GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Please read these instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference.
Check your local main voltage whether it is the same as stated on the rating label.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to
manufacturer or the nearest authorized service agent for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
To protect against electric shock do not immerse cord, plugs, or housing in water or
other liquid.
Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before
cleaning.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer
may cause injuries.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a
person responsible for their safety.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To
disconnect, turn any control to OFF, then remove plug from wall outlet.
Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
Do not use outdoors.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from power supply before changing
accessories or approaching parts that are in use.
Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe
injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but only when
the blender is not running.
The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending hard and dry substance,
otherwise the blade may be blunted.
To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting
bowl properly in place.
Ensure chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
Care shall be take when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and
during cleaning.

Instructions- Blender (Suitable for blending vegetables and fruits)
How to operate your blender
Caution
Do not operate continuously beyond 1 minute without intervals.
1. Insert the motor part into the robust shaft and turn clockwise to secure.
2. Position the robust shaft deep in a bowl, switch on the main power supply and select
your desired beating speed. Then press the low speed or high speed button to
operate it.
3. To stop blending, just release the low speed or high speed button.
4. Once you have finished blending, switch off the main power supply; rotate the
motor anti-clockwise to remove the robust shaft.

Instructions -Chopper (Suitable for chopping meat, onion, garlic, etc.)
How to operate your chopper
Caution
Do not operate continuously beyond 1 minute without intervals.
To avoid damage to the motor part, the weight of the ingredients should
not exceed 200g.
1. Place the chopper bowl on a level working surface.
2. Place the chopping blade on the centre pin of the chopper bowl.
3. Place food into the chopper bowl.
Note: Remove all bones and tendons before blending, cut meat into
small pieces then place the meat into bowl. The maximum quantity of
meat should not exceed 200g in every blend.
4. Put the lid onto the chopper bowl, make sure the inside wall of bowl aligns with
the groove of lid, then put down the lid and turn it in clockwise direction until it
locks into position (see fig.2). To detach the lid, rotate anti-clockwise.
5. Insert the motor unit into the hole of the chopper lid, and turn clockwise to lock
(see fig.3).
6. Plug the appliance to the power outlet. Then press and hold the low speed
button to start operating. At the same time you can select desired speed setting

by dialling the speed control dial, the speed will increase gradually when you dial
the speed control dial from left to right.
7. You also can start operating by pressing and holding the high speed button
(turbo button), the appliance will operate at the highest speed all the time. The
speed will not change even if you dial the speed control dial.
8. To stop the appliance, release the low speed button or high speed button of the
motor unit.
9. After completing chopping, switch off the main power supply. Remove the plug
from the main power supply. Remove the motor unit from the chopper lid by
turning anti-clockwise.
10. Open the chopper lid by turning anti-clockwise, carefully take out the blade.
Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
Caution:
To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first
putting bowl properly in place.
Ensure chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
After chopping, for safety, you shall disassemble the motor unit from the
chopper lid first, and then remove the chopper lid. Never remove the chopper lid
with the motor unit in place.

Instructions –Whisk (Use only for beating egg whites, whipping cream, mixing sponge
cake batter and ready-mix desserts)
How to operate your whisk
Caution
Do not operate continuously beyond 2 minute without intervals.
1. Insert the whisk into the motor and turn anti-clockwise to secure.
2. Place the egg white into the cup, which generally fits two egg whites.
3. Position the whisk deep in a bowl, switch on the main power supply and select your
desired beating speed. Then press the low speed or high speed switch to operate it.
4. You may start operating by pressing the high speed button (turbo), the appliance
will operate at the high speed all the time, and the speed will remain unchanged
even if you dial the speed control dial.
5. Once you have finished beating, switch off the main power supply; rotate the whisk
clockwise to remove it from the motor part.

Instructions –Potato pusher (Use for blending cooked potato and tomato)
How to operate your potato pusher
Caution:
Do not operate continuously beyond 1 minute without intervals.
To avoid damage to the motor part, the weight of the ingredients should
not exceed 100g.
1. Insert the potato pusher into the motor and turn anti-clockwise to secure.
2. Place the cooked food in the bowl.
3. Position the potato pusher deep in a bowl, switch on the main power supply and
select your desired beating speed. Then press the low speed or high speed switch to
operate it.
4. Once you have finished blending, switch off the main power supply, rotate the
potato pusher clockwise to remove it from the motor part.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always disconnect the appliance from power supply before cleaning.
2. Remove the accessories from the motor part.
3. Do not immerse the accessories of the hand blender in water because the
lubrication on the bearings may wash away over time.
4. Wash the accessories under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaner
or detergents. After finished cleaning, place it upright so that any water which
may have got in can drain out. The accessories are dishwasher safe.
5. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water as electric
shock may occur.
6. Dry thoroughly.
7. WARNING: Exercise caution when cleaning the blades as they are extremely
sharp.
8. Quick cleaning: Empty the jar and fill it with water, place the hand-held blender
in the cup and press the switch for several times. Food particles that are stuck
between the blades will usually be dislodged in this manner.
