und können diese anwenden.

Das Produkt niemals technisch verändern!

Besmmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Gerät ist ein elektrisches Betriebsmiel. Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für den Einbau in
Schaltschränke oder ähnlich abgeschlossene Betriebsräume geeignet.
Handhabung
• Das Produkt niemals trotz erkennbarer Schäden in Betrieb nehmen.
• Das Produkt niemals technisch verändern.
• Das Produkt niemals unvollständig monert in Betrieb nehmen.
• Das Produkt niemals ohne erforderliche Abdeckungen betreiben.
• Sämtliche elektrischen Verbindungen nur im spannungslosen Zustand herstellen, trennen
und verändern!

HINWEIS
Trennen Sie beim Einbau in einen Schaltschrank Geräte, die Hochspannung und starke elektromagnesche
Störungen erzeugen, von Kleinspannungsgeräten wie dem IoT Gateway x500.
HINWEIS
Instabile LAN-Verbindung durch falsche Kabeltypen.
Die LAN-Verbindung kann unterbrochen werden.
►Ausschließlich Kabel vom Typ CAT5-S/FTP oder besser verwenden.

Standardmäßig ist der Digitaleingang nicht konguriert und muss nicht verdrahtet werden.
Der Digitaleingang bietet die Möglichkeit, die VPN-Verbindung des IoT Gateway x500 lokal zu
akvieren/deakvieren (ON/OFF).
Elektrische Installaon

Montage der Antennen bei IoT Gateway x520 Wi-Fi
HINWEIS
Die verwendete Antenne muss bei der Installaon einen Mindestabstand von 200 mm von Personen haben
und darf nicht mit anderen Antennen oder Sendern aufgestellt oder betrieben werden.

• X4 Remote Plaorm
Voraussetzungen
• Die mechanische und elektrische Installaon des IoT Gateway x500 ist komple abgeschlossen.
• Das IoT Gateway x500 ist mit Spannung versorgt.
• Die Diagnose des IoT Gateway x500 weist keine Störung auf.
Inbetriebnahme durchführen
1. Account erstellen
Erstellen Sie einen Account auf der X4 Remote Plaorm und kongurieren Sie Ihren eigenen
IoT Benutzer- und Firmen-Account unter der Adresse hps://iot.lenze.digital/login.
2. IoT Gateway x500 kongurieren
Erstellen Sie die Konguraonsdatei für das IoT Gateway x500 auf Ihrem Account.
Starten Sie den Assistenten unter der Registerkarte Tools > Konguraon starten.
Speichern Sie die Konguraonsdatei auf dem im Lieferumfang bendlichen USB Datenträ-
ger unter dem Dateinamen router.conf.
3. IoT Gateway x500 mit der Cloud verbinden
Stecken Sie den USB-Datenträger in den USB-Anschluss.
Das IoT Gateway x500 registriert sich auf der X4 Remote Plaorm und richtet eine sichere
VPN-Verbindung ein.

Observe all specicaons of the corresponding documentaon supplied. This is the precondion
for safe and trouble-free operaon and for obtaining the product features specied.
Please observe the specic safety notes in the other secons.
Basic safety instrucons
Personnel
The product must only be used by qualied personnel. IEC 60364 and CENELEC HD 384 dene
the skills of these persons:
• They are familiar with installing, mounng, commissioning, and operang the product.
• They have the corresponding qualicaons for their work.
• They know and can apply all regulaons for the prevenon of accidents, direcves and laws
applicable on the site of installaon.
Product
The product must never be technically modied!
If you carry out any technical modicaons or alteraons that are impermissible, all your war-
ranty claims will become void and the product liability will be excluded!
Applicaon as directed
The product is an electrical device. It is exclusively suitable for installaon into control cabinets
or similar closed electrical operang areas.
Handling
• The product must never be commissioned if they display signs of damage.
• The product must never be technically modied.
• The product must never be commissioned if they are not fully mounted.
• The product must never be operated without required covers.
• Establish/remove/change all electrical connecons only in deenergized condion!

NOTE
When installing the devices into a control cabinet with a spaal distance, separate the devices that generate
high voltage and electromagnec interference from low-voltage devices such as the IoT Gateway x500.
NOTE
Unstable LAN connecon due to wrong cable types.
The LAN connecon might be interrupted.
►Only use cables of CAT5-S/FTP type or beer.

By default, the digital input is not congured and does not need to be wired. The digital input
provides the opportunity to locally acvate/deacvate the VPN connecon of the
IoT Gateway x500 (ON/OFF).

Condions
• The mechanical and electrical installaon of the IoT Gateway x500 is completed.
• The IoT Gateway x500 is supplied with voltage.
• The diagnoscs of the IoT Gateway x500 does not show any interference.
Commissioning
1. Create account
Create an account on the X4 Remote Plaorm and congure your own IoT user and company
account at hps://iot.lenze.digital/login.
2. Congure IoT Gateway x500
Create the conguraon le for the IoT Gateway x500 on your account.
Select Tools > Start conguraon.
Start the wizard. Save the conguraon le to the USB data carrier included in the scope of
supply using the le name router.conf.
3. Connect IoT Gateway x500 with the cloud
Plug the USB data carrier into the USB port.
The IoT Gateway x500 registers on the X4 Remote Plaorm and sets up a safe VPN connecon .
