To ensure proper operation and to maintain the
lifespan of your appliance, please read these
instructions carefully before use.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
1. A short power cord is included to reduce the
risks of becoming entangled or tripping over.
2. Extension cords are available and may be
used if care is exercised.
3. If an extension cord is used:
• The marked electrical rating of the
extension cord should be at least as great
as the electrical rating of the appliance.
• If the appliance is a grounded type, the
extension cord should be a grounding type
3-wire cord.
• The long cord should be arranged so
that it will not drape over the countertop
or tabletop where it can be pulled by
children or tripped over.
• If the plug does not fit fully into the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician.
4. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way

instructions:
• Remove and safely discard any packaging
materials and promotional labels before
using this appliance for the first time.
• To eliminate a choking hazard for young
children, remove and safely discard the
protective cover fitted to the plug of
this appliance.
• Ensure the appliance is properly
assembled before use.
• Do not place appliance near the edge of
a bench or table during operation. Ensure
the power cord does not hang over the edge
of a bench or table, touch hot surfaces, or
become knotted.
• Do not place the appliance on or near hot
gas or an electric burner, or anywhere close
to a heated oven.
• This appliance is not intended to be
operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote control system.
• Do not operate on a sink, drain board or
polished wooden surfaces.
• Ensure the appliance is operated on a
clean, dry and level surface.
• This appliance has been designed to
heat and froth dairy milk and other milk
alternatives. It is not intended to thicken
or heat other food substances like cream,
custard, gravies, water etc.
• This appliance is not designed for
commercial or industrial use.
• Use cautiously when pouring warmed milk
from the appliance as it can scald.
• Do not operate the appliance without
liquid. Always fill to at least the ‘Min’ mark
and never fill past the ‘Max’ mark.
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
• Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children.
• Children should be supervised to ensure
they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance is for household use only.
Do not use this appliance for anything other
than its intended use. Do not use in moving
vehicles or boats. Do not use outdoors.
Misuse may cause injury.
• The installation of a residual current
device (safety switch) is recommended to
provide additional safety protection when
using electrical appliances. lt is advisable
that a safety switch with a rated residual
operating current not exceeding 30mA be
installed in the electrical circuit supplying
the appliance. See your electrician for
professional advice.
• This appliance contains no user
serviceable parts. Any maintenance other
than cleaning should be performed by a
qualified person.
• To protect against fire, electrical shock
and injury to persons, do not immerse the
whole appliance, power plug or power cord in
water, or any other liquid.
• Do not operate any appliance with a
damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance
has malfunctioned or been damaged in any
manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorised service facility for examination,
repair or adjustment.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended
whilst it is on.

• Do not touch hot surfaces.
• Unplug from the outlet when not in use
and before cleaning. Allow to cool before
putting on or taking off parts, and before
cleaning the appliance.
• The use of accessory attachments is not
recommended by the appliance manufacturer
and may result in fire, electric shock or cause
injuries.
• To disconnect, turn any control to ‘Off’,
then remove plug from the wall outlet.
• Scalding may occur if the lid is removed
during the brewing cycle.
• The base must not be immersed.
• The heating element surface is subject to
residual heat after use.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
Handy Hints
• Always use the appliance first to froth/
heat your milk. While operating, prepare your
coffee or hot chocolate.
• Use whole milk for best results.
• Keep the whisks in a safe place – they are
small and can be easily misplaced.
• After each froth/heat cycle, wait 2 minutes
to allow the thermostat to rest. After 2
minutes, the appliance can be used again. To
shorten this time, rinse with cold water and
wipe dry after each use.
• This appliance is designed to heat plain
milk only.
Before First Use
1. Carefully remove the appliance from the box
and remove any packaging materials.
2. Clean the jug and accessories as described
in this manual, before first use.
3. Fully unwind the power cord.
4. Place the appliance on a flat and level
surface. Insert whisk firmly onto the shaft at
base of the jug.
5. Pour milk into the jug according to the ‘Min’
and ‘Max’ markings inside. Max capacity
chart is below for your reference.
6. Place lid firmly onto the jug.
7. Insert power plug into the power point.
8. Press to select the right setting, then
press to start.
9. The appliance can switch off automatically
once it finishes working. You can press
to turn off the appliance at any time.

Cleaning
1. Removable and dishwasher safe parts: lid,
silicone, whisk and jug.
2. Flush and clean the jug with warm soapy
water. This should be done immediately
after each use.
3. Rinse the parts in warm water. Wash in
soapy water if necessary.
4. Clean the jug body with a soft damp cloth.
NEVER use harsh cleaning agents or
abrasive materials
5. Wash the whisks in warm soapy water and
dry thoroughly. Store in a safe place.
NOTE: The base of the unit is NOT washable
and NOT dishwasher safe, if the base
requires cleaning, first unplug the base from
the power outlet then use a damped cloth
and spot clean the base, allow the base to
fully fry before using it..
DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the packaging according to
your local waste regulations.
This product should never be disposed of
in normal household waste at the end of
its service life. lt must be delivered to a
collection point for the recycling of electrical
and electronic goods. Ask your local council
for suitable disposal points.

Our 12 month Guarantee
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot
be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law. You are entitled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss
or damage. You are also entitled to have
the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not
amount to a major failure.
We stand by this product. Therefore we
offer a 12 month guarantee on the heating
element. The benefits of this guarantee are in
addition to any rights and remedies imposed
by Australian Consumer Law. Our guarantee
excludes normal wear and tear and instances
where care and use instructions have not
been followed.
What IsAlbi will do:
During this guarantee period IsAlbi will
repair, replace or refund any defective
product. If identical product is not available
for replacement, a similar product may be
offered. IsAlbi asks you to cover the cost of
postage/transit if the product needs to be
sent back to us for inspection. If IsAlbi deems
the product is defective, we will reimburse
your postage/transit expenses. IsAlbi will
be responsible for the postage/transit of the
repaired/replacement product back to you.
What to do:
If a fault/defect is identified cease using the
product immediately.
To make a claim on this guarantee, take the
product, proof of purchase and full details of
the alleged defect to the retailer from whom
the product was purchased. If you cannot
access the retailer or are unsatisfied with the
solution offered by the retailer contact IsAlbi
