Lees deze montagehandleiding en gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig door, voordat u de
haard plaatst en in gebruik neemt.
De handleiding moet bij de elektrische haard worden bewaard. In geval van verkoop aan
derden moet deze handleiding worden meegeleverd.
In geval van onjuist gebruik of het niet volgen van de veiligheidsvoorschriften wordt
iedere aansprakelijkheid afgewezen en zal de garantie niet van toepassing zijn.
Voor hulp of aanvullende informatie neem contact op met een erkende monteur,
helpdesk of uw aankoopadres.

DEEL 1: WAARSCHUWINGEN & ELEKTRISCHE GEGEVENS
1.1 Belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies
WAARSCHUWING! Alleen voor binnengebruik. Dit apparaat is niet geschikt voor buiten.
Het apparaat is geschikt voor gebruik in geïsoleerde ruimtes en voor incidenteel gebruik
NOOIT DOEN:
• beschadigde kachel Installeren of gebruiken
• verwarmingselement veranderen
• De kachel gebruiken zonder volledig samenvoegen van alle onderdelen
WAARSCHUWING! Onjuiste installatie, aanpassing, wijziging, service of onderhoud kan
letsel of materiële schade veroorzaken. Raadpleeg voor informatie de handleiding die bij
deze kachel zit. Voor hulp of meer informatie neem contact op met een erkende installateur,
service bureau of uw dealer.
WAARSCHUWING! Bij gebruik van elektrische kachels, moeten de voorzorgsmaatregelen
altijd zorgvuldig opgevolgd worden om het risico op brand, elektrische schok en persoonlijk
letsel te beperken.
 Gebruik deze kachel nooit in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van een bad, een douche of een zwembad.
 Deze kachel moet worden geaard. Neem bij twijfel contact op met een hiervoor bevoegd persoon.
 Om onbedoeld resetten van de thermische beveiliging te vermijden, dient dit toestel niet te worden
verbonden aan een externe schakelinrichting, zoals een timer of verbonden circuit dat regelmatig
aan en uit wordt geschakeld. Moet ten alle tijden direct aangesloten worden op een
wandcontactdoos.
 Deze kachel mag niet direct onder een stopcontact worden geplaatst.
 Dit apparaat mag worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar en ouder en personen met
verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke vermogens of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis
mits onder begeleiding of als ze goed worden geïnstrueerd over het gebruik van het apparaat op
een veilige manier en begrijpen wat de gevaren zijn.
 Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen.
 Kinderen onder 3 jaar moeten worden weggehouden van de kachel tenzij onder continue
begeleiding van een ouder.
 Kinderen tussen 3 jaar en 8 jaar mogen alleen het apparaat aan / uit zetten, mits deze is
geïnstalleerd is zoals aangegeven in de handleiding en ze onder toezicht staan of worden
geïnstrueerd over het gebruik van het apparaat op een veilige manier en begrijpen wat de mogelijke
gevaren zijn. Kinderen tussen 3 jaar en 8 jaar mogen het apparaat niet aansluiten, regelen, reinig of
onderhoud uitvoeren.
 Sommige delen van dit apparaat kunnen zeer heet worden en brandwonden veroorzaken. Vooral
kinderen en kwetsbare mensen moeten hiertegen beschermt worden door een verantwoord
persoon.
 Bedek de kachel nooit om oververhitting te voorkomen,
 Dit gemarkeerde figuur betekent “WAARSCHUWING: NIET BEDEKKEN”.
 Als de voedingskabel is beschadigd moet deze door de fabrikant, erkend servicecentrum of
professioneel persoon worden gerepareerd.
 Om de kans op brand uit te sluiten, houdt alle brandbare materialen op minimaal 1 meter afstand
van het verwarmingselement.
 Houdt het elektra snoer weg van het verwarmingselement. Begeleid het elektra snoer nooit over de
voorzijde van de haard.
 Gebruik de haard niet in een ruimte waar explosieve stoffen bewaard worden (zoals petroleum).

