TOOLS REQUIRED:
Phillips Head Screwdriver
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1A) Place the swivel caster inserts (5045-65301) into
the holes at the front of the bed, as pictured on the top
right.
One the inserts are seated, push the swivel casters
(5045-65303) into the inserts.
**For thick carpet, please refer to step 1B prior to
inserting caster wheel into the inserts.**
1B) For deeper carpet, place 2 washers (5045-35300)
over each stem of the swivel casters before pushing
them into the seated plastic inserts, not pictured.
This will allow the front of the bed to sit higher and
not drag on the carpet when pulling out.
**Check to make sure that the casters are able to lock
into the inserts with the washers in place.**
2) Place the rigid casters (5045-35300) into the rear
corners of the bed, as pictured on the bottom right.
Attach using 4 screws (5040-35062) for each caster.
3) Attach the four Summit cup pulls (5043-00415) to the front of your captain’s trundle assembly using the pre-dilled
holes and the 1 ½” combo truss screws (5040-35643). Refer to the last page of these instructions for assistance.
4) Push the entire completed assembly underneath your bed for storage, as shown in the completed assembly
drawing on the first page of these instructions.

Mateo/Summit Collections: Knob and Pull Installation

1. Locate the box containing your knobs and/or pulls in the bottom drawer of your case
good.
2. Identify which of the screw sizes is correct for your drawers/doors. The screw should
protrude no more than 1/4" when pushed through the pre-drilled holes on your
drawers/doors.
3. Push the screw through the back of the pre-drilled hole on the drawer/door and line it
up with the thread on the back of the knob/pull.
4. Tighten the screw into the back of the knob/pull until the knob/pull is tight against the
front of your drawer/door.
**You can tighten your screws with either a phillips screwrdiver,
a drill with a phillips bit, or your hand**
