Suggestions for improving indoor air quality
Please keep the following points in mind when using an air purifier:
1 Reducing the entry of outdoor pollutants and speeding up the discharge
of indoor pollutants is as important as air purification. When outdoor
pollution such as PM2.5 concentration exceeds the standard, closing doors
and windows will greatly increase the speed of air purifiers to reduce indoor
PM2.5 concentrations. Similarly, when the indoor concentration of volatile
organic compounds is high, opening windows for ventilation is the best
purification strategy.
2 The use of air purifiers cannot replace opening windows for ventilation.
Carbon dioxide produced by breathing or combustion cannot be reduced
to oxygen by air purifiers.
3 The "applicable area" of the air purifier needs to consider the specific use
environment. Under the premise of normal ventilation, compared with low
CADR air purifiers, high CADR air purifiers can significantly reduce the
concentration of indoor PM2.5 pollutants.

First, please check whether the power connector at the bottom
of the purifier is plugged in tightly. The power connector will
affect the power-on operation of the purifier when the power
connector is moved or not installed firmly during the first use;
Second, check whether the rear cover of the purifier is well
covered and the rear cover is protected against power failure.
If it is not covered properly, it will work without electricity.
Why is the purifier not working?
An E03 icon will appear on the screen. The RFID chip is
damaged and the filter cannot be identified. Please replace
the filter with a new one.
Why does the icon of the filter flicker
after power-on?
The pre-filter will adsorb a lot of large pollutants. After a lot of
pollutants are adsorbed, the resistance increases, resulting in
a decrease in the air volume of the purifier. At this time, use a
vacuum cleaner to suck up the dirt on the surface of the
pre-filter.
Why does the volume of the air purifier
become smaller?
Please check whether the plastic bag of the filter is removed.
Why is there no wind blowing from
the purifier after it is turned on?
Please confirm whether the purifier has not been turned on for
a long time after use. After the filter has absorbed a lot of
pollutants, it will breed bacteria and cause peculiar smell
after being placed for a period of time. At this time, it is
recommended that you replace the filter to obtain a normal air
purification effect.
