SAFETY DEVICES
• ISI Marked: Thermostat it is a safety device with a temperature range
between 30°C to 75°C but preset at 65°C. This device automatically
controls the water heating beyond the safe/required limits.
• Thermal Cut-Out: This is a safety device set to operate at the temper-
ature 92°C ± 4°C. It prevents the water getting over heated and protects
the heating element from the dry heating. This device automatically cuts off
the electric supply when the temperature exceed 96°C.
• Fusible Plug: This is an additional safety device installed in the water
heater, in case the thermal cut out fails. This plug is made of special materi-
al with characteristics of operating at 99°C. This device has got an addition-
al function, i.e. to drain out the water if appliance is not used for a long life.
To do that what is just to remove the inspection cover, unscrew the fusible
plug and take out the water. Once the water has been drained out, the
fusible plug should be screwed to the original position. Put back the inspec-
tion cover.
• Pressure-Relief Valve: A unique safety device which takes care,
required is if pressure greater than 95 psi buildup of any higher pressure
builds up in the tank. It opens and water starts dripping.

LONG LENGTH STRONG HEATING ELEMENT
• ISI marked direct immersion type heating element, sheathed in
mineral filling, the whole being encased in copper tube and
sealed. The thick gauge copper tube casing ensures high
thermal efficiency, long life and superior performance.
PILOT INDICATORS
• Green & red lamp will glow as soon as power switched on.
The green lamp off whenever the "THERMAL CUT-OUT"
operates and cut off the electric supply to the water heater.
• Rust proof engineering thermoplastic external body.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Always ensure that cold water flows out from the outlet of water
heater before is switch 'ON' electric supply.
• Switch Off the electric supply before closing water supply to the
water heater.
• In-built PRV provided with water heater, Addition PRV
installation not recommended.
• Temperature of the hot water coming out from the outlet point of
the water heater could be controlled by regulating the inflow rate
of water at inlet point putting stop cock there.

Terms and Conditions:
1.This warranty is void if:
a. The completely filled warranty card is not presented
at the time of servicing the product.
b. The product is not operated according to the
instructions given under the user manual.
C. Damages are caused by lightning, abnormal
voltage, water or other liquid intrusion, fire, flood,
accident, negligence or improper handling.
d. Product has been damaged due to installation,
repairs, alterations or modifications by unauthorized
service organizations or persons.
e. Product label specifying the model number, serial
number and production code has been removed
and altered.
f. Defects or parts requiring replacement due to
ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains,
scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the
product.
g. Claims damaged and/or missing parts
(accessories) after 7 days from the original date of
goods received.
h. Defects or faults in product which have been used
for commercial/industrial purposes or which have
been rented/leased or have been otherwise subject
to non-household/non-domestic use.
2. Repairs or replacements will be carried out by
authorized service provider.
3. During the limited warranty period, Lifelong or its
authorized service provider will repair without charge
the defective unit inclusive of labor and parts and
restore the unit to its optimum working condition. All
defective parts used for the warranty repair should be
surrendered to Lifelong and/or its authorised servicer.
4. All expenses incurred in collecting the unit (s) or
part(s) thereof from authorised service provider as will
as any other expenses and incidentals will be borne
by the consumer.
5. Lifelong obligations are limited to the repair and
replacement of the defective product. Except as set
forth above, there are no other express or implied
warranty and all warrantied, conditions or other terms
implied by statute or common law (including any
warranty of satisfactory quality, merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the
fullest extent permitted by the laws.
6. Lifelong total liability for damages relating to or arising
out of the purchase or use of the product regardless of
the type or cause of such damage of the form of
characterization of the claim asserted (e.g. contract or
tort) shall not exceed the original purchase price paid
for the product.
7. However in no event shall Lifelong and Lifelong
authorized distributors be liable for any punitive, special
incidental, indirect or consequential losses or damages
whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for
the loss of revenue, business, profits, goodwill, or
contracts, business interruptions, loss of business
information or any other pecuniary loss.) Whether or
not Lifelong has been advised of the possibility of such
damages.These limitations shall apply not with
standing the failure of the essential purpose of any
limited warranty. This limited warranty does not affect
consumer's statutory rights under the law.
8. No carrier, dealer or employee is thereof authorized to
make modifications to this warranty and you should not
reply on any such representation. Lifelong reserves the
right to amend the terms and conditions if necessary.

• Ensure the corresponding socket electric point is fixed firmly and
proper earthing is provided at the place of installation. Mounting

INSTALLATION PROCESS
• Drill just two/ three holes as per marking template in the wall and
insert plugs and tighten the screws in it depending upon
the water heater you have selected to install.
• Back side holes positions have a tolerance of ± 3 mm.
• Before drilling the holes the exact dimensions should be taken
from the unit selected.
• After Fixing proper screws, fix the water heater.
• After proper mounting of the Water heater, the Inlet and Outlet
are to be connected with 1/2” BSP coupling.
• Proper plumbing should ensure no leakage from the joints.
• Suitable for water pressure head upto +12 floors / 192 feet / 80
psi (Indicative value).