DEEL 2: INSTALLATIE

2.1 Uitpakken van de haard
Waarschuwing! Gebruik het apparaat nooit als een van de onderdelen nat is geweest.
Neem dan eerst contact op met een gekwalificeerd onderhoudstechnicus voor controle
en/of vervanging van elektrische onderdelen indien nodig.
Houd de plastic verpakking uit de buurt van kinderen.
 Open de verpakking zorgvuldig en verwijder het schuim.
 Verwijder de plastic zak.
 Bewaar de originele verpakking voor toekomstig transport en / of opslag.
 Controleer of alle accessoires er zijn voordat u de verpakking opbergt.

3 MONTAGE: HANG HAARD
STAP
1

Zoek een
veilige locatie

Minimale vrije ruimte
aan elke kant
moet ten minste

minimale afstand van de vloer moet minimaal 66mm zijn; minimale afstand van de voorkant moet
minimaal 90 cm zijn. Kies een locatie in de buurt van een stopcontact zodat een verlengsnoer niet nodig
is. Gebruik de haard niet direct onder een stopcontact.
STAP 2. Kies een stevige en vlakke muur en plaats de montagebeugel op de gewenste positie. Markeer
met een pen de 6 bevestigingsgaatjes van de beugel op de muur.

STAP 3.
Houdt de haard voor de beugel en zet hem vast met de meegeleverde schroef (nummer 2)
STAP 4. 1. Haak voorzichtig het glaspaneel aan de bovenzijde van de sfeerhaard. 2. Druk de onderkant
van het glaspaneel in de sfeerhaard, waardoor deze vast komt te zitten. Belangrijk: Zorg ervoor dat de
glasplaat in de sfeerhaard wordt geklikt.

DEEL 3: BEDIENINGSVOORSCHRIFTEN
De elektrische haard kan worden bediend door de schakelaars aan de linkerzijde van de elektrische
haard of met de meegeleverde afstandsbediening. Zodra de elektrische haard is aangesloten op een
geaard stopcontact, kan de Aan/Uit schakelaar worden ingeschakeld. Een pieptoon zal te horen zijn op
het moment dat wordt ingeschakeld.
Belangrijk! Om zowel de handmatige bediening als de afstandsbediening te kunnen gebruiken moet de
aan/uit schadelijk op “aan” staan.
Om oververhitting tegen te gaan is er een vertraging van 8 seconden wanneer de verwarming wordt in-
en uitgeschakeld
3.1 Gebruiksaanwijzing handmatige bediening
Belangrijk! De handmatige functietoets heeft niet dezelfde uitgebreide mogelijkheden als de
afstandsbediening. Het doel is om de belangrijkste functies te kunnen bedienen ingeval de
afstandsbediening verloren is. Gebruik de afstandsbediening om alle functies in- en uit te schakelen.
HANDMATIGE AAN/UIT SCHAKELAAR
Deze schakelaar zet de elektrische haard aan/uit
FLAME KNOP
Door het indrukken van de vlam knop kan je 3 vlameffecten kiezen. Indien je de achtergrond verlichting
wilt inschakelen, gebruik hiervoor de knop moodlight.
HEATER KNOP
Druk eenmaal om het warmte element 1000W na 8 sec. in te schakelen. (Eén lampje licht op ●○)
Nogmaals drukken schakelt het element op 2000W in. ( Twee lampjes lichten op ●●)
Drie keer drukken zorgt ervoor dat beide verwarmingselementen na 8 sec. worden uitgeschakeld (Geen
lampjes lichten op ○○)
3.2 Gebruiksaanwijzing afstandsbediening
 Zorg ervoor dat de batterijen juist gemonteerd zijn in de afstandsbediening.
 Het effectieve bereik van de afstandsbediening is tot 4 meter.

