(89970, 89973)
CHARACTERISTICS
Adhesive hot melt gun is intended to melt, and applying the hot melt adhesive for rapid
bonding of paper, cork, wood, leather, textiles, plastics, ceramics, etc. The gun system is
heated ceramic heaters with its own electronic temperature control, the PTC system. This
method ensures high heating capacity pistol with low energy consumption and long life due to
chemical and physical resistance of ceramics. The pistol grip has a rubberised (soft grip) for
more comfortable and safer operation. Mechanical shift lever enables responsive, smooth and
precise dispensing melt adhesive to the desired location. This product is not intended for use
in commercial and industrial sectors.

corresponds to the voltage on the data plate (Fig. 1, position 7).
4. Operating switch (Fig. 1, position 6) switch to position "I".
5. gun leave 5-7 minutes to warm up to operating temperature.
6. to load the gun with rod of suitable hot melt adhesive (see Figure 1, position 1) and with a
slight pressure on the bar at the same time Continue pressing the lever (Fig. 1, position 4),
until it begins to flow from the nozzle melt adhesive.
CAUTION
• melting gun load only with the specified hot melt adhesive stick. Make sure that the type of
used hot melt adhesive is suitable for bonding of the material.
• The inserted rod hot melt adhesives can not be ejected back throught the insertion hole.
PROCEDURE FOR BONDING
• Make sure that the ambient temperature and the temperature of glued materials is in the
temperature range from +5 ° C to +50 ° C.
• Materials that rapidly cool pre-heat for better adhesion of the glue for example with a hot air
gun.
• Apply to the surface molten adhesive by pressing shift lever (Fig. 1, position 4).
• Bonded parts after applying the adhesive, immediately press for about 30 seconds.
• At the time between each bonding put up the gun on the stand (Figure 1, Figure 3).
Note:
• After cooling remove the residues of adhesive with a sharp object.
• Bonded spots can be re-release by heating
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
