PCoIP remote desktop solution hardware installation steps
Host: Remote Workstation Card
1. Make sure that the host PC has been shut down and the power cord has been unplugged from the power outlet
2. Open the computer case and select an empty PCIe slot
3. Remove the dust cover of the PCIe slot
4. Insert the PCoIP remote worksation card into the PCIe slot, and fasten the bracket on the card to the chassis
5. Use an ethernet cable to connect the remote hardware accelerator to your network
6. Connect the remote workstation card to one or up to four graphics cards.
7. Reinstall the chassis of the host, and connect the power cord of the host to the power socket
8. Start the host
Use an Ethernet cable
to connect to the
Internet
Connect to graphics card
Connect to motherboard
Client: Zero Client
1. Connect a USB keyboard and mouse to the zero client
2. Connect one end of the ethernet cable to the zero client, and the other end to the switch / router
3. Connect the screen cable to the zero client
4. Connect the power supply to the zero client and plug in the power
5. Press the power button on the zero client to start it.

PCoIP WAN connection router forwarding setup steps
Host: Remote Workstation Card
1. Please refer to your Router manual, log in to the Router configuration interface, open the Router network settings, and
confirm the Public IP
(The setup method for each router may vary)
2. After selecting the DHCP server, find the IP assigned by HOST in the DHCP user list
3. Click NAT, click “Enable” for NAT status
4. Click “Port Forwarding” and click “Add”
5. Enter the internal and external communication port as 4172
-Enter the IP address assigned by HOST in step 2
-Click “All” for the protocol
-Click “Enable” and click “Save”
6. After completing the above settings, the port forwarding will be displayed as the screen below
Client: Zero Client
1. After starting your Zero Client, you can enter the OSD setup interface
-Click “Session” and select Connection Type “Direct to Host”
-Enter Host card Public IP in the “IP Address” (see Step 1 of Host Remote Workstation Card connection)
-Click “OK”
2. Wait until you see the “Connect” button on the screen, click “Connect” and the connection is done
3. The host PC screen will be displayed on the Zero Client screen, and the LED connection light on the Zero Client panel will be
steady green when it is connected to PCoIP
