• Lift up the legs as indicated, ensuring to lock the longer legs vertically using the two diagonal braces.Remove the bean bags.

Basic Play—Two players (opponents) play a match consisting of innings. An inning consists of two parts: top and bottom. The top of the inning is played at one end of the court and the bottom
of the inning at the other.The number of innings depends on the number of points scored each inning. Contestants alternate pitching cornhole bags towards the cornhole board 27 feet away (for
adults) at the other end of the court (foul line to foul line) (12'–15' for youth). See Figure 1 below.
1. Players pitch from the same lane throughout the match.See Figure 2 below.
2.The player, or team, scoring highest in the preceding inning pitches first in the next inning.If neither player or team scores in an inning, the player or team who pitched first in the preceding
inning pitches first in the next.
3.The team member pitching the bag must be in his assigned pitcher’s box and behind the foul line at the time of release.
4.A player must pitch all four (4) bags from the designated pitcher’s box.
5.Players must pitch with an under-hand release and have the bag land within a 20 second time limit.
—SingleS play:two players facing o against each other.Both players stay in their designated lane for the whole match.Opponents alternate their four pitches from their respective lanes at
the same end of the court at the top of the inning and from the opposite end of the court at the bottom of the inning.The top of the inning ends when both players have pitched
all four bags, the bottom likewise.
—DoubleS play:two teams, consisting of two players each, compete until a winning team is determined.One member from each team at each end of the court pitches from his team’s pitcher’s
box and lane.Two players, from opposing teams, pitch at the top of the inning and the other two players pitch at the bottom of the inning.The top of the inning ends when both
teams have pitched four bags, the bottom likewise.

bag in-the-Count (aka WooDy): a pitched cornhole bag landing on the cornhole board without touching the ground prior to coming to rest on the
board is worth one (1) point.This pitch is called “In-the-Count.”
bag out-oF-the-Count:a pitched cornhole bag coming to rest anywhere but on the board, in the hole or touching the ground prior to landing on the board is called“Out-of-the-Count”
and has no scoring value. If a bag considered to be “In-the-Count”is knocked o the board by another bag (be it a teammate’s or an opponent’s), it becomes
“Out-of-the-Count”and loses any scored value. However, if an“In-the-Count” bag is knocked into the hole by another cornhole bag (be it a teammate’s or an
opponent’s), it is considered “In-the-Hole”and is worth three (3) points.
bag in-the-hole (aka Cornhole): any cornhole bag thrown through the hole, or knocked through the hole by another bag, is worth three (3) points.
Foul bag:any bag not determined as “In-the-Count” or “In-the-Hole” or was designated “foul” as the result of a rules violation (see rule violationS).
CanCellation SCoring:the ocial scoring method. Any pitch considered “In-the-Count”or “In-the-Hole”from one player cancels out an opponent’s equivalent throw.So, at the end of
the inning, only the bags not having been cancelled out are tallied in the score for that inning.The winner is the first player, or team, to reach or exceed 21 points.

• any bag pitched when the pitcher has made contact with or crossed over the foul line
• any bag pitched when the pitcher has started or stepped completely outside the pitcher’s box before the bag is released
• any bag not delivered within the 20 second time limit
• a bag pitched from a dierent pitcher’s box than the first bag
• any bag contacting the court before coming to rest on the board
• any bag striking an object such as a tree limb, wire, indoor ceiling, etc.
When any bag is removed from the board before scoring has been agreed upon for that bag,
—the oending team (the team who touched the bag(s)) forfeits all remaining bags and tallies the score of just the bags thrown.

Accidentally dropping a bag before the final forward swing of the player has started is not considered “foul.”The bag may be picked up and pitched. However, a bag leaving a player’s
hand once the final forward swing of the delivery process has started counts as a pitched bag.
Rule violations must be spotted and called by a player or a judge.The pitch must be declared as “foul,”requiring the bag to be removed from the court prior to resuming play.
When protesting a foul, the protest must be made to the judge or ocial at the time the problem occurs.Judges make the final ruling on all protests.

The polyethylene panels are stain- and solvent-resistant. Most stains can be removed using a mild soap and a soft-bristled
brush. Abrasive cleaning materials may scratch the plastic and are not recommended. Repair scratches or rust spots on the
metal by sanding the affected area lightly; using a rust preventative spray primer; and finally, spraying with a high-gloss spray
enamel paint. Avoid placing a direct heat source on or near surfaces unless using a heat barrier.

THE MANUFACTURER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS TO WARRANTY CLAIMS IF PARTS ARE UNAVAILABLE OR OBSOLETE.
1. Lifetime cornhole boards are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of
two years (24 months) from the date of original retail purchase. Lifetime cornhole bags are warranted to the original purchaser to be free
from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days (3 months) from the date of original retail purchase. The word “defects”
is defined as imperfections that impair the use of the product. Defects resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty.
This warranty does not cover defects due to improper installation, alteration or accident. This warranty does not cover damage caused by
vandalism, rusting, “acts of nature” or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer.
2. This warranty is nontransferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defective product. If the product is defective
within the terms of this warranty, Lifetime Products, Inc. will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges to
and from the factory or distribution center are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Labor charges and related expenses
for removal, installation or replacement of the cornhole board or its components are not covered under this warranty.
3. This warranty does not cover scratching, scuffing or other cosmetic damage that may result from normal use of the product. In addition,
defects resulting from intentional damage, customer negligence or unreasonable use will void this warranty.
4. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. While every attempt is made to embody the
highest degree of safety in all equipment, freedom from injury cannot be guaranteed. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from
the use of this product. All merchandise is sold on this condition, and no representative of the company may waive or change this policy.
5. This product is not intended for institutional or commercial use; Lifetime Products, Inc. does not assume any liability for such use. Institutional
or commercial use will void the warranty.
6. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the
goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
7. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for use to
extent permitted by Federal and state law. Neither Lifetime Products, Inc., nor any representative assumes any other liability in connection
with this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
