This is the Scooot Advanced Backrest Cushion.
Fitting the Advanced Backrest
Cushion on to your Scooot Seat
Remove the plastic backrest from your
Scooot seat and slide the Advanced
Backrest Cushion on to the backrest.*

guidance on how to remove the plastic backrest.

secure the backrest using 2x M6 x 20mm screws and 4x M6 washers.
Ensure the Advanced Backrest Cushion is fitted
securely by closing the Velcro strips over on
both sides.
Hold the backrest and base together and turn the Scooot
Seat over.
Secure the backrest to the base using the same screws
and washers suggested in the User Guide.*
Your Advanced Backrest should now be secure
and ready to use.
Once fitted, place the Advanced Backrest unit
in to the main Scooot base as pictured above.

The lateral support on the Advanced Backrest
Cushion is detachable when the cushion is not
attached to the plastic Scooot backrest.
Remove the lateral from the Advanced
Backrest Cushion by un-popping both
popper buttons on the cushion.
Slide the lateral out of the backrest cushion by
pulling it to the right.
To attach the backrest cushion on to the plastic
Scooot backrest, ensure both Velcro strips are
closed over securely.
Hold the backrest and base together and turn the
Scooot Seat over.
Secure the backrest to the base using the same
screws and washers suggested in the User
Guide.*

on how to secure the backrest using 2x M6 x 20mm screws and 4x
M6 washers.
The backrest cushion and lateral should
now be separated. To re-join the two parts,
simply reverse the previous two steps.
