1Introduction
Please read this entire manual before using the Limm Resistance Bands, as failure to follow these
instructions can lead to significant injury and/or property damage. Limm recommends consulting
with your physician before beginning any exercise program. In case of any discomfort felt while
using Limm Resistance Bands, discontinue use and consult your physician.
Use caution and carefully follow all exercise instructions and use the correct technique and proper
form when using our Resistance Bands to enjoy and maximize its benefits. Exercises can be
modified as needed for your fitness level and experience.

2.1 Product Key Features
A. The Limm Resistance Bands are loop bands made of 100% natural latex. The bands are
designed to be a loop to be ideal for any kind of workout, making them easy to hold.
B. Loop design can be used for upper body workouts, lower body workouts and core
workouts, or full body workouts. The variations are endless.
C. Each band is 12” long, ensuring a proper range during workouts. They are also 2 inches
wide.
D. Each band follows a color-code system that signifies the band strength:

2X light bands are extremely stretch and we recommend them for senior citizens’ use. They can
also be used for physical therapy and rehabilitation.
Extra light bands are very stretchy and takes little effort to pull and stretch. They are commonly
used for physical therapy, post-pregnancy and pregnancy workouts, and rehabilitation.
Light bands are less stretchy and have more tension than extra light bands. They have higher
level of resistance that makes them harder to stretch. Light bands can be used for muscle groups
that need slight tension, such as biceps or triceps. They can also be used for rehabilitation,
physical therapy, and pregnancy workouts.
Medium bands are suitable for muscle groups that are larger, such as the legs, chest and back
and for people who need to build muscle strength.
Heavy bands do not provide as much stretch as they have a higher tension/resistance level.
These bands are for individuals that have some experience with exercise, and those who are
looking to work larger muscle groups such as legs, chest and back.
Extra heavy bands are the heaviest in the Original Set of 5 Progressive Bands. These bands are
the hardest to pull and stretch. These are used for large muscle groups too.
The Pro Series Set contains our heaviest bands. These bands are 2X Heavy, 3X Heavy and 4X
Heavy. They are much heavier than the Extra heavy bands from the Original Progressive Series
Set of 5, and we recommend them for advanced users who need more resistance and tension
after training with the Extra heavy band.
2.2 Use and Safety Instructions
A. Inspect the bands before and after every use for any damage, hole, tears, worn areas,
scratches or discoloration. If you find any defect, DO NOT USE the resistance bands and
contact Customer Service for a replacement.

B. Some exercises require being learned without resistance first, before incorporating the
resistance bands especially the heavier bands. We advise warming up, stretching and
cooling down properly to ensure that your body is properly prepared. This will also ensure
that your body recovers properly. The lighter bands will also be good for warming up,
stretching and cooling down.
C. The bands can be stretched up to 3-5 times of the resting length, however during normal
workouts, stretching it to 2 times its resting length is already enough.
D. Ensure that there are no sharp objects from your workout area as this may also damage
the bands.
E. While Limm Resistance Bands can be used at any age, we still recommend a guardian,
adult or parent to supervise children using the product.
F. Make sure that the band is securely positioned under your feet and/or around your legs
before beginning each exercise.
G. Always wear good shoes with non-abrasive soles.
H. Never wrap the bands around your neck, mouth, head, shoulders or torso.
I. If your technique is wrong, it is easy to get muscle fatigue. Exercise caution and always
observe the proper form when doing exercises, with or without the exercise bands.
J. As with all exercises and guides provided, being your workout regimen slowly to build
endurance, especially if you are new to exercise. Avoid performing exercises that are
beyond your fitness level.
K. The Limm Resistance Band Application Guide contains general information about exercise
descriptions. The information is not professional advice and should not be treated as

L. You must not rely on the information in any of our documents and manuals as an
alternative to medical advice from your doctor or other professional healthcare provider.
M. Use the Limm Resistance Bands only for workout and exercise purposes intended and

N. If you experience sharp pain, shortness of breath, dizziness or lightheadedness with any
of these exercises, stop immediately and contact your healthcare providers.
2.3 Care Instructions
A. Store the loop bands away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures (too hot or too
cold).
B. Avoid exposing the band to rough or abrasive surfaces
C. To clean the bands, wipe them with a damp cloth.
D. If the loop bands become sticky, clean them with water, dry them by laying them out flat
and then dust them with talcum powder, baby powder or corn starch.

Do not use this product in ways not intended by its manufacturers. Failure to do so may result in
severe injury. Consult your physician before engaging in any regular exercise. Do not use Limm
products for anything other than their intended purpose. Limm Group is not responsible for any
problems that may arise from misuse of this product.
4LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
This product is covered by Limm’s 100% Customer Satisfaction Warranty. This covers
manufacturing defects in the materials and workmanship quality; however, this lifetime warranty
does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, misuse and failing to follow use, care and
safety instructions, loss or theft. This Lifetime Warranty applies to all types of defects or failure
during standard use.
