The PO range of Pizza ovens operate up to 480 deg C Your pizza oven
should ideally be sited in a dry well ventilated environment, with a gap
of at least 100mm between the back and sides of the unit and adjacent
walls or other appliances.
The base of your pizza oven will become hot and therefore should not be
placed directly onto wooden or Formica surfaces, also a gap of 25mm should
be kept between the unit and the surface on which it is situated. The height of
the unit can be set by adjusting the screw feet.
For safety regulations, the plug must always be accessible.
CONNECTING TO THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
Ensure that the voltage of your electricity supply corresponds to the
serial plate details.
The PO425 product is supplied with a 13 amp plug. To replace the plug,
follow these instructions:
•green and yellow wire to 'E' or (Earth)
•blue wire to 'N' (Neutral)
•brown wire to 'L' (Live)
All other units are fitted with a terminal connection box labelled
1 Live 1 Brown
2 Live 2 Black
3 Live 3 Grey
N Neutral Blue
N Neutral Blue (to be connected to other N terminal with the
supplied link.)
E Earth Green / Yellow