Belangrijk! Dit is een afstandsbediening met thermostaat. De afstandsbediening dient ten alle tijden in
dezelfde ruimte te zijn als waar de haard zich bevindt en geplaatst worden op een vlakke ondergrond.
De communicatie frequentie tussen de afstandsbediening en haard is automatisch vooringesteld. Mocht
de verbinding zijn verbroken volg dan stap 3.2.24
Standby functie afstandsbediening
3.2.1 Het display links geeft het beeld aan als de afstandsbediening in standby staat.
Aan- uit zetten van de haard
3.2.2 Druk op om de haard met het vlameffect aan te zetten of om de haard
uit de zetten.
3.2.3 Druk om de haard met het vlameffect aan of uit te zetten met de
dagelijks of wekelijkse modus.
Vlameffect
3.2.4 Druk om de vlaminstellingen aan te passen
3.2.5 Druk op ‘←’ en ‘→’ knop op een van de drie vlaminstellingen te selecteren
3.2.6 Druk op ‘+’ en ‘-’ knop om een van de 5 vlam intensiteiten te selecteren of uit
te zetten.
Achtergrondverlichting
3.2.7 Druk op de knop om in het menu achtergrondverlichting te komen
3.2.8 Druk op ‘←’ en ‘→’ om een van de 13 verschillende achtergrond kleuren te
selecteren
3.2.9 Druk op ‘+’ en ‘-’ knop om een van de 5 licht intesiteiten te selecteren op uit
te zetten.
Standaard instellingen
3.2.10 De standaard instellingen zijn de fabrieksinstellingen. Als deze niet zijn
ingesteld druk dan op de knop totdat het de in beeld komt in de
rechterbovenhoek.
3.2.11 Druk op ‘+’ en ‘-’ knop om de temperatuur instellingen te wijzigen. U kunt het
beste de volgende insteltemperaturen kiezen van 17℃ tot 25℃.

3.2.12 Druk op de knop om de warmtefunctie in of uit te schakelen, ON、
OFF staat nu onderin het display
Belangrijk: de warmtefunctie schakelt zich automatisch uit zodra de gewenste
temperatuur in de ruimte is bereikt.
Instellen van datum, tijd en comfortable temperatuur
3.2.13 Druk op om de afstandsbediening in te schakelen. Hou de knop
voor 3 seconden ingehouden.
3.2.14 Druk op ‘←’ en ‘→’ knop om de dag, tijd en de comfortable temperatuur in te
stellen. Het cijfer wat wordt aangepast wordt in de display gemarkeerd.
3.2.15 Door op de knoppen ‘+’ en ‘-’ button te klikken wordt het cijfer aangepast
 Tijdzone – 24 uurs systeem
 Selecteer de comfort warmte tussen de 15 en 25 graden
 U kunt kiezen tussen Celcius en graden Fahrenheit
Dagelijkse timer functie
3.2.16 De volgende tijdszone zijn de standaard instellingen, deze kunt u des gewenst
aanpassen.
06:00 tot 08:30
17:00 tot 22:00
3.2.17 Druk op tot komt te voorschijn in de rechter bovenhoek van het
display. Dan komt u in het menu van de dagelijkse timer functie.
3.2.18 Houdt de knop voor 6 seconden vast om het dagelijkse timer menu te
openen. Je kunt maximaal drie tijdmenu’s instellen.
 Druk ‘←’ of ‘→’ om te kiezen voor uren en minuten, druk ‘+’ or ‘-’ om de tijd
in te stellen.
 Minuten kunnen worden verhoogd of verlaagd met 15 minuten per druk op
de knop.
 Houdt 3 seconden ingedruk of wacht 10 seconden om te bewaren en om
het timer menu te verlaten.
Aanpassen van de temperatuur
3.2.19
 Druk op ‘+’ of ‘-’ knop om te temperatuur desgewenst te verhogen of te
verlagen.
 ECO betekent 2℃ lager dan de ingestelde comfortable temperatuur, ECO-
betekent 4℃ lower, COMF+ betekent 2℃ hoger, COMF++ betekent 4℃
hoger.
3.2.20 Om de dagelijkse timer functie te controleren, druk op .
3.2.21 Als de verwarmingsfunctie uitgezet dient te worden is het noodzakelijk om
eerst weer naar de normale modus terug te gaan. Daarna kan de
warmtefunctie worden uitgezet.
Adaptieve startregeling
3.2.22 Volgens de ingestelde temperatuur zal de haard automatisch de
warmtefunctie inschakelen. Als voorbeeld de gewenste temperatuur is 23
graden Celcius om 18:00 uur. De haard zal dan automatisch om 17:30 worden
ingeschakeld om de kamer om 18:00 uur 23 graden te laten zijn.
Detectie van ramen open
3.2.23 Als de afstandsbediening veel luchtstroom detecteert zal deze de
waarschuwing ‘raam’ open geven. De warmtefunctie wordt dan automatisch
ingeschakeld.

