Quick Start Guide
Play from mobile devices
2. Pair a device to Soul Play
Open the Bluetooth settings on your
mobile device. Select Levven Soul Play from the list of
devices to pair your device to the Soul Play. The Soul Play’s
Bluetooth button will turn to solid blue.
Open and play from any media app on your device to hear
the sound through the speakers connected to Soul Play.
1. Click the Gear button
Press the power/mode button to turn
on Soul Play. The button will illuminate yellow. Click the
power/mode button until the “Bluetooth Receive” button
illuminates or blinks blue. Press and hold the Bluetooth
Receive button until its light begins blinking blue. A blinking
Bluetooth Receive button indicates Soul Play is ready to
pair a mobile device.
Connect a mobile device to hear its sound from the speakers
connected to Soul Play.
After completing the one-time remote setup,
connect optical cable from TV audio output

Play from a TV
Connect your optional TV Transmitter to one or more Soul
products.
1. Click the Soul Play’s power/mode button to switch Soul Play
to “SKAA Receive” mode. The top button LED on Soul Play
will illuminate.
2. Click the SKAA button on Soul Play two times quickly. The
button’s LED will turn yellow and your TV sound will start
to play from the speakers connected to Soul Play.
3. Adjust the volume on Soul Play using the volume up and
down buttons, or using the TV remote.
4. Press and hold the SKAA button for four seconds until the
button’s LED turns green.

TV
TV Transmitter setup (optional)
1. Plug the TV Transmitter’s USB power cable into a USB port on the
TV or power bar. The TV Transmitter LED will illuminate red.
2. Point the TV or set-top box infrared remote control at the TV
Transmitter’s infrared receiver.
3. Press these buttons on the remote control once each in the
following sequence: a) volume up, b) volume down, and c) mute.
The LED on the TV Transmitter will blink once during each button
press.
4. Connect the 3.5mm end of the included optical cable into the end
of the TV Transmitter, and connect the other end of the optical
cable into the optical or S/PDIF output on the TV.
5. Set the TV audio output to “PSM” or “External Speakers” in the TV
audio settings menu.
6. Turn your TV up to normal listening levels.

Your Soul Play all-in-one wireless receiver and amplifier will receive
wireless audio via Bluetooth from mobile devices, Alexa and Google
Home, and via SKAA from TVs and other Soul products.
Relay sound between components
Soul Play has four modes of operation: Bluetooth, Bluetooth
Relay, SKAA Receive, and SKAA Relay. Pressing the power/mode
button will cycle through to each mode.
Soul Play’s Relay LED will illuminate white to indicate that it is
in relay mode; sending the audio signal out for other Levven
Audio or SKAA-compatible product(s) to receive and play.
Click the power/mode button on the receiving product to put
it in “SKAA Receive” mode. Its “SKAA Receive” button LED will
illuminate and it will play the sound being relayed to it from Soul

3. Switch between mobile devices
To play from a dierent device, follow steps 1 and 2 to pair
the device the first time.
To switch between devices that have been paired, press
and hold the Bluetooth Receive button until its LED blinks
blue. Open the Bluetooth settings on the device and select
Levven Soul Play.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Levven Electronics Ltd. (“Levven”) warrants that Soul Play
you have purchased shall be free of any defects in parts and
workmanship if used under normal operating conditions for a
period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, except this
warranty shall apply only to the original purchaser.
PLEASE RETAIN YOUR SALES RECEIPT, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF
PURCHASE COVERING YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY
IS VOID WITHOUT SUCH PROOF OF PURCHASE.
Defective units will be repaired or replaced without charge, at
Levven’s discretion, with a like or comparable product by the
Dealer if presented with proof of purchase to the Authorized
Levven Audio Dealer from whom Soul Play was purchased. Any
repair or service performed by any person or entity other than
Levven is not covered by this limited warranty. Transportation
costs are not included in this warranty. This limited warranty
becomes void if the product has been damaged by alteration,
misuse, accident, or neglect; or the product has been repaired or
serviced by persons not authorized by Levven. THE FOREGOING
CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY LEVVEN WITH
RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU
OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Any implied
warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, imposed
under state law are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not be applicable to
you.
This warranty is void if the Soul Play enclosure has been opened.
LEVVEN ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE
RESULTING FROM NEITHER FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT NOR ANY
LOSS OF INCOME, SATISFACTION OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE
LOSS OF USE OF SAME DUE TO DEFECTS OR AVAILABILITY OF SAME
DURING SERVICE.
NOTE: This warranty applies only to products purchased and
serviced within the U.S.A. and Canada. Warranties outside
these countries are as defined by the authorized Levven Audio
Distributor for your country or region and may vary from the
above in terms and/or length.
