2.1. To get started, unravel the LED strip from the roll. Connect the wires to the terminals in the controller
and tighten the screws to secure the connection. (Figure 1.)
Please be aware of the arrows on the flex strip. The direction indicates the flow of current. Make
sure that you are connecting from the back end of the arrow. Reversing this will cause the strip
not to illuminate.

2.2. Connect the red and black wire leads to the input terminals of the controller (Figure 2). If your driver
has a barrel connector, plug it into the barrel connector lead then connect the lead to the controller.

[3] Audio Setup
There are two ways to set up your audio:
1. Using the audio splitter included in the controller package (Figure 3) or
2. Using the built-in microphone within the controller (no extra wiring needed) (Figure 4).

of the controller and the other end into your
speaker.
Note: If your speaker is not Bluetooth operated, you will need to plug in an AUX cord from your
device to the jack located halfway through the audio splitter.

The SP108E can control up to 2048
pixels.
This can be done by running the DAT wire
in series from the end of the first strip to
the
beginning of the last flex strip.

When using the built-in microphone, the audio
splitter should not be plugged in. This is how your
setup should look like.
To confirm that all of your connections are successful, plugging the driver into your 110V AC power outlet
should result in the flex strip lighting up. If your lights are illuminated, please proceed.
[4] App Download and Setup
4.1. Download LED Chord from your device’s app store (Google Play or App Store). Please ensure
that your device’s Bluetooth is turned on for Step 4.2.
4.2. Launch the app. The app will instantly display all available
Bluetooth devices. Select SP107E. Long press to rename the device.
4.3. At the bottom of the screen, adjust the settings to RGB and
WS2811.This is also a good time to set the number of segments
(sections) and pixels (diodes) per segment for your digital strip.
Note that the full roll has a total of 300 pixels.
4.4. Press Enter and enjoy your new LED digital strips!