Instellen van frequentie tussen haard en afstandbediening
3.2.24 De onderstaande bewerkingen moeten worden uitgevoerd voor het
programmeren, wanneer wordt overgeschakeld naar een nieuwe
afstandsbediening of als het apparaat niet kan worden bediend door de
afstandsbediening:
• Houd de reset-knop op het apparaat gedurende 3 seconden ingedrukt (penpunt
kan nodig zijn) tot u 3 korte pieptonen hoort van het apparaat, laat dan de
knop los.
• Druk op de knop op de afstandsbediening, het programmeren is voltooid als u een
lang geluidssignaal hoort van het apparaat.
3.2.25 Het resetten van de code voor afstandsbediening is noodzakelijk als het
apparaat verkeerd werkt of de afstandsbediening niet correct werkt.
• Open de achterklep van de afstandsbediening.
• Druk op de Reset-knop op de afstandsbediening.
• Volg de stappen 3.2.24
De thermische uitschakeling opnieuw instellen
3.2.26 Het apparaat is uitgerust met een elektronische veiligheidscontrole (E.S.). Dit
is een veiligheidsinrichting die het vuur uitschakelt als het apparaat om welke
reden dan ook oververhit raakt, b.v. wanneer deze is afgedekt. Als de kachel
stopt met werken terwijl het vlameffect normaal blijft werken, betekent dit
dat de elektrische veiligheidscontrole is ingesteld. De E.S regeling kan pas
opnieuw worden ingesteld nadat het apparaat is afgekoeld en het apparaat is
gereset. Opnieuw instellen van de elektronische veiligheidscontrole gaat als
volgt:
3.2.27 Schakel het apparaat uit (handmatige aan / uit-schakelaar) en laat het
ongeveer 10-15 minuten uitgeschakeld.
3.2.28 Verwijder elke obstructie van de uitlaat van de ventilatorkachel of
ventilatorbladen, enz. Zorg ervoor dat de stroomtoevoer wordt losgekoppeld
terwijl de stekker in het stopcontact zit.
3.2.29 Schakel het apparaat en de elektronische veiligheidscontrole zal opnieuw
worden ingesteld.
3.2.30 Controleer of het apparaat correct werkt.

DEEL 4: ONDERHOUD
Waarschuwing: Voordat onderhoud en/of het schoonmaken aan de buitenzijde van de
elektrische haard, moet de stekker uit het stopcontact worden gehaald. De elektrische
haard even laten afkoelen.
4.1 AFSTANDSBEDIENING
Volle batterij
Halfvolle batterij
Batterijen zijn leeg en dienen direct vervangen te worden
Na 1 jaar wordt het aangeraden om de batterijen te vervangen. In de afstandsbediening gaan AAA batterijen
Breng lege batterijen naar een inzamelpunt
4.2 Reiniging van de elektrische haard
U kunt de buitenkant van de open haard met een zachte, vochtige, niet-pluizende doek. Gebruik geen
schoonmaakmiddelen of gepolijste producten. Voor het verwijderen van vingerafdrukken of andere
vlekken op de voorzijde glazen paneel, gebruik dan een zachte, vochtige, pluisvrije doek met een goede
kwaliteit huishoudelijke glasreiniger. De voorste ruit moeten altijd volledig worden gedroogd met een
schone, niet-pluizende doek of papieren handdoek.
Let op: Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen op het glazen paneel. Spuit geen vloeistoffen direct op
elk oppervlak van het toestel.
Waarschuwing: een erkende monteur moet ander onderhoud uitvoeren.
4.3 Milieu
Gooi elektrische apparaten als ongesorteerd afval, gebruiken gescheiden inzameling
faciliteiten. Raadpleeg uw lokale overheid voor informatie over de collectie-systemen
beschikbaar. Indien elektrische apparaten worden gestort of stortplaatsen, kunnen
gevaarlijke stoffen lekken in het grondwater en komen in de voedselketen,
beschadiging van uw gezondheid en welzijn. Bij het vervangen van oude apparaten
door nieuwe, wordt de winkelier wettelijk verplicht om terug te nemen uw oude
apparaat voor desinvesteringen ten minste kosteloos.
Deze haard voldoet aan de veiligheidsnormen EN 60335-1 en EN 60335-2-30 die
betrekking hebben op de essentiële vereisten van de laagspanningsrichtlijn 2014/35 / EU
en de EMC-normen EN 55014-1; EN 55014-2; EN 61000-3-2 en EN 61000-3-3, die de
essentiële vereisten van de Europese elektromagnetische compatibiliteit 2014/30 / EU en
de RED-normen EN300220-2, EN301489-1, EN301489-3 en EN6247 dekt, die de essentiële eisen dekt

