehende Mobilfunkverbindung wird über die LEDs auf der
Rückseite angezeigt durch permanentes Leuchten angezeigt. Sollten
die „2G-3G-4G“ oder Signalstärke LEDs blinken, deutet dies auf eine
nicht bestehende Mobilfunkverbindung hin. Bei System-Start kann es
bis zu 3 Minuten dauern eine Mobilfunknetzverbindung aufzubauen.
Sollte nach dieser Zeit immer noch keine Verbindung bestehen, dann
haben sie am Installationsort eventuell keine Netzabdeckung. Versu-
chen sie die Antenne anders zu platzieren oder Gateway mit Antenne
an einem besser disponierten Ort aufzustellen.

tung ihres Ultracools nach.

1 Quick Installation Guide
The LAUDA.LIVE wireless gateway enables access to the LAUDA Cloud
independently of the customer network LAUDA.LIVE and uses a cellular
connection for this purpose. The gateway is connected to the LAUDA
device via the Ethernet interface.
The gateway is preconfigured for LAUDA Ultracool devices.

1. Connect the supplied antenna to the antenna socket of the gateway.
2. Connect the gateway to the LAUDA device via the Ethernet inter-
face. You can use the supplied Ethernet cable (1.5 m) for this purpose.
If the cable is too short, you can use any standard CAT5.E LAN cable
to connect the gateway to the LAUDA device.
3. Supply the gateway with voltage via the supplied power unit. To do so,
connect the power supply unit to the power socket of the gateway.
4. The Ethernet IP address and the subnet mask of the LAUDA Ultra-
cool device must be configured to static, so that the wireless gateway
can access LAUDA.LIVE (please refer to the Ultracool operating
instructions for further information):
IP: 172.20.12.155
Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0
The gateway is preconfigured to the IP address
172.20.12.1. If the described IP addresses cannot be
used, due to customer-specific requirements, please
contact LAUDA Service. This particularly applies if the
LAUDA devices are to be integrated LAUDA.LIVE
locally in the network (e.g. in addition to a control
station computer or web server).