SECTION 1: WARNINGS & ELECTRIC SPECIFICATIONS
1.1 Important Safety Instructions
For indoor use only. This appliance is not suitable for use outside the house and only
suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use.
DO NOT:
• install or operate damaged heater
• modify heater
• operate the heater without fully assembling all components
WARNING! Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can
cause injury or property damage. Refer to the owner’s information manual provided with
this heater. For assistance or additional information consult a qualified installer, service
agency or your dealer.
WARNING! When using electrical heaters, basic precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons, including the following:
 Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
 Do not use this fire as a free-standing appliance. It must always be fixed to the wall.
 This heater must be earthed. If in any doubt consult a suitable competent person.
 In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must
not be supplied through an external switching device ,such as a timer, or connected to circuit that is
regularly switched on and off by utility.
 This heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.

SECTION 2: INSTALLATION
2.1 Tools required

2.2 Unpacking the Fireplace
WARNING! Do NOT use this appliance if any part has been under water. Immediately call
a qualified service technician to inspect and to replace any part of the electrical
system if necessary. Keep plastic wrapping away from children.
 Open the packaging carefully and remove the foam.
 Remove and discard the plastic bag.
 Be responsible when handling the packing materials.
 Keep the original packaging for future transport and/or storage.
 Check all accessories are got before you keep the packing.

2.3 ASSEMBLY: WALL-HANGING MODE
STEP 1.
Find a safe location.
Minimum clearance on each side must be at least 100mm; minimum
clearance from the floor must be at least 66mm; minimum clearance from the front must be at least 3
feet (90 cm). Choose a location near an outlet so an extension cord is not required. DO NOT position
the unit directly below a power outlet.
STEP 2. Unscrew the wall mounting bracket from the back of firebox and keep the three screws. Choose
a solid wall or use suitable plasterboard fixings to fix the wall mounting bracket in the position where
you want to install the fireplace. Mark the position for the holes (6 pcs) with a pencil through the
bracket on the wall. Take away the bracket and then drill 6pcs Φ8 holes in the wall. Tap the plastic wall
plugs into the holes. If the wall is solid wood, it is not necessary to drill the holes or use the plastic wall
plugs. Then fix the bracket by the ST5X40 screws.

STEP 3. Hang on the fireplace with the screws (see number 2)

Carefully set both hooks of the front glass panel into the slots at the top front edge of the
firebox. 2. Press the two posts of the glass panel into the locking slots near the lower corners of the front
firebox panel. NOTE: Make sure the posts click into the slots.

SECTION 3: OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Do not operate the appliance if it is damaged or has malfunctioned. If you suspect the
appliance is damaged or has malfunctioned call a qualified service engineer to inspect the appliance, and
replace any part of the electrical system if necessary, before reuse.
WARNING! To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum
distance of 1 meter from the air outlet.
MAKE SURE the plug fits tight in the outlet. Faulty wall outlet connections or loose plugs can cause the
outlet to overheat.
Do not disconnect the power at the mains supply whilst the appliance is running. Use the functions on
the remote to turn the fire off and ensure the mains switch has been moved to the off position before
disconnecting.
PREPARATION BEFORE USE
3.1 The appliance can be operated by both remote control and the manual controls on the appliance.
NOTE: To use both remote and manual functions the manual on/off switch must be in ‘ON’ position. In
order to prevent the product becoming too hot, there is 10s delay when turning on the heater and a 10s
delay when turning off the heater fan.
Batteries
Ensure that the handset batteries are new and inserted correctly.
Main Power Switch
3.2 The mains power switch is located on the control panel located on the left-hand side of the heater
box.
3.3 Switch ON (—) before operating either the remote or manual controls.
3.4 A long beep is heard to indicate the fire is ready for use.
3.1 Operating by Manual Button
NOTE! The manual button on the fire box unit will not provide you with all function control, and its
propose is to control some basic function when you lose the remote handset. Please use the remote hand
set to carry out all functions.

NOTE: The manual button controls basic functions, not a full range of controls. Use the remote hand set to
carry out all functions. The manual buttons are located at the lower right corner of the appliance.
Press “LIGHTS ON/OFF” to turn on or turn off both the flame and mood light at the same time.
Press “FLAME” button to select the colour of flame (3 kinds) or return to the OFF position.
Press “MOOD LIGHT” button to select the colour of mood light (13 kinds), colour-cycle mode or return to the
OFF position.
Note: The controls on appliance will lose the memory for all function settings when the switch is set to the
Off Position. When the remote runs out of power or when you change the batteries, only the flame
function will lose memory and will not affect the timer settings, however, the clock may need adjusting.
3.2 Operating by Remote Handset
 Make sure the battery are installed properly in the remote control.、
 The effective range of the remote control is up to 4 meters or 13 feet.
NOTE: This is thermostatic remote control. The remote should be in the same room as fireplace and placed
on a flat surface. It must be placed away from the fire so the hot air will not blow on it and affect
thermostatic reading.
The communication frequency between the fire and remote has already been set
up. If you cannot use the remote with the fire, please follow instructions Step
3.2.34 to initiate this connection in point.
Standby for Remote Handset
3.2.1 The screen shown to the right is when the remote handset is in
standby condition.

Turn on/off
3.2.2 Press to turn on the flame effect, turn off flame effect and heater
when in normal mode.
3.2.3 Press to turn on/off the flame effect under daily and weekly timer
mode.
Flame Effect
3.2.4 Press to enter the flame effect adjustment screen.
3.2.5 Press the ‘←’ and ‘→’ button to select the 3 kinds of flame effect.
3.2.6 Press the ‘+’ and ‘-’ button to select the 5 brightness of flame effect and OFF
settings.
Mood Light
3.2.7 Press to enter the mood light adjustment screen.
3.2.8 Press the ‘←’ and ‘→’ button to cycle through the 13 colours of mood
light or a colour-cycle mode.
3.2.9 Press the ‘+’ and ‘-’ button to select the 5 brightness of mood light and OFF
settings.
Normal Mode
3.2.10 Normal control mode is factory set. If it is not, then press button until
the logo shows up at the upper right corner of the screen.
3.2.11 Press the ‘+’ and ‘-’ button to adjust the setting temperature from 17℃ to
25℃ by 2 intervals.
3.2.12 Press button to turn on/off heat, ON、OFF will show at the
lower of the screen.
NOTE: It is normal for the fan heater to stop running for periods of time. This
happens because the room temperature is at or above the temperature set on the
remote control. The heater indicator will be turned off after 10s if you have the
flame ON. The heater indicator will stay ON if you use the heating function only.
Count Down Timer
NOTE: This setting is only for normal mode. It allows the appliance to go into standby
after a set period of time.
3.2.13 Press to cycle through the settings from Off and 0.5 hours to 9 hours.
The timer logo and time will show on the screen. The heater must be in the
ON position.
The heater can be automatically run by using daily timer and weekly timer on the
remote.
